In the sliding direction of the second housing 2, the second magnetic member 22 is magnetically connected to the first magnetic member 12. The first protruding portion 21 can abut against the limiting portion 11 along with the sliding of the second housing 2 to limit the extending motion of the second housing 2.
Referring to fig. 6 in combination with fig. 7, the spray gun 3 is telescopically and slidably installed in the tubular portion 20, the inner diameter of the tubular portion 20 is equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the second protrusion 32, and the inner diameters of the third magnetic element 23 and the inner protrusion 24 are slightly larger than the outer diameter of the spray gun body 30. As the spray gun 3 extends out of the tubular part 20, the fourth magnetic member 31 can be attracted to the third magnetic member 23 to restrict the extension of the spray gun 3.
As shown in fig. 6, the tubular part 20 is provided with an axially extending notch 201, the notch 201 is located on one side of the tubular part 20, the position-limiting part 11 is located on the other side of the tubular part 20, and the notch 201 and the position-limiting part 11 are arranged in a positive opposition.

The first nut portion 43 may be adjacent to and flush with the first end of the tubular portion 20. The first nut portion 43 is disposed opposite to the stopper portion 11.
The second nut portion 44 is fixedly disposed on an outer surface of the torch body 30. As shown in fig. 5, the second nut portion 44 may be fixedly provided on the second protrusion 32 at the rear end of the torch body 30. Referring to fig. 6, the second nut portion 44 is threaded on the screw 41 after passing through the notch 201.
The driving element 42 is preferably an electric motor, and an output shaft of the driving element 42 is in transmission connection with one end of the screw rod 41. The housing of the driving element 42 can be fixedly connected to the housing part 10 by screws. The driving element 42 may be an electric motor, a pneumatic motor, or the like.
It is understood that the second magnetic member 22 can be fixed to the first nut portion 43, and can be magnetically connected to the first magnetic member 12 in the axial direction of the first nut portion 43.
As shown in fig. 6, the first magnetic member 12 and the second magnetic member 22 are both ring magnets. The two ends of the screw 41 are respectively a first end and a second end. The first end of the screw 41 is drivingly connected to the driving element 42, the first magnetic member 12 is sleeved at the first end of the screw 41, and the second magnetic member 22 is fixedly disposed at a side of the first nut portion 43 facing the first end of the screw 41. Preferably, the second magnetic member 22 is embedded in a side surface of the first nut portion 43.
It can be understood that the inner diameter of the second magnetic member 22 is larger than the inner diameter of the first nut portion 43, so that the screw rod 41 can be smoothly threaded through the second magnetic member 22 to be coupled with the first nut portion 43.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the spray gun 3 further includes a guide post 33 fixedly disposed on an outer surface of the spray gun body 30. The inner surface of the housing 10 is provided with a guide groove 101 which is slidably engaged with the guide post 33.
The guide post 33 and the guide groove 101 together constitute a guide structure which provides an effective guiding function when the spray gun 3 slides relative to the housing part 10.
The initial position of the spray gun assembly is shown in figure 1. When the driving element 42 drives the screw 41 to rotate in the forward direction, the first magnetic member 12 engages with the second magnetic member 22. Since the torque applied to the first nut portion 43 by the screw 41 is smaller than the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member 12 and the second magnetic member 22, the second housing 2 is restricted from moving by the magnetic attraction force, and the first nut portion 43 on the tubular portion 20 of the second housing 2 is not in threaded contact with the screw 41, so that the second housing 2 is not moved.
With the forward rotation of the screw 41, the lance 3 is pushed out of the second housing 2 by the second nut portion 44.
The spray gun 3 slowly extends out of the second casing 2, and after the fourth magnetic part 31 and the third magnetic part 23 are attracted, the spray gun 3 extends out to the limit position relative to the second casing 2.
Then, along with the forward rotation of the screw 41, the spray gun 3 pulls the second housing 2, so that the second magnetic member 22 and the first magnetic member 12 are disengaged, the first nut portion 43 is in threaded connection with the screw 41, and the second housing 2 is driven by the first nut portion 43 to extend out of the housing portion 10.
Since the spray gun 3 is fixedly connected with the second housing 2 by the attraction of the fourth magnetic member 31 and the third magnetic member 23, the spray gun 3 moves continuously with the second housing 2.
When the first protruding portion 21 abuts against the limiting portion 11, the second housing 2 extends to an extreme position relative to the housing portion 10. At this time, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the extending operation of the second housing 2 and the spray gun 3 is completed, and the spray gun 3 can perform the spray cleaning operation.
When the drive element 42 drives the screw 41 in reverse rotation, the lance 3 and the second housing 2 enter the return phase.
The second housing 2 is retracted into the housing portion 10 by the first nut portion 43.
Because the spray gun 3 is fixedly connected with the second housing 2 through the attraction of the fourth magnetic member 31 and the third magnetic member 23, the spray gun 3 starts to return with the second housing 2.
During the retraction movement of the lance 3 with the second housing 2, the second nut part 44 is again in threaded connection with the threaded rod 41.
After the spray gun 3 moves back with the second housing 2 for a certain distance, the fourth magnetic member 31 and the third magnetic member 23 are disengaged because the torque applied to the second nut portion 44 by the screw 41 is greater than the magnetic attraction force between the fourth magnetic member 31 and the third magnetic member 23. As the screw 41 continues to rotate in the reverse direction, the lance 3 is retracted into the second housing 2 by the second nut portion 44.
As the second magnetic member 22 is engaged with the first magnetic member 12, the second housing 2 and the spray gun 3 are retracted to the initial position. The second housing 2 and the spray gun 3 wait for the next extension instruction.
Intelligent closestool and spray gun subassembly in this application adopts second shell 2 and 3 two-stage extending structure of spray gun, has realized the flexible removal of low noise of spray gun, and occupation space is few to inhale structure and limit structure through magnetism and realize the motion control of second shell 2 and spray gun 3. The spray gun assembly in this application is rational in infrastructure, operates steadily, and it is big to have overcome gear drive noise among the correlation technique, has the virtual position, and the transmission is steady inadequately and the belt drive appears the defect of smooth tooth phenomenon easily.
