The cup body 100 comprises a cup body 110, a cup seat 120 and a cup cover 130, and the holding part 200 and the cup body 110 can be assembled and disassembled in a sliding mode. The locking assembly 300 secures the grip member 200 to the cup body 110.
It should be noted that the specific structural shape of the "grip 200" can be various, including but not limited to a handle, an anti-scald ring, etc.
It should be noted that "the grip 200 is detachably connected to the cup body 110 in a sliding manner" means that the grip and the cup body are detachably connected to each other in a sliding manner. The specific implementation mode includes but is not limited to a sliding rail structure or a sleeving structure, and the like, and the two can be disassembled or assembled in a sliding mode.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, an application of the locking assembly 300 in some embodiments is illustrated. Fig. 3 is an application diagram of the locking assembly 300 (the first locking member 310 is in a first state) in an embodiment, and fig. 4 is a diagram of the first locking member 310 in a second state shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the locking assembly 300 includes a first locking member 310, the first locking member 310 has a first state and a second state, and the first locking member 310 is movably disposed on the cup 100, such that the first locking member 310 is switched between the locked state and the unlocked state. When the first locking member 310 is in the first state, the first locking member 310 restricts the movement of the holder 200, so that the holder 200 is fixed on the cup body 110; when the first locking member 310 is in the second state, the first locking member 310 is staggered with respect to the holder 200, so that the holder 200 and the cup body 110 can be slidably assembled and disassembled.
In some embodiments, the holding member 200 of the cooking cup 10 is detachably connected to the cup body 110 in a sliding manner, and is fixed by the first locking member 310, so that the holding member 200 and the cup body 110 are reliably connected together. When the grip 200 or the cup body 110 is damaged and needs to be replaced, the first locking member 310 may be detached or the first locking member 310 may be moved to an unlocked state, such that the grip 200 may be detached from the cup body 110, and the grip 200 may slide relative to the cup body 110 to complete the separation of the two. The damaged part is replaced by a new part, the grip member 200 slides relative to the cup body 110 to complete the assembly of the two parts, and the first locking member 310 is switched to the locking state again to fix the grip member, so that the grip member 200 and the cup body 110 are reliably connected together. Thus, the cup body 100 and the holding part 200 can be easily and quickly disassembled, which is beneficial to improving the maintenance efficiency of the food processing cup 10. Meanwhile, when the first locking member 310 is fixedly disposed on the cup holder 120, the cup body 110 can further fix the cup holder 120 through the holding member 200 by using the matching between the position-limiting body 240 and the position-limiting groove 312, so that the connection between the cup body 110 and the cup holder 120 is more reliable.
It should be noted that the "first locking member 310" may be "a part of the cup holder 120", that is, the "first locking member 310" is integrally formed with "the other part of the cup holder 120"; or a separate component that is removable from the rest of the cup holder 120, i.e., the first locking member 310, can be manufactured separately and then integrated with the rest of the cup holder 120.
Equivalently, the "body" and the "certain part" can be parts of the corresponding "component", i.e., the "body" and the "certain part" are integrally manufactured with other parts of the "component"; or an independent component which can be detached from the other parts of the component, namely, a certain body and a certain part can be manufactured independently and then combined with the other parts of the component into a whole. The expressions "a certain body" and "a certain part" in the present application are only one example, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application for reading convenience, and the technical solutions equivalent to the present application should be understood as being included in the above features and having the same functions.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the cup body 110 has a first engaging portion 112 protruding from the cup body 110, and the grip 200 has a second engaging portion 210 detachably engaging with the first engaging portion 112. In some embodiments, the first mating portion 112 and the second mating portion 210 are detachably sleeved to form a slidable connection between the cup body 110 and the grip 200, and the first mating portion 112 is also used to facilitate the insertion connection with the second mating portion 210.
After the first matching part 112 and the second matching part 210 are matched, the first matching part 112 and the second matching part 210 cannot be separated along the cross section direction far away from the first matching part 112, and the separation of the first matching part 112 and the second matching part can be realized through end separation, namely the second matching part 210 is separated or sleeved together through moving in the length direction of the first matching part 112.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, in an embodiment, the length direction of the first matching portion 112 is arranged along the height direction of the cup body 110, and the first locking member 310 is arranged at one end of the first matching portion 112. In some embodiments, the height space of the cup body 110 can be fully utilized to arrange the longer first matching portion 112, so that the matching length between the first matching portion 112 and the second matching portion 210 is longer, and further, the connection length between the cup body 110 and the grip 200 is longer, which is beneficial to further improving the connection strength between the grip 200 and the cup body 110.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in an embodiment, the first matching portion 112 includes two first matching portions 112, and the two first matching portions 112 are oppositely disposed at intervals to form positioning slots 114; the second matching portions 210 correspond to the first matching portions 112 one by one, and a positioning body 220 positioned and matched with the positioning groove 114 is arranged between the two second matching portions 210. In some embodiments, the coupling strength of the grip 200 and the cup body 110 can be further improved by the cooperation of the pair of first mating portions 112 and the second mating portions 210. Meanwhile, the holding member 200 is more tightly connected with the cup body 110 by the cooperation of the positioning groove 114 and the positioning body 220, and the holding member does not easily shake during use.
Further, in an embodiment, the positioning groove 114 includes a first mating surface 108 abutting against the positioning body 220, the positioning body 220 includes a second mating surface 221 abutting against the first mating surface 108, and the first mating surface 108 and/or the second mating surface 221 are provided with an elastic layer (not shown). In some embodiments, when the positioning groove 114 is engaged with the positioning body 220, the elastic layer is compressed, so that the compression friction can be fully utilized to enhance the connection strength and tightness between the two.
The elastic layer may be a coating of an elastic material or an elastomer.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in one embodiment, the cup body 110 is provided with turbulence ribs 116, and at least one turbulence rib 116 is disposed in the positioning groove 114. In some embodiments, after the holding member 200 is installed, the turbulence ribs 116 can be shielded by the holding member 200, so that the whole cup body 110 is more neat, and the aesthetic property of the food processing cup 10 is improved.
In any of the above embodiments of the first matching portion 112, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, in one embodiment, the first matching portion 112 includes a first body 102 and a second body 104, one end of the first body 102 is fixed to the cup body 110, one end of the second body 104 is fixed to the other end of the first body 102, and the second body 104 and the cup body 110 are spaced apart to form a slot 106; the side wall of the second fitting portion 210 is provided with a locking protrusion 212 that is engaged with the locking groove 106. In some embodiments, the cup body 110 and the grip 200 are nested with each other by the cooperation of the second matching portion 210 with the first body 102 and the second body 104 and the cooperation of the locking protrusion 212 with the locking groove 106, so that the connection between the grip 200 and the cup body 110 is more reliable.
It should be noted that the "cup lid 130" may be one of the parts of the "cup 100" module, that is, the "cup lid 130" and the "other components of the cup 100" are assembled into one module and then modularly assembled; or may be mounted separately from the other components of the cup 100, i.e., may be integrated with the other components of the cup 100 in the present device.
Equivalently, the components of the holder 200, the cooking cup 10 and the base 20 can be flexibly combined, namely, the components can be produced in a modularized manner according to the actual situation and can be assembled in a modularized manner as an independent module; the modules may be assembled separately, and one module may be constructed in the present apparatus. The division of the above-mentioned components in the present application is only one example, which is convenient for reading and is not a limitation to the protection scope of the present application, and the equivalent technical solutions of the present application should be understood as if they include the above-mentioned components and have the same function.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of protection of the present application.
