2. The dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the curing device has a curing position for curing glue on the workpiece at the dispensing position and a curing escape position that exits the curing position, the dispensing mechanism further comprising:
and the second driving device is arranged on the dispensing support, is in driving connection with the curing device and is used for driving the curing device to move and switch between the curing position and the curing avoiding position.
3. The dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the curing device comprises:
the curing lamp is used for emitting a light beam to the glue on the workpiece so as to cure the glue;
the blocking cover is sleeved on the curing lamp and used for forming a channel for the light beam to spread from the curing lamp to the dispensing position; and
and the curing lamp controller is arranged on the dispensing support, is electrically connected with the curing lamp and is used for controlling the curing lamp to be turned on or turned off.
4. The dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein said dispensing device comprises:
a glue barrel; and
the needle head assembly is rotatably arranged on the dispensing support, the needle head assembly is connected and fixed with the glue barrel, the needle head assembly is provided with a dispensing needle head, the first driving device is in driving connection with the needle head assembly and used for driving the needle head assembly to be relative to the dispensing support so as to enable the dispensing needle head to be in dispensing position and dispensing to avoid rotating and switching between positions.
5. The dispensing mechanism of claim 4, wherein said dispensing device further comprises:
the angle adjusting seat is rotatably arranged on the dispensing bracket, the needle head assembly is connected and fixed with the angle adjusting seat, and the first driving device is in driving connection with the angle adjusting seat;
one of the dispensing support and the angle adjusting seat is provided with a guide rail, the other one of the dispensing support and the angle adjusting seat is provided with a guide piece, and when the first driving device drives the angle adjusting seat to rotate relative to the dispensing support, the guide piece slides along the guide rail.
6. The dispensing mechanism of claim 5, wherein the angle adjustment base is provided with graduation marks.
7. The dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the dispensing mechanism further comprises:
the detection device is arranged right opposite to the dispensing position and used for detecting the dispensing state of the dispensing position.
8. The dispensing mechanism of claim 7, wherein said detection device comprises:
the CCD camera is arranged on the dispensing support, is opposite to the dispensing position and is used for photographing and detecting the glue at the dispensing position; and
the light source is arranged on the dispensing support and used for emitting lighting beams to the dispensing position when the CCD camera photographs and detects the glue at the dispensing position.
9. A dispensing robot, comprising:
a frame;
the workpiece input mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for conveying workpieces;
the workpiece supporting mechanism is arranged on the rack;
the workpiece clamping mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for clamping the workpiece on the workpiece input mechanism and transferring the workpiece to the workpiece supporting mechanism; and
the dispensing mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 8, disposed on the frame, for dispensing the workpiece on the workpiece support mechanism.
10. A dispensing robot according to claim 9, wherein said workpiece support structure comprises:
the base is arranged on the rack;
the workpiece support is rotatably arranged on the base and used for placing a workpiece; and
and the third driving device is arranged on the base, is in driving connection with the workpiece support and is used for driving the workpiece support to rotate.
