With continued reference to fig. 1, in order to improve the accuracy of the liquid level detection, the high liquid level detection part 31, the first low liquid level detection part 32 and the second low liquid level detection part 33 all adopt a floating ball type liquid level sensor, and the floating ball type liquid level sensor is in control connection with the controller. The installation pole 5 is vertically installed in the negative pressure well 1, and the floater formula level sensor is demountable fixing on installation pole 5, can adopt modes such as staple bolt, buckle or bolt fastening, is convenient for to level sensor's installation and height adjustment operation.
