Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种体外反搏治疗用囊套。由 囊套体和固定件组成。其特征在于囊体形状与人体 上肢、下肢或臀部的外形吻合,通过改变囊套体形状, 使之与包裹部位体形相吻合,或囊套体内配以充填 垫,使囊套与身体之间的空隙尽量减少,再加上选用 塑料或金属片代替人造革、帆布,大大减少了气源的 膨胀,降低了气源的无效消耗,提高了反搏的治疗效 果。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于体外反搏治疗的囊套。
现有的体外反搏治疗用囊套均以人造革或帆布制成,并利用绑带、尼龙搭扣等固定,其缺点是因材料质软的关系,使内囊充气时可膨胀度增大,有较大的伸延性,以致耗气多、耗时长;且由于囊套与包裹部位体形不吻合,不能紧贴身体而造成空隙,反搏过程囊套也易下滑,不能有效地驱动更多的血流返回主动脉,直接影响了反搏治疗的效果。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种能减少空隙、不变形、固定良好的体外反搏囊套。
本实用新型的任务是通过改变囊套体的形状,使之与包裹部位的体形吻合,或囊套体内配以充填垫而完成的。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
囊套体(1)采用塑料(如聚丙烯)、铝或其它金属片等有一定韧度、质地稍硬的材料代替人造革、帆布,从而使囊套的可膨胀度减低,减少伸延性。囊套体分别加工成与人体上肢、下肢及臀部外形吻合的形状,从而使囊套体能紧贴身体,减少空隙,并使囊套不易下滑。囊套体须配备若干种规格,以适应不同体型病人的需要。囊套体可事先加工成型,也可采用热变材料按需要临时成型。
为达到紧贴身体、减少空隙、防止下滑的目的,还可以在直桶状囊套(2)内装上配套的充填垫(3)。充填垫可以是以未定形物质(如水、粉末、细沙等)制成的囊袋,也可以是以定形物质(如橡胶)制成的三角垫。前者只要受压,就会出现与受压部位外形吻合的受压面;后者则只要把充填垫向上或向下移动,就可适应不同体型的病人的需要,而不必象上一实施例那样需配备多种规格的囊套。为防止反搏时产生的震动擦伤病人皮肤,囊套体的边缘应钝圆,可采取边缘稍向外翻的方式,也可在边缘包绕软性材料(如布、海绵等)。囊套体可以用一整片材料制成,但为方便操作,最好是分片,接驳处安以合页(4),使开、闭自如。
使用时先按照病人体型选择合适规格的囊套或在直桶状囊套内垫上配套的充填垫,并使囊套紧贴包绕病人的相应部位,然后收紧、固定好固定带(5),即可开始反搏操作。
本实用新型通过改变囊套体的形状,使之与包裹部位体形相吻合,或囊套体内配以充填垫,使囊套与身体之间的空隙减少,囊套固定良好,再加上选用有一定韧度、质地稍硬的塑料或金属片作材料,使囊套的膨胀性减少,从而大大减少了气源的无效消耗,提高了反搏的治疗效果。

1、一种体外反搏囊套,由囊套体和固定件组成,其特征在于囊套体形状与人体上肢、下肢或臀部的外形吻合。
2、根据权利要求1所述体外反搏囊套,其特征在于囊套体内配以充填垫。
3、根据权利要求1所述体外反搏囊套,其特征在于囊套体边缘外翻或包绕软性材料。
4、根据权利要求1所述体外反搏囊套,其特征在于囊套体分片,连接处安以合页。
