In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a grinding device to solve the above problems.
An embodiment of the present application provides a grinding device for grinding a workpiece to form a first contour at a junction of a first surface and an outer side surface of the workpiece, to form a second contour at a junction of a second surface and an outer side surface of the workpiece, the first surface being disposed opposite to the second surface, the outer side surface being connected between the first surface and the second surface, the grinding device including:
a frame;
the first grinding piece is arranged on the frame, protrudes out of the frame along a first direction and is used for grinding the joint of the first surface and the outer side face of the workpiece to form the first contour;
the second grinding piece is arranged on the rack, protrudes out of the rack along a second direction and is used for grinding the joint of the second surface and the outer side face of the workpiece to form a second outline;
the first grinding part and the second grinding part are arranged on the rack in a staggered mode along a third direction, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are different.
In some embodiments, the grinding apparatus further comprises:
the third grinding part is arranged on the frame and protrudes out of the frame along a fourth direction, and is used for grinding a joint of the first surface and the outer side face of the workpiece and a joint of the second surface and the outer side face to form a first initial contour and a second initial contour, the first initial contour is ground by the first grinding part to form a first contour, the second initial contour is ground by the second grinding part to form a second contour, and the fourth direction and the third direction, the first direction and the second direction are different directions;
and the third grinding part, the first grinding part and the second grinding part are arranged on the rack in a staggered manner along the third direction.
In some embodiments, the third abrading article is further configured to abrade an outer side surface of the workpiece to form a primary facet;
the grinding device further includes:
the fourth grinding piece is arranged on the rack, protrudes out of the rack along the fourth direction and is used for grinding the initial surface of the workpiece to form a fine finishing surface;
the fourth grinding part, the first grinding part and the second grinding part are arranged on the rack in a staggered mode along the third direction.
In some embodiments, the frame is provided with a first plane, a second plane, a third plane and a fourth plane, the first grinding member is disposed on the first plane, the second grinding member is disposed on the second plane, the third grinding member is disposed on the third plane, and the fourth grinding member is disposed on the fourth plane.
In some embodiments, the grinding apparatus further comprises:
the first fixing piece is arranged on the first plane, the first grinding piece is arranged between the first plane and the first fixing piece, or the first grinding piece is arranged on the first fixing piece;
the second fixing piece is arranged on the second plane, the second grinding piece is arranged between the second plane and the second fixing piece, or the second grinding piece is arranged on the second fixing piece;
the third fixing piece is arranged on the third plane, the third grinding piece is arranged between the third plane and the third fixing piece, or the third grinding piece is arranged on the third fixing piece;
and the fourth fixing piece is arranged on the fourth plane, and the fourth grinding piece is arranged between the fourth plane and the fourth fixing piece, or the fourth grinding piece is arranged on the fourth fixing piece.
In some embodiments, the first plane, the second plane, the third plane and the fourth plane are all provided with an avoiding groove, and the first grinding part, the second grinding part, the third grinding part and the fourth grinding part are all arranged in the avoiding groove correspondingly.
In some embodiments, the first fixing part, the second fixing part, the third fixing part and the fourth fixing part are all provided with a clamping groove on one surface close to the rack, and the first grinding part, the second grinding part, the third grinding part and the fourth grinding part are all arranged in an area enclosed by the avoiding groove and the clamping groove correspondingly.
In some embodiments, the first grinding member protrudes from one end of the frame, the second grinding member protrudes from one end of the frame, the third grinding member protrudes from one end of the frame, and the fourth grinding member protrudes from one end of the frame in a fifth direction, which is perpendicular to the fourth direction.
In some embodiments, the first direction has an angle in a range of 30 ° to 70 ° with respect to a plane formed by the third direction and the fourth direction, and the second direction has an angle in a range of-70 ° to-30 ° with respect to a plane formed by the third direction and the fourth direction.
In some embodiments, the grinding apparatus further comprises: the frame is arranged on the workbench.
