the upper die part of the punching die comprises an upper stripping plate and a stop plate which is positioned above the upper stripping plate and fixedly connected with the upper stripping plate into a whole, the lower die part of the punching die comprises a lower stripping plate and a lower punching die plate which is positioned below the lower stripping plate and fixedly connected with the lower stripping plate into a whole, the upper stripping plate is provided with a plurality of upper stripping plate inlet blocks, and the lower stripping plate is provided with a plurality of lower stripping plate inlet blocks which are correspondingly matched with the upper stripping plate inlet blocks one by one;
the die comprises an upper die plate, an upper die base, an upper die plate and a lower die plate, wherein the upper die plate comprises an upper die plate body and a plurality of upper die inserts, insert holes penetrating through the upper die plate body in the thickness direction are formed in the upper die plate body, a plurality of upper die inserts are respectively provided with a first upper connecting structure used for detachably and fixedly connecting the upper die inserts to the upper die base, and any one of the upper die inserts is embedded in the insert hole and detachably and fixedly connected to the upper die base; the positions and the sizes of the first upper connecting structures of the upper die insert blocks are consistent;
the lower template comprises a lower template body and a plurality of lower die inserts which are matched with the upper die inserts in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the lower template body is provided with an insert groove, the lower die inserts are respectively provided with a first lower connecting structure for detachably and fixedly connecting the lower die inserts to the lower backing plate, and any lower die insert is embedded in the insert groove and detachably and fixedly connected to the lower backing plate; the positions and the sizes of the first lower connecting structures of the lower die insert blocks are consistent.

the first upper connecting structure comprises a screw hole and a positioning pin hole, the upper die base is correspondingly provided with the screw hole and the positioning pin hole, and any one of the upper die insert is detachably and fixedly connected with the upper die base through a screw and a positioning pin.

the first upper stripper inserts are respectively provided with a second upper connecting structure for detachably and fixedly connecting the first upper stripper inserts to the stop plate, any one of the first upper stripper inserts is detachably and fixedly connected to the stop plate, and the positions and the sizes of the second upper connecting structures of the first upper stripper inserts are consistent;
and the second upper stripper insert is provided with a third upper connecting structure used for fixedly connecting the second upper stripper insert with the third upper connecting structure of the stop plate in a detachable manner, wherein any one of the second upper stripper insert is fixedly connected with the stop plate in a detachable manner, and the second upper stripper insert is provided with a plurality of third upper connecting structures with consistent positions and sizes.

the second upper connecting structure comprises a screw hole and a positioning pin hole, the stop plate is correspondingly provided with the screw hole and the positioning pin hole, and any one of the first upper stripper plate insert blocks is detachably and fixedly connected to the stop plate through a screw and a positioning pin;

and a plurality of second lower stripper inserts are respectively provided with a third lower connecting structure used for fixedly connecting the second lower stripper inserts with the lower template of the punching die in a detachable manner, any one of the second lower stripper inserts is fixedly connected with the lower template of the punching die in a detachable manner, and the positions and the sizes of the third lower connecting structures of the second lower stripper inserts are consistent.
