Similarly, if the oil concentration detected by the oil concentration detector 4 is greater than a preset value, the PLC controller 1 still controls the first three-way valve 3 to conduct the water outlet pipe to the bilge water tank return pipe, and the water is finally returned to the bilge water tank for circular filtration until the requirement is met.
If water is discharged to the outboard side after entering the outboard water outlet pipe, for some special reasons (such as detection equipment failure) we want to guide it back to the bilge water tank, only the second three-way valve needs to be controlled to conduct with the bilge water tank return pipe. If the oil concentration detector 4 needs to be cleaned, fresh water can be injected into the oil concentration detector 4, and the oil concentration detector 4 needs to be disassembled and cleaned in the cleaning process, and needs to be manually operated. The fresh water can be supplied by turning on a third three-way valve connected to the oil concentration detector 4.
