9. A business seat as claimed in claim 8, wherein the eighth work area (24) is arranged to project out of the plane of the fifth work area (21), the sixth work area (22) and the seventh work area (23), the eighth work area (24) being arranged to support the head of a passenger.
10. The business seat as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cushion (10) is provided with a flame-retardant felt along the circumference; and/or a flame-retardant felt is attached to the periphery of the back cushion (20).
11. A rail vehicle comprising a business seat, wherein the business seat is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The rail vehicle of claim 11, wherein the business seat is a plurality of business seats, at least two business seats of the plurality of business seats being adjacently disposed, the rail vehicle further comprising:
