本实用新型提供了一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,包括:光源板、散热器、灯罩和拨片开关;所述散热器沿着轴向的上端面设置有所述光源板;所述灯罩与散热器的上端面连接以将所述光源板收容至灯罩内;所述光源板上设置有贴片开关,所述贴片开关的拨动手柄沿着散热器的轴向向下延伸;所述散热器上设置有让位开口,所述拨片开关的前端通过所述让位开口与所述拨动手柄连动连接;所述拨片开关的后端暴露在散热器的外壁形成操作件;拨动所述操作件以调节光源板上不同颜色LED灯珠的亮灭。上述的拨片开关调色温LED灯,结构简单,容易装配。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明装置,尤其涉及LED灯。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,灯具不再是提供单一照明功能的存在。现在的灯具除了照明外,往往还具备氛围调节等功能。这就要求灯具具备改变出光颜色的功能,这样才能根据不同的场合改变出光颜色,衬托氛围。传统的调色LED灯,其装配方式为:将开关焊在另一块驱动板上,安装有开关的驱动板再和光源板焊接,装配麻烦且成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,结构简单,容易装配。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,包括:光源板、散热器、灯罩和拨片开关;
所述散热器沿着轴向的上端面设置有所述光源板;所述灯罩与散热器的上端面连接以将所述光源板收容至灯罩内;
所述光源板上设置有贴片开关,所述贴片开关的拨动手柄沿着散热器的轴向向下延伸;所述散热器上设置有让位开口,所述拨片开关的前端通过所述让位开口与所述拨动手柄连动连接;所述拨片开关的后端暴露在散热器的外壁形成操作件;拨动所述操作件以调节光源板上不同颜色LED灯珠的亮灭。
在一较佳实施例中:所述光源板上还集成驱动电路。
在一较佳实施例中:所述散热器沿着轴向的下端与灯头连接;所述驱动电路的正极和负极输入端分别与灯头的正极触点和负极触点电连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述光源板上的LED灯珠成圆周排列;所述贴片开关设置在LED灯珠所围成的圆圈内部。
在一较佳实施例中:所述散热器的内部沿着轴向向上延伸形成一安装柱,所述光源板对应安装柱的位置沿着厚度方向贯穿设置让位孔,所述安装柱的端面设置有螺孔;一螺栓穿过让位孔后与所述安装柱固定连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述灯罩与散热器的上端面通过卡扣连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述灯罩与散热器的上端面粘接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述拨片开关包括一延伸柱;所述延伸柱的前端设置有卡槽,用于与拨动手柄卡接以形成连动连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述拨片开关还包括设置在延伸柱两侧的弹性卡勾,所述弹性卡勾与让位开口的外壁逆着拨片开关插入的方向限位连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述弹性卡勾的前端为导向斜面;所述弹性卡勾插入让位开口时,所述导向斜面与让位开口的边缘抵接产生的挤压力使得两个弹性卡勾向着相互靠近的方向发生形变。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
本实用新型提供了一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,结构新型简单,易装配,而且节约成本。改变了传统的开关装配方式,

参考图1-图4,本实施例提供了一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,包括:光源板3、散热器4、灯罩1和拨片开关5;
所述散热器4沿着轴向的上端面设置有所述光源板3;所述灯罩1与散热器4的上端面连接以将所述光源板3收容至灯罩1内;
所述光源板3上设置有贴片开关31,所述贴片开关31的拨动手柄32沿着散热器4的轴向向下延伸;所述散热器4上设置有让位开口41,所述拨片开关5的前端通过所述让位开口41与所述拨动手柄32连动连接;所述拨片开关5的后端暴露在散热器4的外壁形成操作件;拨动所述操作件以调节光源板3上不同颜色LED灯珠的亮灭。
具体来说,所述拨片开关5包括一延伸柱51;所述延伸柱51的前端设置有卡槽,用于与拨动手柄32卡接以形成连动连接。
为了实现拨片开关5与让位开口41的安装,所述拨片开关5还包括设置在延伸柱51两侧的弹性卡勾52,所述弹性卡勾52与让位开口41的外壁逆着拨片开关5插入的方向限位连接。具体来说,所述弹性卡勾52的前端为导向斜面;所述弹性卡勾52插入让位开口41时,所述导向斜面与让位开口41的边缘抵接产生的挤压力使得两个弹性卡勾52向着相互靠近的方向发生形变。
本实施例中,所述光源板3上还集成驱动电路。所述散热器4沿着轴向的下端与灯头6连接;所述驱动电路的正极和负极输入端分别与灯头6的正极触点和负极触点电连接。
此外,所述光源板3上的LED灯珠成圆周排列;所述贴片开关31设置在LED灯珠所围成的圆圈内部。
为了安装光源板3,所述散热器4的内部沿着轴向向上延伸形成一安装柱42,所述光源板3对应安装柱的位置沿着厚度方向贯穿设置让位孔,所述安装柱42的端面设置有螺孔;一螺栓2穿过让位孔后与所述安装柱42固定连接。
本实施例中,所述灯罩1与散热器4的上端面通过卡扣连接。作为本实施例的简单替换,所述灯罩1与散热器4的上端面粘接。

1.一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于包括:光源板、散热器、灯罩和拨片开关;
所述散热器沿着轴向的上端面设置有所述光源板;所述灯罩与散热器的上端面连接以将所述光源板收容至灯罩内;
所述光源板上设置有贴片开关,所述贴片开关的拨动手柄沿着散热器的轴向向下延伸;所述散热器上设置有让位开口,所述拨片开关的前端通过所述让位开口与所述拨动手柄连动连接;所述拨片开关的后端暴露在散热器的外壁形成操作件;拨动所述操作件以调节光源板上不同颜色LED灯珠的亮灭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述光源板上还集成驱动电路。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热器沿着轴向的下端与灯头连接;所述驱动电路的正极和负极输入端分别与灯头的正极触点和负极触点电连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述光源板上的LED灯珠成圆周排列;所述贴片开关设置在LED灯珠所围成的圆圈内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热器的内部沿着轴向向上延伸形成一安装柱,所述光源板对应安装柱的位置沿着厚度方向贯穿设置让位孔,所述安装柱的端面设置有螺孔;一螺栓穿过让位孔后与所述安装柱固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩与散热器的上端面通过卡扣连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩与散热器的上端面粘接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述拨片开关包括一延伸柱;所述延伸柱的前端设置有卡槽,用于与拨动手柄卡接以形成连动连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述拨片开关还包括设置在延伸柱两侧的弹性卡勾,所述弹性卡勾与让位开口的外壁逆着拨片开关插入的方向限位连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种拨片开关调色温LED灯,其特征在于:所述弹性卡勾的前端为导向斜面;所述弹性卡勾插入让位开口时,所述导向斜面与让位开口的边缘抵接产生的挤压力使得两个弹性卡勾向着相互靠近的方向发生形变。
