the cover body is provided with a through hole for passing through the movable infusion tube;
part of the moving infusion tube enters the pottery jar, and one end of the moving infusion tube entering the pottery jar is positioned below the liquid level in the pottery jar;
the other end of the movable infusion tube is connected with a first interface arranged on the infusion main tube.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the liquid inlet of the negative pressure tank is disposed at the upper part of the tank body of the negative pressure tank; the position of the liquid inlet is lower than the position of a second interface of the liquid conveying main pipe;
the mouth of breathing of negative pressure jar set up in the upper portion of negative pressure jar, breathe the mouth and pass through respiratory tube and atmosphere intercommunication.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the liquid outlet of the negative pressure tank is disposed at the bottom of the tank body of the negative pressure tank;
the liquid outlet is communicated with the third interface of the main liquid conveying pipe through a wine outlet pipe;
the wine outlet pipe is provided with a liquid outlet pump.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the air exhaust port is located at an upper portion of the tank body of the negative pressure tank, and the air exhaust port is communicated with an air inlet of the vacuum pump through an air exhaust pipe;
the exhaust pipe is provided with an exhaust valve.

the first branch is connected with the third interface; the second branch is communicated with the wine storage device;

and the air outlet of the vacuum pump is communicated with the circulating water tank.
The application also provides a wine storage system, which comprises the wine storage and taking device in any technical scheme, so that the wine storage and taking device has all beneficial technical effects, and is not repeated herein.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects:
(1) compared with the use of a self-priming pump for extraction, the utility model saves the potential safety hazard caused by the need of pulling a power line to connect electricity each time the self-priming pump is used;
(2) compared with the use of a self-priming pump for extraction, the utility model does not need to push the self-priming pump to the position near the pottery jar every time, thereby reducing the labor intensity;

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a wine access device, including: the number of the plurality of wine storage containers, the moving infusion tube 2, the infusion manifold 3, the negative pressure tank 4, and the vacuum pump 5 for pumping air in the negative pressure tank 4 so that a negative pressure atmosphere is formed in the negative pressure tank 4 is not particularly limited, and three wine storage containers are shown as an illustrative example, and are not limited thereto.

Further, the upper part of the tank body of the negative pressure tank 4 is provided with a liquid inlet 401, a breathing port 403 and an air suction port 405, the lower part of the tank body of the negative pressure tank 4 is provided with a liquid outlet 402, the second interface 302 of the infusion main pipe 3 is connected with the liquid inlet 401, and the wine in the infusion main pipe 3 can enter the negative pressure tank 4 through the second interface 302; the breathing hole 403 is communicated with the atmosphere through a breathing tube 404, the liquid outlet 402 is connected with the third interface 303 of the infusion main pipe 3 through a wine outlet pipe 8, the breathing tube 404 is provided with a valve, the pressure in the negative pressure tank 4 can be balanced with the external atmospheric pressure by opening the valve and opening the valve for controlling the on-off of the breathing hole 403, so that the wine in the negative pressure tank 4 can be conveyed to the infusion main pipe 3 through the third interface 303 and then enter the pottery jar 1, in addition, the wine outlet pipe 8 is provided with a branch joint for dividing the outlet port of the outlet pipe into a first branch 801 and a second branch 802, the first branch 801 is used for being connected with the third interface 303, the second branch 802 is used for being connected with a wine outlet device such as a wine barrel and the like, so that the wine in the negative pressure tank 4 can be divided into two branches to be conveyed, the part of the wine outlet pipe 8, which is positioned between the liquid outlet 402 of the negative pressure tank 4 and the branch joint, is provided with a liquid outlet pump 6, for directional wine flow, one of the first branch 801 and the second branch 802 or both of them are provided with a control valve 9, and the switching control valve 9 controls the wine flow to the first branch 801 or the second branch 802 or both branches.
Further, the air suction opening 405 of the negative pressure tank 4 is connected with the air inlet of the vacuum pump 5 through the air suction pipe 7, the air suction valve 701 is arranged at a position, close to the air suction opening 405, of the air suction pipe 7, the vacuum pump 5 and the air suction valve 701 are opened, the breathing opening 403 is closed, air in the negative pressure tank 4 can be sucked, a negative pressure environment is formed in the negative pressure tank 4, and wine in the pottery jar 1 can enter the negative pressure tank 4 through pressure change in the negative pressure tank 4.
It should be emphasized that, in this application, the position that pottery jar 1 is located is higher than the position of negative pressure jar 4, specifically, pottery jar 1, the second interface 302 of infusion main 3 is located the position and all is higher than inlet 401 of negative pressure jar 4, such setting, make when wine gets into negative pressure jar 4 after, close vacuum pump 5 and bleeder valve 701 and open breathing mouth 403, can form the siphon effect, under this state, do not need vacuum pump 5 circular telegram, wine in pottery jar 1 still can get into negative pressure jar 4 through siphon effect continuously, whole process safety, need not external power supply, also need not to fill liquid to the pump in advance, easy operation, it is convenient, also effectively avoid the probability of pump body damage.
Further, the wine storage container, namely the ceramic jar 1 is provided with a liquid level float 101, a float ball is positioned in the ceramic jar 1 and floats on the liquid level, an indication mark is positioned outside the ceramic jar 1, the position of the float ball is higher, the indication shows that the wine amount in the ceramic jar 1 is larger, the position indicated by the indication mark is lower, otherwise, the indication shows that the wine amount in the ceramic jar 1 is less.
Further, negative pressure jar 4 is settled on weighing device 11, and weighing device 11 can be but not limited to be the platform balance, and weighing device 11 is used for weighing and takes notes the empty jar weight of negative pressure jar 4 and the weight of depositing the wine state, reflects the wine volume of depositing in negative pressure jar 4 through weighing the result, can start out the wine pump and carry the wine in the negative pressure jar 4 to the assigned position when detecting the wine liquid weight in negative pressure jar 4 and reach the upper limit value, like altar 1 or cask.
Further, the air outlet of the vacuum pump 5 is connected with a circulating water tank 10, water circulation is continuously carried out in the circulating water tank 10, alcohol (liquor) is volatile, air pumped out through the negative pressure tank 4 may contain liquor (liquor) components, and the pumped air can be effectively absorbed to find out the liquor (liquor) components in the circulating water tank 10 in the circulating process.
The specific working process of the wine storing and taking device will be explained as follows:

When the weighing device 11 detects that the liquid level in the negative pressure tank 4 reaches a high liquid level, the control valve 9 on the first branch 801 and/or the second branch 802 of the wine outlet pipe 8 is opened, and the liquid outlet pump 6 is started to convey the wine in the negative pressure tank 4 into the wine storage device or the pottery jar 1.
The wine depositing and taking device provided by the application is characterized in that strong electric equipment is not used in the pottery jar storehouse, and potential safety hazards do not exist; a plurality of mobile pumps and power supply laying of each layer of pottery jar storehouse are saved, only the vacuum pump needs to be started initially when the pottery jar storehouse is used, and the installation cost and the use cost are low; an automatic valve can be arranged on the pipeline, and a control system is arranged to complete semi-automatic wine discharging operation of the pottery jar, so that the operation is simple; the self-sucking pump does not need to be pushed to the position near the pottery jar, and the labor intensity is reduced.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a wine storage system, including the wine depositing and taking device according to any of the above embodiments, so that all the beneficial technical effects of the wine depositing and taking device are achieved, and are not described herein again.
