A floor type air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6. Where the orientations or positional relationships indicated by the terms "front", "back", "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "lateral", etc., are based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, they are merely for convenience of description and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the invention. The flow direction of the supply air flow is indicated by arrows in the figure.
An embodiment of the utility model provides a vertical air-conditioning indoor unit for adjust indoor air, for example refrigerate/heat, dehumidify, introduce new trend and so on.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a vertical air conditioner indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view of the indoor unit of the floor type air conditioner shown in fig. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic view of the indoor stand air conditioner shown in fig. 2 when switched to the up-blowing mode.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the indoor unit of a floor air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention may generally include a casing 10 and a wind guide cover ring 20.
The casing 10 is provided with an air outlet 12 for discharging the air flow from the casing 10 to the room. The air supply flow can be cold air produced by the indoor unit of the vertical air conditioner in a refrigeration mode, hot air produced in a heating mode, or fresh air introduced in a fresh air mode, and the like. The casing 10 is a vertically extending pillar structure, and the air outlet 12 may be disposed in an upper region of a front side of the casing 10, referring to fig. 2.
The wind guide cover ring 20 is fitted around the outer circumference of the casing 10 to define a wind guide passage 21 with the outer circumference of the casing 10. The air guide passage 21 is used to guide the air flow flowing out from the air outlet 12 to flow upward and/or downward along the outer circumferential surface of the casing 10. After being blown out from the air outlet 12 of the casing 10, the air flow (for example, cold air or hot air) is blocked by the inner wall of the wind guide cover ring 20, and cannot be directly blown out horizontally, but is blown out upward and/or downward along the outer periphery of the casing 10. The upward and/or downward blowing here means: the blowing air flow can be blown out only upwards, or only downwards, or both upwards and downwards. The air flow flows closely to the outer circumference of the casing 10 to form a wall attachment effect, also called an attachment effect, and can smoothly reach the roof or the ground along the outer circumference of the casing 10, so that the vertical air conditioner indoor unit has better cooling or heating effect. Meanwhile, the discomfort of the human body caused by cold air or hot air blowing can be avoided.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the indoor unit of a floor air conditioner is operated in a down-blowing mode, and the air flow is made to flow down to the ground surface while adhering to the outer peripheral surface of the casing 10. As shown in fig. 3, the indoor unit of a floor air conditioner is operated in the up-blowing mode, and the air flow is made to flow upward along the outer periphery of the casing 10. The outer peripheral surface area of the casing 10 through which the air flow flows can be made to be a flat surface, so that the air flow can better adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the casing 10 to flow.
The wind deflector cover ring 20 is a complete ring, i.e. a complete ring. In addition, the wind guide cover ring 20 may be a semi-ring shape, so that it can surround the circumferential section of the casing 10 where the wind outlet 12 is formed, and does not need to completely surround the casing 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the wind deflector shroud ring 20 may be mounted to the casing 10 to be movable in translation up and down. In this case, the air guide shroud ring 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape penetrating in the axial direction. The air guide shroud ring 20 has a partition 23 projecting from the inner surface thereof toward the outer peripheral surface of the casing. The partition 23 is used to partition the air guide passage 21 into an upper passage 212 opening upward and a lower passage 214 opening downward. The wind deflector shroud ring 20 is configured to: the partition 23 can be moved to a position above the outlet 12 to guide the air flow downward from the lower channel 214, as shown in fig. 2; or to a position where the partition 23 is located below the outlet 12, so that the air flow is guided upward by the upper duct 212, as shown in fig. 3.
