The glue removing member fixing plate 14 is disposed on the frame main body 12, and the glue removing member 30 can penetrate through the glue removing member fixing plate 14 and move (move along the X axis in fig. 2) toward a direction close to or away from the workpiece 600 relative to the glue removing member fixing plate 14, so as to adjust the position of the glue removing member 30 within a preset range, and facilitate replacement of the workpiece 600 or adjustment of the glue removing position of the workpiece 600.
It should be noted that the preset range refers to a movement range of the glue removing member 30 in the XYZ coordinate system shown in fig. 2, the glue removing member 30 can move along one, any two or three directions of the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis, and after the glue removing member 30 moves, the position of the glue removing member 30 in the preset range is also changed. In this embodiment, the stripper 30 is movable along the X-axis, thereby changing the preset position of the stripper 30 along the X-axis to accommodate the diameter change of the workpiece 600. In the present application, the diameter of the workpiece 600 refers to the circumferential diameter in the rotational direction of the first and second clamps 22, 24 when the workpiece 600 is of an annular, cylindrical, or the like configuration.
In order to realize the movement of the glue removing member 30 along the X-axis direction, in the embodiment, the first through hole 142 is disposed on the glue removing member fixing plate 14, and the glue removing member 30 penetrates through the first through hole 142 and can move along the axial direction of the first through hole 142 so as to be close to or far away from the workpiece 600, when the diameter of the workpiece 600 changes, the position of the glue removing member 30 within the preset range can be changed by moving the glue removing member 30 in the first through hole 142, so that the glue removing member 30 contacts with the workpiece 600. In this embodiment, the glue removing fixing plate 14 is movable along the Z-axis, that is, the glue removing member 30 is movable along the Z-axis, so as to change the position of the glue removing member 30 within the preset range (Z-axis). Figure 2 shows the design of the frame structure in one embodiment. As can be seen in fig. 2, the frame body 12 generally includes a bottom plate 124 and two supporting arms 126 vertically connected to the bottom plate 124, two ends of the glue dispenser fixing plate 14 are connected to the two supporting arms 126, and the first end 221 of the first clamping member 22 and the first end 241 of the second clamping member 24 are both disposed on the supporting arms 126.
The glue cleaning part fixing plate 14 is provided with a first avoiding channel 144, and the first avoiding channel 144 is a strip-shaped hole. In this embodiment, the tight connection between the glue removing member fixing plate 14 and the rack body 12 can be adjusted by screwing or unscrewing the bolt into or out of the strip-shaped hole, and when the tight connection between the glue removing member fixing plate 14 and the rack body 12 is not tight (i.e. unscrewing the bolt), the position of the glue removing member fixing plate 14 can be adjusted along the Z-axis, so as to change the relative position of the glue removing member 30 in the Z-axis direction within the preset range to adapt to the round workpiece with the changed diameter. In this embodiment, the strip-shaped hole of the first avoiding channel 144 may be a stepped hole to prevent the bolt head from protruding out of the glue removing member fixing plate 14.
Fig. 3 shows an exploded structural diagram of a rack in a glue removing device according to an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen in fig. 3, in order to cooperate with the glue fixing plate 14 to move in the Z-axis direction, the frame body 12 is provided with an adjusting hole 122, and the glue fixing plate 14 can be fixed by screwing or unscrewing a bolt into the adjusting hole 122.