According to the grinding device, the first grinding part and the second grinding part are convexly extended to the rack in different directions and are arranged on the rack in a staggered mode, a certain angle is formed between the first grinding part and the workpiece to be ground and between the second grinding part and the workpiece to be ground, the first grinding part and the second grinding part grind the workpiece in different directions respectively, and interference between the first grinding part and the workpiece when the first grinding part and the second grinding part grind the workpiece is avoided.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a grinding apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present application in use, and it can be seen from fig. 1 that the grinding apparatus 100 is used for grinding a workpiece 200 to form a first profile 240 and a second profile 250 on the workpiece 200.
The workpiece 200 includes a first surface 210 and a second surface 220 disposed opposite to each other, and an outer side 230 connected between the first surface 210 and the second surface 220. When the grinding device 100 grinds the workpiece 200, a first contour 240 is formed by grinding at the junction of the first surface 210 and the outer side surface 230, and a second contour 250 is formed by grinding at the junction of the second surface 220 and the outer side surface 230.
It should be noted that, when the grinding device 100 grinds the workpiece 200, the workpiece 200 is driven by an external device (not shown) to move within a preset range, so that the workpiece 200 rotates relative to the grinding device 100, and the workpiece 200 and the grinding device 100 perform a grinding process during the rotation, so that the grinding device 100 grinds the workpiece 200. Wherein the grinding apparatus 100 does not move during the grinding process.
The grinding apparatus 100 includes at least a frame 10, a first grinding member 20, and a second grinding member 30.
The housing 10 is generally plate-shaped for mounting the first abrading article 20 and the second abrading article 30.
The first grinding member 20 may be a finishing pencil, the first grinding member 20 is provided to the frame 10 and protrudes from the frame 10 in a first direction, and the first grinding member 20 is used to grind a junction of the first surface 210 and the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 to form a first profile 240.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the first abrading article 20 may be other sharpening tools for finishing.
The second grinding member 30 may be a finishing pencil, the second grinding member 30 is provided to the frame 10 and protrudes from the frame 10 in the second direction, and the second grinding member 30 is used to grind a junction of the second surface 220 and the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 to form the second profile 250.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the second grinding member 30 may be other sharpening tools for finishing.
In the third direction, the first grinding member 20 and the second grinding member 30 are disposed on the frame 10 in a staggered manner, and by the staggered arrangement, when one of the first grinding member 20 and the second grinding member 30 grinds the workpiece 200, the other of the first grinding member 20 and the second grinding member 30 is prevented from interfering with the workpiece 200.
Wherein the third direction is an X-axis shown in fig. 1, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are all different directions from each other.
In this embodiment, the grinding apparatus 100 further comprises a third grinding member 40, the third grinding member 40 can be a rough copying tool, the third grinding member 40 is disposed on the frame 10 and protrudes from the frame 10 along a fourth direction, the third grinding member 40 is used for grinding the connection between the first surface 210 and the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 and the connection between the second surface 220 and the outer side surface 230 to form a first initial contour and a second initial contour, respectively, the first initial contour is ground by the first grinding member 20 to form a first contour 240, and the second initial contour is ground by the second grinding member 30 to form a second contour 250. The fourth direction and the third direction, and the first direction and the second direction are all different directions, the fourth direction is the Y axis shown in fig. 1, and the fourth direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the third abrading article 40 may be other sharpening tools capable of rough-opening the profile.
The third grinding member 40 is used for roughly opening the first initial contour and the second initial contour at the joint of the first surface 210 and the outer side surface 230 and the joint of the second surface 220 and the outer side surface 230, and then respectively finishing the first initial contour and the second initial contour through the first grinding member 20 and the second grinding member 30, so as to prevent the first grinding member 20 and the second grinding member 30 from directly grinding the workpiece 200 to damage the first grinding member 20 and the second grinding member 30.
In the third direction, the third grinding member 40, the first grinding member 20, and the second grinding member 30 are disposed on the frame 10 in a staggered manner, and by the staggered arrangement, when one of the first grinding member 20, the second grinding member 30, and the third grinding member 40 grinds the workpiece 200, the remaining plurality of the first grinding member 20, the second grinding member 30, and the third grinding member 40 is prevented from interfering with the workpiece 200.
