Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a plug device, which is provided with a plug connector connected with a shell in a shape-locking manner.
Background
Various plug-in devices are known, in which various solutions are used for sealing the plug-in device housing during injection molding of the housing part of the plug-in device.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the present invention is to provide a plug-in connection which is relatively robust and/or reliable and/or can be produced cost-effectively.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a plug device according to the invention, comprising a first housing part having at least two passages for plug connectors, wherein a plug connector is arranged in each of the at least two passages and is connected at least positively to the first housing part, wherein each of the plug connectors has a contact element, an intermediate fastening part and a connecting part for electrical contact with a line of a cable, the first housing part having a flange on the side of the connecting part for electrical contact with a line of the cable.
The flange is preferably designed such that it surrounds all the connecting parts at a distance.
The connection portion preferably protrudes/emerges from the flange so as to be able to electrically contact the connection portion. The connection between the wires or strands of the cable and the respective connecting section, also referred to as terminal, is expediently effected here by means of ultrasonic welding, in particular on a flat terminal. According to an example, the width of the terminal depends on the cross section of the litz wire.
The at least one plug connector preferably has at least one barb element, in particular two successive and/or one or two successive barb elements on both sides, in the central fastening section thereof, by means of which the plug connector is held in the first housing part and/or the plug connector is positively fastened in the first housing part and is substantially sealed in the plastic injection molding process.
The flange preferably comprises circumferential grooves and/or ribs and/or a labyrinth-shaped surface structure.
The flange with the subsequent sheathing or the common injection-molded sheathing of the adjacent cable sheathing is expediently used for sealing against the cable sheathing and for reducing the tension of the contact between the cable and the plug device.
The plug device is preferably made of plastic, in particular of two different plastics, wherein the first housing part of the plug device is made of a technically hard thermoplastic, such as PAx or PBTx, and the enveloping or injection-molded coating of the flange is made of, in particular, a relatively soft TPU.
Preferably, the first housing part of the plug device is made of an engineering thermoplastic, in particular PAx or PBTx, and the flange and the enveloping part of the cable sheath are made of TPU.
The contact element, the intermediate fastening part and the connecting part for electrical contact with the conductors of the cable are preferably of a common, integral construction.
The contact elements are preferably designed as contact pins.
Alternatively, the contact element is preferably designed as a female or as a female contact and has, in particular, an additional cage surrounding the spring contact.
Preferably, the sheath end of the cable adjacent to the flange and the flange of the plug device are injection-molded, in particular hermetically injection-molded.
Expediently, the flange is injection-molded thinly here, although together with the injection-molded coating of the adjacent cable jacket as a sealing injection-molded coating, such that at least part of the contour of the circumferential grooves and/or ribs and/or labyrinth-shaped surface structure on the outer circumferential surface of the flange can be seen through the sealing injection-molded coating or the injection-molded coating.
In particular, the plug device has no additional or separate seal, for example a seal made of silicone, to be installed/inserted in its passage, particularly preferably in the passage occupied by the plug connector.
The female housing and the male housing or the first housing part of the female or male plug device are preferably injection molded as pure plastic parts with a sleeve for the terminal having a corresponding profile matching the cutting profile of the terminal so that they are securely anchored/cut in.
The plug connector is expediently inserted/pressed into or penetrated into the housing via the fastening region. In particular, the penetration is effected for both variants, the male or female plug-in device, by projecting from the flange side.
Preferably, the plug connectors each have a cutting element which cuts into the housing during insertion.
The process is expediently controlled by a stop or a force travel monitoring device.
The central fastening section of the plug connector preferably has at least one recess or hole.
The first housing part of the plug device and the flange of the plug device are preferably made in one piece from the same plastic.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1A shows an exemplary plug device having a first housing part 3 and a flange 4 formed integrally therewith, to which a cable sheath 6 fastened to the plug device adjoins and which flange 4 and cable sheath 6 are jointly encapsulated in a sealing manner in a region 5, but the common encapsulation 5 is formed so thinly here that at least part of the contour of the circumferential grooves and/or ribs and/or labyrinth-shaped surface structure on the outer circumferential surface of the flange 4 can be seen through the sealing encapsulation 5.
Fig. 1B shows, by way of example, a frame structural component of an exemplary plug-in connection, which is composed of a first housing part 3 and a flange 4. The flange 4 has a circumferential groove or rib. The first housing part 3 also has a recess 7 for a latching projection of a mating plug-in device. Fig. 1C shows a contact input with recesses or channels 3a, 3b for plug connectors. In the flange 4 shown in fig. 1B, no injection-molded coating of the flange 4 is present.
Fig. 1D shows an exemplary plug device in a cut-away top view, with a first plug device housing 3 and a flange 4 of one-piece construction. The plug connector 1 here has its contact elements as contact pins, a connecting portion 13 projecting from the flange and an intermediate fastening portion 12. The central fastening portion 12 is cut with the barbs 14 on both sides into the wall of the channel of the first housing part 3, fills it relatively tightly and is fastened therein.
Fig. 2 shows an exemplary plug connector 1 for a female plug device. The plug connector also comprises a connection part 13, an intermediate fixing part 12 with barb elements 14 and female contact elements 15 arranged on both sides.
