Therefore, the weight of the underground power cable 11 and the underground electric submersible pump unit and the like are sequentially transmitted to the oil production tree cap 10 through the power cable 11, the cable bridle 1, the wellhead penetration pipe 3, the bearing nut 4 and the wellhead hanging piece 2, and the function of bearing the weight of the power cable 11 and the underground electric submersible pump unit and the like is achieved. After passing through a channel at the center of the cable bridle 1, a core wire of the power cable 11 passes through a channel at the center of the wellhead traversing pipe 3 and then is connected with an electric connector of the wellhead traversing device 5; the electrical connector at the other end of the penetrator 5 is connected with a ground cable. Thereby achieving the transmission of the electromotive force. The first seal 8, the second seal 9 at the wellhead, the third seal 6 at the junction of the wellhead penetrator 5 and the wellhead penetrator 3 can realize pressure sealing in the well. The penetrator 5 has a multilayer seal inside and can also seal the pressure in the well.

the cable bridle 1 is used for connecting the lower end of the lower connecting end 51, the supporting structure is used for being in sealing sleeve connection with the outer side of the lower connecting end 51, and the lower end of the lower connecting end 51 can be connected with a core wire of the power cable 11.
The wellhead traversing pipe 3 of the scheme directly adopts the lower connecting end 51 of the traversing device 5, and the lower connecting end 51 refers to one end of the traversing device 5 used for connecting a core wire of a downhole cable, so that the lower connecting end 51 of the traversing device 5 directly penetrates through a supporting structure of a wellhead to be connected with the cable headstall 1. The core wire of the power cable 11 passes through the cable bridle 1 to be directly connected with the lower connecting end 51 of the traversing device 5, passes through the wellhead by means of the lower connecting end 51 of the traversing device 5 and is connected with the cable on the ground by the traversing device 5, and then electric power transmission is realized. Preferably, an adapter 12 is sleeved between the lower end of the lower connecting end 51 and the cable harness 1, and a core wire of the power cable 11 can be inserted into the adapter 12.
The inside of the adapter 12 can be penetrated by a core wire of the power cable 11, so that the core wire of the power cable 11 penetrating through the cable headstall 1 can penetrate through the inside and then be connected to the lower connecting end 51 of the penetrator 5, and the adapter is used for connecting the lower connecting end 51 with the cable headstall 1. When the lower connection end 51 is not long enough and is difficult to be directly connected with the cable headstall 1, the lower connection end 51 and the cable headstall 1 can be conveniently connected through the conversion joint 12.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a wellhead suspension member 2 is seated inside the top end of the tree cap 10, and the wellhead suspension member 2 and the inner wall of the tree cap 10 are sealed by two first sealing members 8. By adopting the scheme, compared with a mode of independently adding the wellhead penetration pipe 3, the underground and overground electric power transmission can be realized, the weight of the underground power cable 11 and the electric submersible pump unit connected with the power cable 11 can be borne, and the pressure in the well can be sealed; the height of the penetrator 5 above the wellhead can be reduced, and the installation and the use on the ground are facilitated; and the connecting position of the power cable 11 and the penetrator 5 is positioned below the wellhead, so that sealing at the connecting position of the power cable 11 and the penetrator 5 is not needed; it can reduce the structure, and the processing of being convenient for can practice thrift the cost.

Claims (10)

1. A connecting device of a power cable and a penetrator is characterized by comprising a cable bridle (1) and a supporting structure;

5. A connection arrangement of a power cable and a penetrator according to claim 2, characterized in that a bearing nut (4) is screwed on the outside of the wellhead traversing pipe (3), and the bearing nut (4) is fixed on the wellhead hanger (2).
6. A connection arrangement of a power cable and a penetrator according to claim 5, characterized in that at least one second seal (9) is arranged between an outer wall of the wellhead penetrator (3) and an inner wall of a wellhead hanger (2).
7. A connection arrangement of a power cable and a penetrator according to claim 1, characterized in that the cable bridle (1) is threadedly connected with the wellhead penetration pipe (3).

The connecting device of the power cable and the penetrator according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that a sealing cylinder (13) is connected between the wellhead penetrator (5) and the wellhead penetrator (3), a core wire of the power cable (11) can be arranged in the sealing cylinder (13), and at least one third sealing element (6) is respectively arranged at the joint between the sealing cylinder (13) and the wellhead penetrator (3) and the joint between the sealing cylinder (13) and the penetrator (5).
