In order to avoid the second pin 1091 from moving, second snap springs 1093 are arranged at two ends of the second pin 1091, and the second snap springs 1093 are correspondingly clamped in the second through slots 1062 one by one. In addition, the second bearing 1092 can be a needle bearing, which can effectively reduce vibration and noise during transmission.
It is understood that the operation of the fascia gun 100 provided in the above embodiments can be described as follows:
the motor 1011 runs and drives the transmission shaft 1012 to rotate, the transmission shaft 1012 drives the bearing inner ring piece 91 to rotate, and the bearing outer ring piece 92 performs reciprocating linear motion based on the rotation of the bearing inner ring piece 91; the swing arm 102 and the bearing outer ring member 92 move synchronously, the first connecting rod 105 is driven by the swing arm 102 to perform reciprocating linear motion, the piston 106 and the first connecting rod 105 move synchronously, and the massage head 107 and the piston 106 perform reciprocating linear motion synchronously, so that knocking massage is performed on a user.

It can be understood that the guiding structure 80, besides guiding and positioning the movement path of the piston 106 and the massage head 107, is also convenient to replace when the guiding structure 80 is damaged, so as to avoid the influence on the normal use of the fascial gun 100 caused by the incapability of replacing the guiding structure 80.
As shown in fig. 13, the guiding structure 80 at least includes: the guide sleeve 82 and the guide pipe 83, at least part of the guide sleeve 82 penetrates into the first mounting through hole 29 and is detachably connected with the inner wall of the first mounting through hole 29; the guide sleeve 82 is provided with a second mounting through hole 821 communicated with the accommodating cavity, the guide pipe 83 is fixedly arranged in the second mounting through hole 821, and the first guide hole 81 is arranged on the guide pipe 83 and communicated with the second mounting through hole 821.
It will be appreciated that the guide tube 83 has an axial length less than that of the second mounting through hole 821; the circumferential outer side wall of the guide pipe 83 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the second mounting through hole 821, so that the guide pipe 83 and the guide sleeve 82 are of an integrated structure; in addition, the guide tube 83 may be a metal tube.
It can be understood that, in the process of the reciprocating linear motion of the piston 106, the guide sleeve 82 and the guide tube 83 can play a role in guiding and positioning, and can also ensure that the piston 106 and the first connecting rod 105 have higher coaxiality, so as to reduce the vibration and noise generated in the transmission process, and effectively improve the use experience of a user.
In order to reduce the frictional resistance that exists when the piston 106 moves in the first guide hole 81, a lubricating layer made of grease is applied to the inner wall of the first guide hole 81.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 13, a first thread 822 is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the guide sleeve 82, a second thread 291 corresponding to the first thread 822 is formed on an inner wall of the first mounting through hole 29, and the first thread 822 is in threaded engagement with the second thread 291, so that the guide sleeve 82 is in threaded engagement with the lower housing 20 to form an integral structure through threaded engagement between the first thread 822 and the second thread 291.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, a buckling portion 823 is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the guide sleeve 82, a buckling groove 292 corresponding to the buckling portion 823 is formed on an inner wall of the first mounting through hole 29, and the buckling portion 823 is buckled on the buckling groove 292, so that the guide sleeve 82 is buckled with the lower housing 20 to form an integral structure through buckling engagement of the buckling portion 823 and the buckling groove 292.
It can be understood that the circumferential outer side surface of the guide sleeve 82 can be provided with a plurality of buckling parts 823, and the inner wall of the first mounting through hole 29 is correspondingly provided with the same number of buckling grooves 292 as the buckling parts 823.
As shown in fig. 14, the locking groove 292 is formed with a locking channel and a positioning channel, the positioning channel is engaged with the locking channel, and the locking portion 823 can move along the positioning channel to the locking channel and is locked and matched with the locking channel. It can be understood that the clamping portion 823 is firstly matched with the positioning channel, and then the guide sleeve 82 is rotated to enable the clamping portion 823 to be in clamping fit with the clamping channel, so that detachable connection between the guide sleeve 82 and the lower shell 20 is achieved. In order to ensure the connection stability between the guide bush 82 and the lower case 20, two locking portions 823 are symmetrically provided on the outer circumferential surface of the guide bush 82, and two locking grooves 292 are symmetrically provided on the inner wall of the first mounting through hole 29. When the guide sleeve 82 is damaged, the guide sleeve 82 can be detached from the lower shell 20 by rotating the guide sleeve 82, so that the guide sleeve 82 can be replaced conveniently.
The locking groove 292 is L-shaped, and the length of the positioning groove is shorter than that of the locking groove.
As shown in fig. 8, a guide sleeve fixing portion 201 is formed at an end of the lower case 20 to extend, and the first mounting through hole 29 is formed at the guide sleeve fixing portion 201 and communicates with the accommodating chamber. An abutting portion 824 is formed at an end portion of the guide sleeve 82 away from the accommodating chamber, and the abutting portion 824 abuts against an axial end face of the guide sleeve fixing portion 201 away from the accommodating chamber to prevent the guide sleeve 82 from penetrating completely into the first mounting through hole 29.
The fascia gun 100 provided in the above embodiment is in clamping fit with the first clamping strip 40 located at the second surface 21 of the lower casing 20 through the first clamping groove 30 located at the first surface 11 of the upper casing 10 (or in clamping fit with the first clamping strip 40 located at the first surface 11 of the upper casing 10 and the first clamping groove 30 located at the second surface 21 of the lower casing 20), and the upper casing 10 and the lower casing 20 can be detachably connected without an internal connecting column, so that the internal space of the fascia gun 100 can be saved, and the fascia gun 100 has a simple and compact overall structure.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention cannot be limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
