Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种灯具,包括:壳体,所述壳体设置有开槽孔;光源板,所述光源板设置有灯珠和开关,所述光源板设置在所述壳体内,所述开关对应开槽孔设置;拨片,所述拨片包括操纵件和传动件,所述操纵件滑动设置在所述壳体上,所述传动件通过所述开槽孔并所述开关传动连接,所述操纵件滑动并控制所述灯珠的关闭、开启和色温的改变。应用本技术方案可提供一种装配简单和成本低的灯具。

本实用新型涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
传统的灯具包括壳体、铝杯、拨片开关、光源板和驱动板,铝杯安装设置在壳体内,光源板安装设置在铝杯上,驱动板上焊接有开关,驱动板再与光源板焊接,装配麻烦且成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种装配简单和成本低的灯具。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种灯具,包括:
壳体,所述壳体设置有开槽孔;
光源板,所述光源板设置有灯珠和开关,所述光源板设置在所述壳体内,所述开关对应开槽孔设置;
拨片,所述拨片包括操纵件和传动件,所述操纵件滑动设置在所述壳体上,所述传动件通过所述开槽孔与所述开关传动连接,所述操纵件滑动并控制所述灯珠的关闭、开启和色温的改变。
优选的,所述壳体包括外壳和散热杯,所述外壳包括一安装空间,所述散热杯嵌置在所述安装空间内,所述开槽孔设置在外壳上,所述散热杯对应该开槽孔设置有缺口,所述光源板设置在所述散热杯上,所述开关对应所述缺口和开槽孔设置。
优选的,所述壳体还包括透光罩,所述透光罩设置在所述安装空间的开口处,所述光源板的灯珠朝向所述透光罩。
优选的,所述外壳内设置有多个定位柱,所述散热杯安装至所述安装空间时,所述定位柱穿过并抵接在所述散热杯上。
优选的,所述散热杯包括安装平面,所述定位柱穿过所述安装平面,所述光源板对应嵌合所述定位柱。
优选的,还包括多个紧固件,每一紧固件对应连接一定位柱,所述紧固件紧固连接光源板和定位柱。
优选的,所述散热杯还包括沿着所述安装平面的周向延伸的散热围壁,所述缺口设置在所述散热围壁上。
优选的,所述操纵件的两侧分别设置有夹持槽,所述夹持槽分别夹持并滑动在开槽孔的侧边上。
优选的,所述传动件包括伸入安装空间的两个侧板,所述开关夹抵在两个侧板之间,所述操纵件滑动带动侧板滑动以此来控制开关。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
光源板设置有灯珠和开关,光源板设置在壳体,开关对应开槽孔设置,拨片包括操纵件和传动件,操纵件滑动设置在所述壳体上,传动件穿过开槽孔并与所述开关传动连接,操纵件滑动并控制灯珠的关闭、开启和色温的改变,开关设置在光源板上,开关直接对应开槽孔,拨片通过开槽直接与开关连接,装配简单,成本低。

参阅图1-图5,一种灯具100,所述灯具100包括壳体1,所述壳体1设置有开槽孔11,所述灯具100还包括光源板2,所述光源板2设置在所述壳体1内,所述光源板2设置有灯珠21和开关22,所述开关22对应开槽孔11设置,所述灯具100还包括拨片3,所述拨片3包括操纵件31和传动件32,所述操纵件31滑动设置在所述壳体1上,所述传动件32通过开槽孔11与所述开关22传动连接,所述操纵件31滑动并控制所述灯珠21的关闭、开启和色温的改变。
所述操纵件31的两侧分别设置有夹持槽311,所述夹持槽311分别夹持并滑动在开槽孔11的侧边上。所述传动件32包括伸入安装空间121的两个侧板321,所述开关22夹抵在两个侧板321之间,所述操纵件31滑动带动侧板321滑动以此来控制开关22。
所述壳体1包括外壳12和散热杯13,所述外壳12包括一安装空间121,所述散热杯13嵌置在所述安装空间121内,所述开槽孔11设置在外壳12上,所述散热杯13对应该开槽孔11设置有缺口131,所述光源板2设置在所述散热杯13上,所述开关22对应所述缺口131和开槽孔11设置。所述壳体1还包括透光罩14,所述透光罩14设置在所述安装空间121的开口处,所述光源板2的灯珠21朝向所述透光罩14。在本实施例中,所述散热杯13由铝制成。
所述外壳12内设置有多个定位柱122,所述散热杯13安装至所述安装空间121时,所述定位柱122穿过并抵接在所述散热杯13上。
所述外壳12远离安装空间121的一侧还设置有连接部123,所述连接部123的末端用于连接至电源,所述光源板2还包括通电线23,所述通电线23穿过所述散热杯13并延伸至所述连接部123的末端。
所述散热杯13包括安装平面132,所述定位柱122穿过所述安装平面132,所述光源板2对应嵌合所述定位柱122,所述安装平面132设置有与定位柱122对应的穿孔1321,所述光源板2设置有与定位柱122对应的安装孔24,所述定位柱122依次穿过所述穿孔1321和安装孔24。所述散热杯13还包括沿着所述安装平面132的周向延伸的散热围壁133,所述缺口131设置在所述散热围壁133上
所述的灯具100还包括多个紧固件4,每一紧固件4对应连接一定位柱122,所述紧固件4紧固连接光源板2和定位柱122,所述紧固件4是螺钉,所述螺钉穿过所述安装孔24和穿孔1321并与定位柱122紧固连接。
在安装时,所述散热杯13安装设置在所述安装空间121内,所述定位柱122穿过所述散热杯13的穿孔1321,所述光源板2安装设置在所述散热杯13的安装平面132上,所述定位柱122穿过光源板2的安装孔24,所述光源板2的开关22对应所述开槽孔11设置,所述拨片3连接至所述外壳12并与所述开关22传动连接,所述透光罩14连接至所述安装空间121的开口处。

Claims (9)
1.一种灯具,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,所述壳体设置有开槽孔;
光源板,所述光源板设置有灯珠和开关,所述光源板设置在所述壳体内,所述开关对应开槽孔设置;
拨片,所述拨片包括操纵件和传动件,所述操纵件滑动设置在所述壳体上,所述传动件通过所述开槽孔并所述开关传动连接,所述操纵件滑动并控制所述灯珠的关闭、开启和色温的改变。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体包括外壳和散热杯,所述外壳包括一安装空间,所述散热杯嵌置在所述安装空间内,所述开槽孔设置在外壳上,所述散热杯对应该开槽孔设置有缺口,所述光源板设置在所述散热杯上,所述开关对应所述缺口和开槽孔设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述壳体还包括透光罩,所述透光罩设置在所述安装空间的开口处,所述光源板的灯珠朝向所述透光罩。
4.如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述外壳内设置有多个定位柱,所述散热杯安装至所述安装空间时,所述定位柱穿过并抵接在所述散热杯上。
5.如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热杯包括安装平面,所述定位柱穿过所述安装平面,所述光源板对应嵌合所述定位柱。
6.如权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于:还包括多个紧固件,每一紧固件对应连接一定位柱,所述紧固件紧固连接光源板和定位柱。
7.如权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述散热杯还包括沿着所述安装平面的周向延伸的散热围壁,所述缺口设置在所述散热围壁上。
8.如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述操纵件的两侧分别设置有夹持槽,所述夹持槽分别夹持并滑动在开槽孔的侧边上。
9.如权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于:所述传动件包括伸入安装空间的两个侧板,所述开关夹抵在两个侧板之间,所述操纵件滑动带动侧板滑动以此来控制开关。
