本实用新型涉及金属切割工具,一种优质高效割嘴。
已有的氧-乙炔割嘴,切割氧出口与混合气出口处有一段距离,使工作时切割氧出口与混合气出口间会产生真空,影响切割氧的力度;当加大切割氧压力时,在出口处又会使切割氧流外膨,影响切割质量。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种新型割嘴,以克服现有氧-乙炔割嘴的上述缺点,提高切割质量和效率。
本实用新型的目的用一种优质高效割嘴的设计方案来达到。它由切割氧嘴芯1、混合气嘴出口2、切割氧孔道3和混合气外嘴4组成,其特征在于切割氧嘴芯成内缩结构,混合气嘴出口呈外扩状。

本实用新型的实施例表明本割嘴具有:
1.风线挺、排渣力强。
2.切割速度比普通割嘴提高50%以上。
3.切口质量高,平面度、粗糙度、挂渣都能达到部颁标准JB3092-82的零级和无“挖肉”现象。
4.切割铸铁和不锈钢冲刷力强、热能集中。
5.使用寿命比普通割嘴长,而且制作简单。
本实用新型的优点是能有效地减小切割氧出口处外膨,从而提高切割氧的力度和能量,提高切割的质量和效率。
