When the inner wall of the steel pipe body 1 needs to be cleaned, high-pressure water columns are introduced from the limiting ring 4, so that thrust is applied to the cleaning columns 6, each ball 16 is separated from the corresponding clamping groove 17, the cleaning columns 6 start to slide along the direction far away from the limiting ring 4, and in the sliding process, the wedge-shaped ring blocks 13 scrape impurities on the inner wall of the wear-resistant layer 3 until the wedge-shaped ring blocks 13 abut against the limiting strips 18 to clean the steel pipe body 1.
