Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the elastic telescopic rod 15 employs a compressed gas spring.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the foot rest 11 is provided with a first limiting surface 111, and when the foot rest bracket 12 is at the first position, the supporting rod 14 is in limiting abutment with the first limiting surface 111 to limit the movement of the foot rest bracket 12 toward the side close to the seat back 20. As shown in fig. 6, the foot rest bracket 12 is provided with a second limiting surface 121, and when the foot rest bracket 12 is at the second position, the supporting rod 14 is in limiting contact with the second limiting surface 121 to limit the movement of the foot rest bracket 12 towards the side far away from the chair back 20.
Specifically, when the foot rest bracket 12 rotates to the first position relative to the supporting rod 14, the first limit surface 111 of the foot rest plate 11 is in limit abutment with one side of the supporting rod 14 close to the seat back 20, so that the foot rest bracket 12 can be prevented from continuing to rotate towards the seat back 20, the foot rest bracket 12 can be well kept at the first position, and the foot rest plate 11 can be ensured to be in a relatively stable retracted state. When the foot rest bracket 12 rotates to the second position relative to the supporting rod 14, the second limiting surface 121 on the foot rest bracket 12 is in limiting abutting contact with one side of the supporting rod 14 far away from the chair back 20, so that the foot rest bracket 12 can be prevented from continuing to rotate towards one side far away from the chair back 20, the foot rest bracket 12 can be well kept at the second position, and the foot rest plate 11 can be further ensured to be in a stable unfolding state.
Further, in this embodiment, the telescopic end of the elastic telescopic rod 15 is slidably engaged with the foot rest support 12, when the foot rest support 12 is at the first position, the elastic telescopic rod 15 applies a first acting force to the foot rest support 12 to keep the foot rest support 12 moving towards the side close to the chair back 20, and when the foot rest support 12 is at the second position, the elastic telescopic rod 15 applies a second acting force to the foot rest support 12 to keep the foot rest support 12 moving towards the side away from the chair back 20.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, when the leg rest bracket 12 rotates to the first position relative to the supporting rod 14, the supporting rod 14 is in limit-abutting contact with the first limit surface 111 of the leg rest plate 11, so that the leg rest bracket 12 can not rotate towards the chair back 20, the elastic telescopic rod 15 applies a first acting force F1 to the leg rest bracket 12, the acting point of the first acting force F1 deviates from the first rotation center 16, so that the leg rest bracket 12 receives a force F that rotates counterclockwise around the first rotation center 16Inverse directionSo that the leg rest bracket 12 keeps the tendency of moving toward the side close to the seat back 20, and the rotating force FInverse directionSo that the leg rest bracket 12 and the leg plate 11 do not tilt toward the side away from the seat back 20, and thus the leg plate 11 can be more stably maintained in the stowed state by the cooperation of the first limiting surface 111 and the first acting force F1. As shown in FIG. 5, when the foot rest 11 is used, only a clockwise turning force F is applied to the foot rest 11Turning over,FTurning overIf the elastic force F1 is larger than the elastic force F1 provided by the elastic extensible rod 15, the footrest bracket 12 can rotate clockwise around the first rotation center 16 with the footrest plate 11 until the footrest bracket 12 is at the second position. Wherein, FTurning overThe force value of the elastic telescopic rod 15 can be selected or customized according to the requirement of a user. As shown in fig. 6, when the footrest bracket 12 rotates to the second position relative to the supporting rod 14, the supporting rod 14 is in limit-abutting contact with the second limit surface 121 of the footrest bracket 12, so that the footrest bracket 12 can not rotate towards the side away from the chair back 20, and the elastic telescopic rod 15 applies a second acting force F2 to the footrest bracket 12, and the acting point of the second acting force F2 deviates from the first rotation center 16, so that the footrest bracket 12 receives a clockwise rotation force F around the first rotation center 16Cis-transSo that the leg rest bracket 12 keeps the tendency to move away from the backrest 20 under the rotating force FCis-transThe leg rest bracket 12 and the leg rest plate 11 are not rotated toward the side close to the seat back 20, so that the leg rest plate 11 can be more stably maintained in the unfolded state by the cooperation of the second stopper surface 121 and the second acting force F2, and the leg rest can be well used for the user.
