The filter 3 is inserted into the dust cup 91 from the cup mouth of the dust cup 91, and the filter 92 is positioned in the dust cup 91 and limited in the first mounting groove 912; the filter 92 is rotated to enable the buckle part of the upper end of the filter 92 to be clamped into the first buckle position 911, so that the filter 92 is fixed in the first mounting groove 912, and the phenomenon that the filter 92 loosens relative to the dust cup 91 when the dust cup assembly is used, so that the sealing is poor and the dust collection efficiency is reduced is prevented.
The top of the mounting cylinder 910 is provided with two fixing rods 913, and the two fixing rods 913 are symmetrically disposed to fix the dust blocking sheet 94. Generally, the dust blocking plate 94 is fixed on the two fixing rods 913 to block the top of the installation cylinder 910.

The inner side wall of the mounting cylinder 910 is provided with a guide side wall 916 and a sealing side wall 917 in sequence from the second mounting 914 downwards, and the guide side wall 916 is gradually converged (or closed) towards the center of the mounting cylinder 910 in the extending process from the sealing side wall 917 to the second mounting 914, so that the inner diameter of the space surrounded by the sealing side wall 917 is a cone with a large lower part and a small upper part. This configuration is advantageous in that, when the upper pipe 941 is inserted into the installation cylinder 910 from the lower portion to the upper portion, during the upward movement of the first and second snaps 942 and 943 touching the guide sidewall 916 and along the guide sidewall 916, both first snap 942 and second snap 943 are compressed by guide sidewall 916, so that the first and second snap buttons 942 and 943 are elastically deformed toward the central axis of the upper pipe 941, so that the first elastic buckle 942 and the second elastic buckle 943 accumulate the restoring elastic force in the direction away from the central axis of the upper pipe 941, and as first snap 942 and second snap 943 continue to move upward into second mounting 914, the first elastic fastener 942 and the second elastic fastener 943 are respectively fastened with the second fastening position 915 and the second fastening portion 914 under the action of their restoring elastic force, so that the guiding sidewall 916 is provided to improve the reliability of the detachable structure.
When the upper pipe 941 is assembled inside the mounting tube 910, the sealing sidewall 917 is attached to the outer sidewall of the upper pipe 941 to form a sealing connection structure between the upper pipe 941 and the mounting tube 910, so as to prevent the dust collector from leaking air at the connection position between the upper pipe 941 and the mounting tube 910 due to the air sucked into the dust cup 91 from the connecting pipe 93. Preferably, the sealing sidewall 917 is a tapered structure with a larger lower portion and a smaller upper portion, the upper pipe body 941 also corresponds to the pipe body with the larger lower portion and the smaller upper portion, and when the upper pipe body 941 is assembled in the installation cylinder 910, a tapered inclined plane matching sealing structure is formed between the outer sidewall of the upper pipe body 941 and the sealing sidewall 917, so that the sealing effect between the two is better than the sealing performance when the two are matched by a vertical plane.
A positioning hole 919 with a downward opening is formed at the bottom end of the mounting tube 910, a positioning block 944 protruding out of the upper tube 941 is formed at the bottom of the upper tube 941, and when the positioning block 944 is inserted into the positioning hole 919, the first elastic buckle 942 is aligned with the second buckle 915 and is accurately buckled into the second buckle 915. Therefore, the positioning hole 919 is matched with the positioning block 944, so that the upper pipe body 941 can be accurately assembled on the mounting barrel 910, and the reliability of connection between the upper pipe body 941 and the mounting barrel 910 is improved.
A limiting groove 918 is formed between the bottom end of the mounting cylinder 910 and the mounting hole, and a positioning hole 919 is formed in the limiting groove 918; the bottom of the upper pipe 941 is provided with a limiting ring 945, and the positioning block 944 is protruded on the limiting ring 945. When the upper pipe 941 is fitted into the mounting cylinder 910 from the bottom up, the retainer ring 945 enters the retainer groove 918. Through the matching of the limiting groove 918 and the limiting ring 945, in order to prevent the upper pipe body 941 from being excessively inserted into the mounting cylinder 910, so that a detachable assembly structure between the upper pipe body 941 and the mounting cylinder 910 is damaged or cannot be accurately matched, the upper pipe body 941 is further conveniently and accurately assembled on the mounting cylinder 910 so as to improve the connection reliability of the upper pipe body 941 and the mounting cylinder 910; meanwhile, the sealing performance between the upper pipe body 941 and the mounting cylinder 910 can be further improved by the matching of the limiting groove 918 and the limiting ring 945, so that external air is prevented from entering the dust cup 91, and the dust collector is ensured to provide stable and reliable suction force.

The inner side wall of the casing 100 is provided with an installation boss 102 and a limit hole 105, the end surface of the installation boss 102 is provided with a screw hole 103, and the lower end surface of the casing 100 is provided with a limit ring groove 104. A mounting recess is correspondingly provided on the side surface of the upper case 1, and a mounting stud 18 is provided in the mounting recess. the sealing rubber gasket comprises a sealing body and an air inlet through hole which is arranged on the sealing body and matched with the air suction opening;
the diversion bracket comprises a circular diversion body and a diversion through hole which is arranged in the middle of the diversion body and is matched with the air inlet through hole, and the lower side surface of the diversion body is a diversion inclined plane so that the diversion through hole is gradually enlarged from top to bottom along the diversion inclined plane;
the lower support is provided with an air inlet groove matched with the lower tail end of the diversion through hole, the lower support compresses the sealing rubber mat on the lower side surface of the dust collector host through the diversion support, and an air suction inlet of the dust collector motor is communicated with the air inlet groove of the lower support through the air inlet through hole and the diversion through hole in sequence to form an air inlet channel.

The air duct structure of the dust collector as claimed in claim 5, wherein the air outlet flow guiding device comprises: a clearance gap is arranged at the position of the machine body groove corresponding to the air outlet and is communicated with the air outlet; two sides of the clearance gap are respectively provided with an air deflector.
7. The air duct structure of vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 6, wherein a wind shield is provided above the clearance gap.
