The fifth sealing part can be fastened by the fifth fastening piece arranged at the positioning opening, so that the anti-overflow effect on the positioning opening is further improved, and the sealing performance and the heat insulation performance of the positioning opening are finally improved; this is the preferred structure form of the fifth sealing component of the present disclosure, and can effectively play a sealing role through the rigid foam structure, and can also play an effective positioning role for the inner container.
In some embodiments, the fifth sealing member 35 is further provided with a guiding hole 351, and the guiding hole 351 can guide the liquid foaming material 4 on the outer periphery of the fifth sealing member 35 to the inner periphery of the fifth sealing member 35 and is positioned on the outer periphery of the positioning port 16. According to the sealing device, the liquid foaming material on the outer periphery of the fifth sealing part can be introduced into the inner periphery of the fifth sealing part through the arrangement of the diversion holes, so that the outer periphery of the positioning hole is further sealed.

1. The process flow of the present disclosure
Inner container assembly → inner container pairing of outer shell → temperature sensing packaging assembly → joint assembly overflow prevention → foaming filling gap overflow prevention
2. The technical scheme and requirements of the present disclosure are as follows:
assembling the inner container: the water inlet and outlet can be assembled by adding limit foam to prevent the pipe orifice from protruding or sinking inwards after the inner container is foamed, but the foam needs to relate to a flow channel of a foaming material for filling the foaming material to be contacted with the surface of the inner container; the working medium port is provided with a working medium joint and a connecting piece.
Matching the shell and the inner container: and assembling the inner container part into the shell component, positioning the inner container part in the center, and aligning the joints of the inner container and the shell.
Assembling the temperature sensing bulb: the surface of the liner is adhered by preferably adopting modes of tin foil adhesive paper bonding, screw locking and the like, so that the temperature can be effectively sensed;
joint assembly anti-overflow: the water inlet and outlet component clamps the clamping grooves of the multi-section sealing structure on the section of the shell, and the rubber ring is assembled to the end surface of the joint in an interference manner to prevent foaming materials from overflowing in the foaming process; the temperature sensing port is locked by a screw, and the soft rubber ring is attached to the cambered surface of the shell to prevent the foam from overflowing; the working medium pipe interface is locked through the screw, and soft rubber circle laminating shell cambered surface prevents that the bubble material from spilling over.
Foaming and filling the gap: after the product is assembled and sealed, a polyurethane foaming raw material is poured, the foaming material is filled into each assembly gap through the flow channel, and after the foaming reaction is cured completely, the gap is tightly filled with the closed-cell foaming material to isolate the outside.

1. A water tank assembly characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
the water-saving water dispenser comprises a shell (1) and a liner (2), wherein the liner (2) is arranged inside the shell (1), the shell (1) is provided with a water inlet (11) and a water outlet (12), water can be introduced into the liner (2) through the water inlet (11), and the water in the liner (2) can be led out through the water outlet (12);
the water tank assembly further comprises a first sealing member (31) disposed at an outer periphery of the water inlet (11), the first sealing member (31) being inserted into the outer periphery of the water inlet (11) from an outside of the housing (1) toward an inside of the housing (1); and/or the water tank assembly further comprises a second sealing component (32) arranged on the periphery of the water outlet (12), wherein the second sealing component (32) is inserted into the periphery of the water outlet (12) from the outside of the shell (1) towards the direction of the inside of the shell (1);
the water tank assembly further comprises a foaming material (4) filled and arranged between the shell (1) and the liner (2), and the foaming material (4) can flow to the periphery of the water inlet (11) to be foamed and molded in a liquid state, and/or the foaming material (4) can flow to the periphery of the water outlet (12) to be foamed and molded in a liquid state.
2. The water tank assembly of claim 1, wherein:
the first sealing part (31) is of a rubber structure, and the second sealing part (32) is of a rubber structure; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the water tank assembly further comprises a first fastener (61), the first fastener (61) fastens the first sealing member (31) to the housing (1); the water tank assembly further comprises a second fastener (62), the second fastener (62) securely connecting the second seal member (32) to the housing (1).
3. The water tank assembly of claim 2, wherein:
when the water tank assembly further comprises a first fastener (61) and a second fastener (62): the first fastening piece (61) is an injection molding piece; the second fastener (62) is an injection molded part.
4. A cistern assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the water tank assembly further comprises a temperature sensing part (5) and a third sealing part (33), a temperature sensing port (13) is further arranged on the shell (1), the temperature sensing part (5) is inserted into the temperature sensing port (13) from the outside of the shell (1) towards the direction of the inside of the shell (1), the temperature sensing part (5) is inserted into the temperature sensing port (13), the third sealing part (33) is arranged on the shell (1) and located outside the temperature sensing port (13), and the foaming material (4) flows to the inside of the temperature sensing port (13) in a liquid state to be foamed and molded.
5. The water tank assembly of claim 4, wherein:
the temperature sensing parts (5) are at least two, the temperature sensing ports (13) and the temperature sensing parts (5) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the third sealing parts (33) and the temperature sensing ports (13) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
6. The water tank assembly of claim 4, wherein:
the third sealing part (33) is of a rubber ring structure; and/or the water tank assembly further comprises a third fastener (63), the third fastener (63) fastens the third sealing component (33) to the housing (1).
7. A cistern assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the water tank assembly further comprises a heat exchanger (7), and the heat exchanger (7) is arranged inside the shell (1); the water inlet (11) is communicated with the inner container (2), and the heat exchanger (7) is communicated with a working medium pipe (71); a working medium pipe interface (15) is arranged on the shell (1), and the working medium pipe (71) can penetrate through the working medium pipe interface (15) and is communicated to the outside of the shell (1);
the water tank assembly further comprises a fourth sealing part (34) arranged outside the working medium pipe interface (15), and the foaming material (4) flows to the periphery of the working medium pipe interface (15) in a liquid state and is foamed and molded.
8. The water tank assembly of claim 7, wherein:
the water tank assembly further comprising a fourth fastener (64), the fourth fastener (64) securely connecting the fourth seal member (34) to the housing (1); and/or the fourth sealing part (34) is in a rubber ring structure.
9. A cistern assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the foaming material (4) is a polyurethane material, and is formed by filling the flowing polyurethane material between the shell (1) and the inner container (2) and reaching the periphery of the water inlet (11) and the periphery of the water outlet (12) in a foaming manner.
10. A cistern assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