In this embodiment, the third abrading article 40 is also used to abrade the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 such that the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 is formed as the initial surface. Accordingly, the grinding apparatus 100 further includes a fourth grinding member 50, the fourth grinding member 50 may be a finishing straight edge finishing pencil, the fourth grinding member 50 is provided on the frame 10 and protrudes from the frame 10 in a fourth direction, and the fourth grinding member 50 is used for grinding the initial surface of the workpiece 200 to form the initial surface into a finished surface.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the fourth abrading article 50 may be other sharpening tools capable of finishing surfaces.
The third grinding part 40 roughly opens the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200, and then the roughly opened outer side surface 230 is finished by the fourth grinding part 50 to form a finished surface, so that the fourth grinding part 50 is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the fourth grinding part 50 directly finishes the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200.
In the third direction, the fourth grinding member 50, the first grinding member 20, the second grinding member 30, and the third grinding member 40 are arranged on the frame 10 in a staggered manner, and by the staggered arrangement, when one of the first grinding member 20, the second grinding member 30, the third grinding member 40, and the fourth grinding member 50 grinds the workpiece 200, the remaining multiple members of the first grinding member 20, the second grinding member 30, the third grinding member 40, and the fourth grinding member 50 are prevented from interfering with the workpiece 200.
In the present embodiment, the first grinding member 20, the second grinding member 30, the third grinding member 40, and the fourth grinding member 50 protrude from one end of the frame 10 at a height different from each other in a fifth direction, which is the Z-axis shown in fig. 1, and the fifth direction, the third direction, and the fourth direction are perpendicular to each other.
The first, second, third and fourth grinders 20, 30, 40 and 50 have a height difference in the fifth direction, and when one of the first, second, third and fourth grinders 20, 30, 40 and 50 grinds the workpiece 200, the remaining plurality of the first, second, third and fourth grinders 20, 30, 40 and 50 interferes with the workpiece 200 because the workpiece 200 has a certain thickness.
In this embodiment the angle of the first abrading article 20 with respect to the plane formed by the third and fourth directions is in the range 30-70 deg., and the angle of the second abrading article 30 with respect to the plane formed by the third and fourth directions is in the range-70 deg. -30 deg..
The positive and negative of the above-mentioned angle range only indicate that the first direction and the second direction are located on both sides of a plane formed by the third direction and the fourth direction, respectively.
In this embodiment, the angle of the first abrading article 20 may be 40 ° and the angle of the second abrading article 30 may be-60 °.
In this embodiment, the grinding apparatus 100 further includes a table 70, and one end of the frame 10 facing away from the first, second, third and fourth grinding members 20, 30, 40 and 50 is disposed on the table 70, and the table 70 may be disposed on other external equipment or an external platform, respectively.
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of a grinding apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 shows that a first plane 11, a second plane 12, a third plane 13 and a fourth plane 14 are disposed on a frame 10. Accordingly, the first abrading article 20 is disposed on the first planar surface 11 such that the first abrading article 20 is disposed in a first direction; the second abrading article 30 is disposed on the second planar surface 12 such that the second abrading article 30 is disposed in a second orientation; the third grinding member 40 is disposed on the third plane 13 such that the third grinding member 40 is disposed in a third direction; a fourth abrading article 50 is disposed on fourth planar surface 14 such that fourth abrading article 50 is disposed in a fourth orientation. The first plane 11, the second plane 12, the third plane 13, and the fourth plane 14 facilitate the arrangement of the first abrading article 20, the second abrading article 30, the third abrading article 40, and the fourth abrading article 50 in a fixed orientation.
In this embodiment, the grinding apparatus 100 further includes a first fixing member 22, a second fixing member 32, a third fixing member 42 and a fourth fixing member 52, and accordingly, the first fixing member 22 is disposed on the first plane 11, the second fixing member 32 is disposed on the second plane 12, the third fixing member 42 is disposed on the third plane 13, and the fourth fixing member 52 is disposed on the fourth plane 14.
