In the present specification, directional expressions such as "top", "bottom", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", and the like are not absolute, but relative, when describing structural positions of respective members. These directional expressions are appropriate when the respective components are arranged as shown in the drawings, but should be changed accordingly when the positions of the respective components in the drawings are changed.
It should also be noted that in the illustrated embodiment, the aerated product with spray function according to the present invention is an aerated pool for water entertainment for the user. Of course, the scope of the present invention is not limited to this type of inflatable product. In fact, the present invention covers any type of inflatable product that can perform a spraying function, such as some inflatable toys having the shape of animals, fruits, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pool of aerated water 1 comprises a spray aeration body 2 projecting upwardly from the top of the side walls of the pool of aerated water 1. It should be understood that in this specification, "spray aeration" refers to aeration in which a spray device is provided in the aeration chamber to enable outward spray of a stream of atomized water. Compared with the traditional inflatable body capable of spraying general water flow, the spraying inflatable body can improve the ornamental effect of water flow spraying and has better entertainment.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the spray aeration body 2 comprises water inlet openings 3 and water outlet openings 4 arranged in the wall of the spray aeration body 2 and a spraying device 5 arranged inside the spray aeration body 2, i.e. in the aeration chamber of the spray aeration body 2.
An inlet opening 3 is provided adjacent the bottom of the spray aeration body 2 and is oriented towards the exterior of the aeration basin 1 for connection to an external water supply.
The water outlet 4 is arranged adjacent to the top of the spray inflatable body 2 and is oriented towards the inside of the inflatable pool 1 for spraying atomized water flow into the inflatable pool 1 through the water outlet 4.
The spraying device 5 is fixed to the wall of this spray inflatable body 2 at the water inlet 3 and the water outlet 4 and communicates the water inlet 3 with the water outlet 4 so as to be able to guide the flow of external water from the water inlet 3 to the water outlet 4 and to spray it through a spray member, which will be described later, toward the inflatable pool 1.
A preferred embodiment of the spraying device 5 is described below with the aid of fig. 5 to 7.
As shown in fig. 5, the spraying device 5 includes a water inlet pipe 8, a pipe joint 9, and a spray head assembly.
The pipe joint 9 can be fixed on the wall of the spraying inflatable body 2 at the water inlet hole 3 through the first rubber coating part 6, the spray head assembly can be fixed on the wall of the spraying inflatable body 2 at the water outlet hole 4 through the second rubber coating part 7, and the water inlet pipe 8 is communicated with the pipe joint 9 and the spray head assembly so as to guide water flow from bottom to top.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first potting member 6 includes a pipe joint connection part, a water inlet pipe connection part, and a water inlet hole fixing part.
The inlet orifice securing portion comprises a radial annular projection 6c projecting radially outwards from the body of the first overmold 6, which radial annular projection 6c is configured to be securable to the wall of the spray inflator 2 around the inlet orifice 3, preferably by high frequency welding to the wall of the spray inflator 2, to secure the first overmold 6 and the wall of the spray inflator 2 to one another.
The pipe joint connection part includes a snap 6a protruding from the inlet hole fixing part toward the outside of the spray inflator 2, and the snap 6a is configured to be inserted into the pipe joint 9 and snap-fitted with a blocking part 9a of the pipe joint 9 to fix the pipe joint 9 and the first adhesive member 6 to each other.
The inlet pipe connection part is communicated with the pipe joint connection part and includes a receiving part 6b protruded from the inlet hole fixing part toward the inside of the spray inflatable body 2, and the receiving part 6b is configured to be capable of being fitted over the lower end part of the inlet pipe 8 so that the inlet pipe 8 and the first adhesive coating member 6 are fixed to each other.
As also shown in fig. 6 and 7, the second wrapping member 7 includes a spray head connection portion and a water outlet fixing portion.
The outlet fixing portion comprises a radial annular projection 7b projecting radially outwards from the body of the second overmold 7, which radial annular projection 7b is configured to be securable to the wall of the spray inflatable body 2 around the outlet opening 4, preferably by high frequency welding with the wall of the spray inflatable body 2, to secure the second overmold 7 and the wall of the spray inflatable body 2 to one another. The outlet fixing portion in fact constitutes the front face of the second sheathing member 7, "front" indicating the direction towards the inside of the pneumatic water tank 1, and "rear" indicating the direction towards the outside of the pneumatic water tank 1.
The atomising head connecting portion includes radial annular draw-in groove 7a that sets up on the body inner wall of second package rubber part 7 in apopore fixed part rear, and this radial annular draw-in groove 7a constructs to be constructed into can with the joint portion (see the following description) joint cooperation of atomising head subassembly to make atomising head subassembly and second package rubber part 7 fixed each other.
It should be understood that the material of the first and second overmold members 6, 7 is not limiting and is typically selected for injection molding using a soft plastic material such as TPE (thermoplastic elastomer).
As also shown in fig. 6 and 7, the spray head assembly includes an injection molded part 10, a spray part, and a connecting tube 14.
The injection-molded part 10 is made of, for example, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) or the like and comprises a radial annular projection 10a provided at a first end of the injection-molded part 10, which is configured to be embedded in the second overmold part 7 and to be snap-fitted with the radial annular groove 7a of the second overmold part 7 via the radial annular projection 10 a.
A spray member (i.e., a water flow pressurizing member) is embedded in the injection-molded member 10 and includes a first copper insert 11 and a second copper insert 12 which are screwed to each other, and a seal ring 13 which is disposed between the two copper inserts, a section 11a of the first copper insert 11 is positioned inside the second copper insert 12 with a radial gap from the second copper insert 12, and a spray hole 12a which is positionable in the water outlet hole 4 is provided on a front end surface of the second copper insert 12.
The connection pipe 14 has a substantially right-angled configuration, one end of the connection pipe 14 is fitted over the upper end of the water inlet pipe 8 to fix the water inlet pipe 8 and the connection pipe 14 to each other, and the other end of the connection pipe 14 is fitted over the second end 10b of the injection molded part 10 to fix the injection molded part 10 and the connection pipe 14 to each other and communicate with the water inlet pipe 8.
When the spraying function is switched on, the external water flow enters the spraying device 5 through the pipe connection 9 and reaches the spray member via the water inlet pipe 8 and the connecting pipe 14. Due to the radial gap between the section 11a of the first copper insert 11 and the second copper insert 12, the water flow can be refluxed and pressurized through the radial gap, and then a mist-like water flow is sprayed into the interior of the pneumatic water reservoir 1 through the spray hole 12 a.
The technical content and technical features of the present invention have been disclosed above, but it should be understood that various changes and modifications of the concept disclosed above can be made by those skilled in the art under the inventive concept of the present invention, and all fall within the scope of the present invention.
The above description of embodiments is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
