As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the present embodiment provides a laundry method using the spraying system, including:
s1 puts the laundry into the washing tub 11 of the washing machine, and starts the washing process.
The user selects a washing program, washing duration and the like on a touch screen of the washing machine, and finishes program starting operation according to the prompt.
S2, acquiring the material m of the clothes to be washed and/or the dirty degree n of the dirt of the clothes to be washed.
In this embodiment, considering that the material and the dirty degree of the laundry may affect the washing effect, the material and/or the dirty degree of the laundry are obtained before the washing is started, and the appropriate spraying stopping parameter is selected according to different materials and/or dirty degrees of the laundry.
In some embodiments, the step of obtaining the material of the laundry to be washed comprises:
s211 acquires water absorption rate t' of the laundry.
The clothes with different materials have different water absorption rates, and if the water absorption rate t' of the clothes to be washed can be obtained, the material type of the clothes to be washed can be determined through data comparison.
In some embodiments, the step of obtaining the water absorption rate t' of the laundry to be washed includes:
s2111, acquiring the weight G of the clothes to be washed in a dry state;
s2112, acquiring the water level difference L of the washing water in the washing tub 11 before and after the clothes to be washed are soaked, and acquiring the water absorption capacity of the clothes to be washed; specifically, the inlet water L1 is measured through a water inlet valve, and after clothes to be washed are soaked, the residual water level is L2, wherein L is L1-L2.
S2113 calculates the water absorption rate t' of the laundry.
In consideration of the life law of washing in a washing machine, the water injection amount and the remaining water in the washing tub 11 after the laundry is wetted can be directly obtained by measurement by injecting the laundry and then injecting water into the laundry, so that the water absorption rate, which is the ratio of the water absorption amount to the weight of the laundry, can be obtained by obtaining the water level before and after the laundry is wetted with the known dimensions of the washing tub 11.
S212, comparing the reference water absorption rate t with clothes made of different materials.
After the water absorption t' of the clothes to be washed is obtained, the material m of the clothes to be washed can be determined by comparing the reference water absorption t of the clothes made of different materials. The reference water absorption rate t may be stored in the controller 10 of the washing machine, or may be stored in a cloud database, and the reference water absorption rate t is fed back to the cloud database by the washing machine for comparison and matching.

In some embodiments, the intermittent control means controls the washing tub 11 of the washing machine to rotate at a first rotation speed while controlling the water supply assembly 2 to intermittently supply water to the shower assembly 1 according to the shower stop parameter. In some embodiments, the first rotational speed is 50-70 rpm.
The rotating speed of 50-70rpm in the field of washing machines belongs to a low-speed range, so that clothes can be soaked and washed simultaneously during washing, and stubborn stains such as blood stains, milk stains and the like can be effectively removed. When stubborn stains are washed, the stains can be soaked firstly by intermittent spraying, the stains on the fiber shallow layer of the clothes are separated out under the action of a detergent, and then the stains are stripped from the clothes by spraying and motor rotation and dissolved in washing water to finish the washing of the clothes.
In the embodiment, clothes made of cotton fabric are taken as an example, different spraying-stopping ratio schemes 1-5 are set by detecting the messy degree of stains on the cotton clothes, namely different spraying-stopping parameters, and as shown in table 1 below, soaking and spraying washing effects in different scenes are set to wash the clothes.
Spraying and stopping ratio case Spraying time/s Stop time/s
Spray stop ratio 1 25 30
Spray to stop ratio 2 30 60
Spray stop ratio 3 45 90
Spray stop ratio 4 60 90
Spray stop ratio 5 90 120
TABLE 1 spray stop ratio schedules 1-5
FIG. 6 is a graph showing the height of bubbles generated during the washing process and the effective time of the spraying system for different spraying ratios of the cotton clothes in this embodiment. Because the set spraying and stopping ratios are different, the time for opening and closing the spraying system is different, and the foam generation amount is different; and because the foam production volume is too much, the foam layer can have the parcel infiltration to the clothing, can cause certain hindrance to spraying, consequently, under the different spraying stop ratio case, when the foam production volume is bigger, the higher the foam height, the effective time of spraying under the spraying system also is less.
According to the clothes washing method, the reasonable spraying-stopping ratio is set, the soaking and spraying time is optimally adjusted, clothes made of different materials and stained with different dirty degrees can be soaked and sprayed most effectively, the washing effect of the clothes is improved, and the energy consumption in the clothes washing process is reduced. Because the water absorption capacity of clothes made of different materials is different, the water absorption capacity of the clothes is obtained by detecting and comparing the difference value between the water inflow and the existing water level after the clothes are soaked, and the materials of the different clothes are judged; detecting the messy degree of stains on the clothes through a turbidity sensor; and according to the clothes made of different materials and the dirty degree of stains, the reasonable spraying-stopping ratio is adjusted to wash the clothes. By detecting the material quality of clothes and the messy degree of stains and setting a reasonable spraying-stopping ratio, the soaking action and the spraying action of the spraying system are alternately and intermittently carried out when the clothes are washed, and the separation and the peeling of stubborn stains are accelerated.
A washing machine adopts the spraying system.
In some embodiments, the washing machine includes a machine body 13, and a washing tub 11, a cover plate 14, and a touch screen 12 are disposed in the machine body 13.