The first grinding part 20 is arranged on the frame 10 through a first fixing part 22, namely the first grinding part 20 can be arranged between the first plane 11 and the first fixing part 22, and the first grinding part 20 is fixed on the first plane 11 through the first fixing part 22; the first abrading article 20 may also be mounted on a first mounting member 22, and the first mounting member 22 may be mounted on the frame 10.
The second grinding member 30 is arranged on the frame 10 through a second fixing member 32, that is, the second grinding member 30 can be arranged between the second plane 12 and the second fixing member 32, and the second grinding member 30 is fixed on the second plane 12 through the second fixing member 32; the second abrading article 30 may also be mounted on a second mounting member 32, and the second mounting member 32 may be mounted to the frame 10.
The third grinding member 40 is mounted on the frame 10 by a third mount 42, i.e. the third grinding member 40 can be mounted between the third plane 13 and the third mount 42, and the third grinding member 40 is fixed on the third plane 13 by the third mount 42; the third abrading article 40 may also be mounted on a third mounting member 42. the third mounting member 42 may be mounted to the frame 10.
The fourth grinding member 50 is disposed on the frame 10 through a fourth fixing member 52, that is, the fourth grinding member 50 can be disposed between the fourth plane 14 and the fourth fixing member 52, and the fourth grinding member 50 is fixed on the fourth plane 14 through the fourth fixing member 52; the fourth abrading article 50 may also be mounted on a fourth mounting 52, and the fourth mounting 52 may be mounted to the frame 10.
In this embodiment, the first plane 11, the second plane 12, the third plane 13, and the fourth plane 14 are respectively provided with an avoiding groove 15 adapted to each grinding member, and the first fixing member 22, the second fixing member 32, the third fixing member 42, and the fourth fixing member 52 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 60 adapted to each grinding member on a surface close to the frame 10. The first, second, third and fourth abrading articles 20, 30, 40, 50 are all located in the area enclosed by the relief groove 15 and the snap-in groove 60, respectively, to secure the abrading articles to the frame 10.
The above embodiments and the accompanying drawings show various embodiments and expansion possibilities of the grinding apparatus 100 provided by the present application, and by the above configuration, the first grinding member 20, the second grinding member 30, the third grinding member 40 and the fourth grinding member 50 grind the workpiece 200 in different directions, respectively, so as to avoid interference between the grinding members and the workpiece 200 when grinding the workpiece 200.
The implementation process of the embodiment is as follows: driving the workpiece 200 to move by an external device, so that the joint of the first surface 210 and the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 corresponds to the third grinding part 40; roughing the junction of the first surface 210 and the outer side 230 of the workpiece 200 by the third grinding member 40 to form a first initial profile; continuing to drive the workpiece 200 to move so that the first initial contour of the workpiece 200 corresponds to the first abrading article 20; finishing a first initial profile of the workpiece 200 by the first abrading article 20 to form a first profile 240; continuing to drive the workpiece 200 to move, so that the joint of the second surface 220 and the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 corresponds to the third grinding part 40; roughing the junction of the second surface 220 and the outer side 230 of the workpiece 200 by the third grinding member 40 to form a second initial profile; continuing to drive the workpiece 200 to move, so that the second initial profile of the workpiece 200 corresponds to the second grinding member 30; the second preliminary profile of the workpiece 200 is finished by the second abrading article 30 to form a second profile 250.
It should be noted that, in the implementation process of the present embodiment, after the first primary profile and the second primary profile are ground by the third grinding member 40, the first primary profile and the second primary profile may be refined by the first grinding member 20 and the second grinding member 30, respectively, and the grinding sequence of the first profile 240 and the second profile 250 is not limited.
The implementation process of this embodiment further includes: driving the workpiece 200 to move by an external device, so that the outer side surface 230 of the workpiece 200 corresponds to the third grinding part 40; rough opening the outer side 230 of the workpiece 200 by the third grinding member 40 to form a starting surface; continuing to drive the workpiece 200 to move, so that the initial surface of the workpiece 200 corresponds to the fourth grinding part 50; the initial face of the workpiece 200 is finished by the fourth grinding member 50 to form a finished face.
It should be noted that the sequence of grinding the finish, grinding the first profile 240, and grinding the second profile 250 is not limited.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present application may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the application being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
