A tool-less mounting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting member is cylindrical, the first engagement members are a plurality of which are evenly distributed on a circumferential surface of the connecting member; the annular piece is in a circular tube shape, the number of the second fitting pieces is multiple, the second fitting pieces are uniformly distributed on the inner circumferential surface of the annular piece, and the second fitting pieces are used for being in one-to-one corresponding connection with the first fitting pieces.

The tool-less mounting device of claim 1 or 2, wherein the second fitting member is "L" shaped and includes a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion, the first limiting portion extends along a circumferential direction of the ring member, the second limiting portion extends along an axial direction of the ring member and a side away from the electronic device, the first fitting member has a spacing distance from the electronic device, when the first fitting member is connected with the second fitting member in a fitting manner, the first fitting member is connected with the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion, and the first limiting portion extends into a spacing between the first fitting member and the electronic device.
4. A tool-less mounting apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first engagement member has a guide groove formed on an outer surface thereof and extending circumferentially around the connecting member, the mounting assembly further comprising a locking member disposed on the annular member and protruding from an inner surface thereof, the locking member being at least partially received in the guide groove when the first engagement member and the second engagement member are engaged.

A tool-less mounting device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first engagement member further defines a locking hole, the guide slot extends to communicate with the locking hole, and the depth of the locking hole is greater than the depth of the guide slot, the locking member is resilient, and when the mounting assembly and the connecting assembly are mounted, the locking member slides along the guide slot into the locking hole to lock the mounting assembly and the connecting assembly.
6. A tool-less mounting device according to claim 5, wherein the annular member is provided with a fitting hole extending through an inner surface and an outer surface of the annular member, the locking member is fitted to the fitting hole, and the locking member is provided with an unlocking portion facing the outer surface of the annular member.
7. A tool-less mounting device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a sealing member disposed at an outer periphery of the connector member, the sealing member resiliently bearing against the electronic device and the ring member.
8. A tool-less mounting device according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the mounting assembly further comprises a base plate, the ring member being disposed on the base plate with the receiving space extending through the base plate, the ring member being secured to the support structure by the base plate.
9. A tool-less mounting device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the connector defines an axially extending wiring aperture, and the electronic device includes a wiring port exposed through the wiring aperture.
10. An electronic device comprising an electronic device and a tool-less mounting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the electronic device being connected to a connector of the tool-less mounting device.
