Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to building material goods field specifically, relates to a curtain wall panel of fluting and use its curtain pendant and curtain system.
Background
With the development of construction technology, building curtain walls have been applied to the outer enclosure structure of buildings on a large scale. Building exterior decorative panels made of various materials are installed on various buildings, and building curtain walls become indispensable constituent elements of modern buildings. The dry hanging method is also called empty hanging method, and is a common construction process in wall decoration, the method uses metal hanging parts to directly hang a facing plate on a wall surface or an empty hanging part and a steel frame without grouting and pasting, and the principle is that a main stress point is arranged on a main body structure, and the facing plate is fixed on a building through the metal hanging parts to form a decorative curtain wall. At present, the existing common curtain wall dry hanging modes mainly comprise pin type connection, sheet type connection, slot type connection and back bolt type connection.
(1) Pin type connection, plate type connection
The pin-type connection and the sheet-type connection are implemented by slotting or punching holes on the edges of the plates, inserting steel pins arranged on the connecting plates into the slots or the holes, connecting the connecting plates with the building, and fixedly arranging the curtain wall plates on the building, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. However, the supporting stress of the pin connection and the plate connection is concentrated on the inner surface of the groove or the hole, and if the size of the hole or the groove is too small, the supporting stress is not enough to bear, and if the size of the hole or the groove is too large, the inside of the plate material can be hollowed and the plate material can be broken.
(2) Slot type connection
The slot-in type connection is generally applicable to ceramic and porcelain curtain wall panels, and a specific embodiment is that a through long T-shaped slot is reserved inside the ceramic and porcelain panels, and after firing and forming, a fixing piece is inserted into the T-shaped slot to clamp or fix the curtain wall panels, as shown in fig. 3. In the connection mode, a plurality of holes need to be reserved in the board, and in the use process, water seeping into and remaining in the holes can be frozen and thawed in the process of experiencing larger temperature difference to damage the board. On the other hand, a gap exists between the fixing piece and the T-shaped groove, so that the curtain wall board is easy to loosen, cannot resist impact and is easy to damage. In addition, the ceramic plate with the above shape generally has a water absorption rate of more than 3%, which is not in accordance with the application standard as a curtain wall plate.
(3) Back-bolt type connection
The back-bolt connection mode is shown in fig. 4, and the back-bolt connection mode needs to be applied by adopting a drilling and bottom reaming processing technology to form an anchoring point on the curtain wall plate. The back-bolt type connection mode used on the curtain wall has several problems: the quality of the anchoring hole is not easy to control; the structural thickness requirement is thicker; the contact area of the anchoring point is small, the failure of the connecting point is easily caused in the packaging, transporting and installing process, and the concentrated stress is overlarge in the using process; the hole bottom is knocked through or cracked when knocking, and the expansion stress generated by hard collision when expanding with heat and contracting with cold exists, so that the plate is damaged chronically; the brittle plate and the hard anchor bolt are directly expanded and connected, and the front surface is smooth by an indirect method, so that the expansion point of the anchor bottom is stressed, and the anti-seismic performance is poor; the original supporting conditions are changed in the process of packaging, transporting and installing after fixing, and the support is easy to lose effectiveness.
To sum up, in order to realize above-mentioned curtain dry-hanging mode, can cause the damage of different degree to curtain panel, form stress concentration at the junction of curtain panel and connecting piece to the mechanical properties that makes the curtain panel of losing even has the potential safety hazard that makes the curtain panel fracture, fall.

The installation surface of each curtain wall plate 1 is provided with 8 milling grooves 15 with L-shaped cross sections, each milling groove 15 is provided with a vertical groove section 151 and a transverse groove section 152 which are connected in a bending mode, the width of each vertical groove section 151 is not less than the length of each transverse groove section 152, and the length directions of the notches of all the milling grooves 15 are parallel to the length edge of the installation surface. In this embodiment, two milling grooves 15 are uniformly distributed at 4 corners on the installation surface of the curtain wall panel 1, the two milling grooves 15 located at the same corner are used as the same group of milling grooves, in the same group of milling grooves, the two milling grooves 15 are symmetrically arranged, and the cross groove sections 152 of the two milling grooves 15 extend towards the symmetric axis between the two milling grooves, so that the clamping portion 11 with the cross section in a T shape is formed between the same group of milling grooves. In this embodiment, the edge of the notch of each milling groove 15 is spaced from the edge of the mounting surface.
In this embodiment, the hanger connector 6 for clamping the curtain wall panel 1 includes a first split portion 61, a second split portion 62 and a fastener 63, and has a structure similar to the hanger connector 5 of embodiment 4. When assembling the hanger connecting piece 6 and the curtain wall panel 1 of the embodiment: inserting the embedded part of the first split part 61 into the milling groove 16 positioned on the right side in the same group of milling grooves, enabling the embedded part of the first split part 61 to enter the milling groove 16 along the vertical groove section 161 of the milling groove 16, and pushing along the transverse groove section 162 after reaching the groove bottom of the vertical groove section 161 until the embedded part abuts against the web 111 of the clamping part 11; the embedded part of the second split part 42 is arranged in the milling groove 16 on the left side in the same group of milling grooves, the embedded part of the second split part 62 enters the milling groove 16 along the vertical groove section 161 of the milling groove 16, and is pushed along the transverse groove section 162 after reaching the groove bottom of the vertical groove section 161 until the embedded part abuts against the web 111 of the clamping part 11; splicing the bulge 612 of the first splicing part 61 with the second splicing part 62, adding a gasket at the splicing position of the bulge 612 and the second splicing part 62, enabling the through hole on the bulge 612, the gasket and the through hole on the second splicing part 62 to be sequentially and oppositely communicated, and sequentially penetrating through the through holes on the same pendant connecting piece 6 by utilizing a fastening piece 63 to lock the first splicing part 61 and the second splicing part 62 of the same pendant connecting piece 6; then, an adhesive resin is injected into the milled groove 16 formed in the periphery of the holding portion 11 to reinforce the connection between the first and second split portions 61 and 62 and the holding portion 11. Through the above operation, the first split portion 61 and the second split portion 62 respectively fit and clamp the clamping portion 11 from both sides of the clamping portion 11, as shown in fig. 23.
The curtain wall system of the ultra-high performance concrete slab is constructed by using the curtain wall hanging pieces assembled by the embodiment. And installing horizontal keels on the upright columns to construct a keel frame. The ultra-high performance concrete panel curtain wall hanging piece manufactured in the embodiment is installed on a horizontal keel, the length direction of a clamping part 11 on a curtain wall panel 1 is perpendicular to the hanging direction of the curtain wall panel 1, a hanging lug of a hanging piece connecting piece 6 is hung and buckled on the horizontal keel, and then a fastening workpiece such as a bolt is used for reinforcing the connection between the hanging lug and the horizontal keel, as shown in fig. 24.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that the present invention can be modified or replaced with other embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