Therefore, the vertical air conditioner indoor unit has an upper blowing mode and a lower blowing mode for selection, and the refrigeration and heating effects are obviously improved. For example, when the air conditioning heat requires the down-blowing mode, the air guide cover ring 20 is moved to a position where the partition 23 is located above the air outlet 12, and the air flow is guided downward by the lower duct 214, as shown in fig. 2. When the air conditioner cooling needs to operate the upward blowing mode, the air guide cover ring 20 is moved to a position where the partition 23 is located below the air outlet 12, and the air flow is guided upward by the upper duct 212, as shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper and lower surfaces of the partition 23 may be both concave curved surfaces, so that when the blowing air flow is blown out from the outlet 12 and then turned upward or downward, the change in direction is more gradual, and wind loss and noise are reduced.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of N-N of FIG. 2; fig. 5 is a schematic exploded view of the indoor unit of a floor type air conditioner shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the outlet 12 is elongated in a horizontal direction. In this way, the transverse span of the air outlet 12 can be made larger, which is beneficial to design the air guiding channel 21 into a flat shape with a smaller width (the distance B between the air guiding cover ring 20 and the outer peripheral surface of the casing 10) and a longer length (i.e. the dimension of the air guiding channel 21 along the circumferential direction of the casing 10), so as to facilitate the air flow to attach to the outer peripheral surface of the casing 10 more, and make the attaching effect better. Moreover, the distance between the air guide cover ring 20 and the casing 10 is closer, and the phenomenon that the packing and the appearance of the vertical air conditioner indoor unit are influenced because the air guide cover ring 20 is thicker is avoided. As shown in fig. 4, the width of each part of the air guiding channel 21 is further made equal, and the ratio of the width to the height of the air outlet 12 (the size of the air outlet 12 in the vertical direction) is between 1/4 and 1/3, for example, set to 0.3, so as to obtain the optimal adhesion effect.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of fig. 5 at a.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the vertical air conditioning indoor unit includes at least one rack-and-pinion mechanism for driving the air guide cover ring 20 to move up and down. Each of the rack and pinion mechanisms includes a motor 70, a gear 80 and a rack 251 that mesh with each other. The motor 70 is mounted to the cabinet 10. The gear 80 is connected to the motor 70. The rack 251 extends in a vertical direction and is connected to the wind guide cover ring 20. When the motor 70 drives the gear 80 to rotate, the rack 251 is made to move vertically, so as to drive the wind guide cover ring 20 to move vertically. Specifically, the number of the rack and pinion mechanisms is preferably two, wherein two motors 70 are respectively installed at both lateral sides of the casing 10 to more smoothly translate the wind scooper ring 20 up and down.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the air outlet 12 is opened at the front side of the casing 10, so that the two lateral sides of the inner wall of the wind deflector ring 20 are respectively provided with a vertically extending wind-shielding strip 25 for blocking the backward flow of the supply air flow, so that the supply air flow only flows upwards or downwards along the outer periphery of the front side portion of the casing 10, and the influence of the excessive dispersion of the supply air flow on the wind power is avoided. Also, one rack 251 is formed on each weather strip 25. Namely, the rack 251 is arranged by just utilizing the wind shielding strip 25, and the structure is more ingenious.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, an air guide flap 60 for guiding the air flow upward or downward may be installed at the air outlet 12. In this way, when the vertical air conditioner indoor unit operates in the up-blowing mode, the air guide swing blade 60 can be used for guiding the air supply flow upwards; when the down blowing mode is operated, the air guide swing blades 60 can be used for guiding the air supply flow downwards, so that the direction change of the air supply flow is more moderate when the air supply flow is blown out from the air outlet 12 and then turns upwards or downwards, and the wind loss and the noise are reduced. The air guide swing blade 60 can be mounted on the frame 61, and the frame 61 is directly mounted on the air outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the air outlet 12 may be located in an upper region of a front side of the casing 10, and the air inlet 11 is opened in a lower portion of a rear side of the casing 10. The vertical air conditioner indoor unit further includes a centrifugal fan 50 and a plate-shaped heat exchanger 30. The centrifugal fan 50 is disposed at a front side of the air intake 11 with an axis extending in a front-rear direction, and the plate-shaped heat exchanger 30 is disposed in an upper region in the casing 10 while being gradually inclined forward from top to bottom.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the cabinet 10 is composed of a front case 101, a rear case 102, a top plate 103, and a bottom plate 104. The air outlet 12 is arranged on the front shell 101, and the air inlet 11 is arranged on the rear shell 102. The volute 40 is disposed in the casing 10 and has an inlet opposite to the air inlet 11, and the volute 40 includes a volute body 41, a volute cover plate 42, an air-inducing ring 45, a gasket 44 and a water-receiving tray 43. The plate-shaped heat exchanger 30 is located above the scroll casing 40, and the lower end thereof is located above the water collector 43, so that the condensed water thereon drops into the water collector 43. In addition, the casing 10 may further be provided with other air outlets to supply air in the forward, left, and right directions in a conventional manner.
As shown in fig. 5, the wind deflector shroud ring 20 may include an inner ring 201 and an outer ring 202 to facilitate a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been shown and described in detail herein, many other variations and modifications can be made, consistent with the principles of the invention, which are directly determined or derived from the disclosure herein, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