Further, in this embodiment, the foot rest bracket 12 is provided with a track groove 122, the track groove 122 is disposed deviating from the rotation center of the foot rest bracket 12, the telescopic end of the elastic telescopic rod 15 is provided with a sliding shaft 151, the sliding shaft 151 is in sliding fit with the track groove 122, when the foot rest bracket 12 is at the first position (as shown in fig. 2 or fig. 4), the sliding shaft 151 is in limit abutment with the first end of the track groove 122, and when the foot rest bracket 12 is at the second position (as shown in fig. 6), the sliding shaft 151 is in limit abutment with the second end of the track groove 122. Specifically, the track groove 122 is an eccentric groove offset from the first rotation center 16, and is slidably engaged with the track groove 122 via the sliding shaft 151, so that the telescopic end of the elastic telescopic rod 15 can apply elastic acting force at different acting points of the foot rest support 12, thereby generating different clamping effects. Of course, in other embodiments, a slide rail may be disposed on the foot rest support 12, and a slide block slidably engaged with the slide rail may be disposed at the telescopic end of the elastic telescopic rod 15, so as to achieve the same effect.
Further, in the present embodiment, the supporting rod 14 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 13, the mounting bracket 13 is respectively provided with a third limiting surface 131 and a fourth limiting surface 132 corresponding to two opposite sides of the supporting rod 14, and the third limiting surface 131 and the fourth limiting surface 132 cooperate to limit the rotation angle of the supporting rod 14. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the third limiting surface 131 is located on one side of the supporting rod 14 close to the seat back 20, when the supporting rod 14 is abutted and matched with the third limiting surface 131, the supporting rod 14 is close to the seat back 20 to maintain a substantially vertical state, and meanwhile, the foot supporting plate 11 is retracted relative to the supporting rod 14, at this time, the whole foot rest device 10 is in a completely retracted state, so that the occupied space for the passengers in the back row can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the comfort of the passengers in the seat can be ensured. As shown in fig. 7, when the front passenger needs to adjust the angle of the seat back 20 of the front seat backward, the support rod 14 can drive the footrest bracket 12 and the footrest 11 to move backward along with the seat back 20 of the front seat, so that the normal use of the front seat is not hindered. The adjustment angle of the foot rest device 10 can be customized according to the requirement of the user.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the third position-limiting surface 131 is located on a side of the supporting rod 14 close to the seat back 20, and when the supporting rod 14 is in position-limiting abutment with the third position-limiting surface 131, an axis of the supporting rod 14 is shifted towards the fourth quadrant relative to the vertical direction to form an included angle. So, when the foot holds in the palm device 10 and is in the state of packing up completely, foot layer board 11 is in the fourth quadrant, under the effect of gravity, foot layer board 11 can drive foot and hold in the palm support 12 and bracing piece 14 and rotate along the counter-clockwise around second rotation center 17, simultaneously because first spacing face 111 of foot layer board 11 carries on spacingly with bracing piece 14 and spacing face 131 of third of installing support 13 carry on spacingly for foot layer board 11 can keep in stable state of packing up.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, on the basis of the above embodiment, foot rest brackets 12 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the foot rest plate 11, a mounting bracket 13 is correspondingly arranged below each foot rest bracket 12, and a supporting component is connected between the corresponding foot rest bracket 12 and the mounting bracket 13. Through two sets of foot holds in the palm support 12, two sets of installing supports 13 and two sets of supporting component cooperatees, can carry out stable support to foot layer board 11, ensure that whole foot holds in the palm device 10's structure is more stable. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the two mounting brackets 13 are fixed to the opposite ends of the original vehicle pedal 30, so that the use of the original vehicle pedal 30 is not affected and the original vehicle seat leather is not damaged.
The present application also proposes a seat comprising a seat back 20, a footrest 30 disposed at the rear side of the seat back 20, and a footrest 10, the footrest 10 being fixed to the seat back 20 or the footrest 30. The specific structure of the footrest device 10 can refer to the above-mentioned embodiments, and since the chair adopts all the technical solutions of the above-mentioned embodiments, the chair at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the above-mentioned technical solutions, and no further description is given here.
