The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, an embodiment of the present application provides a rear cover, including:
a rear cover body 100;
a diaphragm 200;
the flexible connector 300, the diaphragm 200 and the back cover body 100 are connected by the flexible connector 300.
In the present embodiment, the back cover includes a back cover body 100, a diaphragm 200, and a flexible connection member 300. The diaphragm 200 may be mechanically vibrated by an external driving mechanism, and sound may be generated by pushing air to vibrate through the mechanical vibration of the diaphragm 200. In some embodiments of the present application, the diaphragm 200 is suspended on the back cover body 100 by a flexible connection member 300.
In this embodiment, the vibrating diaphragm 200 is disposed in a suspended manner relative to the rear cover body 100, and a certain suspension space is provided between the vibrating diaphragm 200 and the rear cover body 100, so that the vibratable amplitude of the vibrating diaphragm 200 can be increased, and the sound-generating performance of the terminal device is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the back cover body 100 is provided with a relief portion, and the diaphragm 200 is suspended in the relief portion, wherein the relief portion 110 is a groove or an opening portion 110 disposed therethrough.

In this embodiment, the annular flexible connecting member 300 seals between the diaphragm 200 and the opening portion 110, so that not only can a sound short circuit caused by the sound generated by the diaphragm 200 being transmitted between the rear cover and the middle frame of the terminal device be avoided, and the sound quality be improved, but also external impurities can be prevented from entering the terminal device through the gap between the diaphragm 200 and the opening portion 110, and the sealing performance of the terminal device be improved.
Of course, when the relief portion is a groove, the flexible connecting member 300 has a non-closed structure along the circumferential direction of the diaphragm 200, so that the sound generated by the diaphragm 200 can be transmitted.
In some embodiments of the present application, the inner ring end 310 of the flexible connecting member 300 is connected to the circumferential edge of the diaphragm 200 in a sealing manner, and the outer ring end 320 of the flexible connecting member 300 is located at the periphery of the opening portion 110 and is bonded to the back cover body 100 in a sealing manner.
In this embodiment, the flexible connecting member 300 is a ring structure disposed around the diaphragm 200, the flexible connecting member 300 has an inner ring end 310 and an outer ring end 320 disposed oppositely, and both the inner ring end 310 and the outer ring end 320 are ring structures. The inner ring end 310 of the flexible connecting piece 300 is connected with the circumferential edge of the vibrating diaphragm 200 in a sealing manner, the outer ring end 320 of the flexible connecting piece 300 is located at the periphery of the opening part 110 and is bonded to the rear cover body 100 in a sealing manner, so that the flexible connecting piece 300, the rear cover body 100 and the vibrating diaphragm 200 are convenient to connect in a sealing manner, the sealing performance between the opening part 110 and the vibrating diaphragm 200 is good, the size of the flexible connecting piece 300 can be controlled, and the cost is reduced and the whole thickness of the rear cover is reduced.
The sealing connection includes, but is not limited to, bonding, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
In some embodiments of the present application, the flexible connector 300 is a flat plate.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in the embodiment, the flexible connecting member 300 is a flat plate, so that the flexible connecting member 300 can provide a good vibration displacement to the diaphragm 200, and meanwhile, the flexible connecting member 300 has a simple structure and a small thickness, which is beneficial to reducing the cost and the thickness of the back cover.
In some embodiments of the present application, the flexible connector 300 further includes a connecting portion 330 connecting the inner ring end 310 and the outer ring end 320, and the cross section of the connecting portion 330 is circular arc and protrudes out of the inner ring end 310 and the outer ring end 320 in a direction away from the rear cover body 100.
Referring to fig. 7-13, in the present embodiment, the cross section of the connecting portion 330 is arc-shaped and protrudes out of the inner ring end 310 and the outer ring end 320 in a direction away from the back cover body 100, so that the deformation amount of the flexible connecting member 300 can be increased, and the amplitude of the diaphragm 200 can be increased.
Further, the flexible connecting member 300 can be a symmetrical structure, so that the flexible connecting member 300 has good deformation performance, and the flexible connecting member 300 can be conveniently processed and produced.
In some embodiments of the present application, the diaphragm 200 is located at a side of the inner ring end 310 close to the opening portion 110, such an arrangement enables the vibration limitation of the flexible connecting member 300 to the diaphragm 200 to be small, and the requirement on the flexibility of the flexible connecting member 300 is low when the effective amplitude of the diaphragm 200 is satisfied, and at the same time, the thickness of the back cover can be reduced.
Of course, in other embodiments, the diaphragm 200 is located on a side of the inner ring end 310 away from the opening 110.
The embodiment of the application also provides terminal equipment which comprises a rear cover.
In this embodiment, the terminal device includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a wearable electronic device (e.g., an electronic watch). The terminal device includes a driving mechanism, and a driving end of the driving mechanism may be connected to the diaphragm 200 to drive the diaphragm 200 to vibrate. The mechanism for driving the diaphragm 200 to vibrate includes, but is not limited to, a piezoelectric plate, an exciter, etc., and the present application is not limited thereto.

1. A rear cover, comprising:
a rear cover body;
vibrating diaphragm;
and the vibrating diaphragm is connected with the rear cover body through the flexible connecting piece.
2. The back cover of claim 1, wherein the diaphragm is suspended from the back cover body by the flexible connecting member.
3. The back cover of claim 2, wherein the back cover body is provided with a relief portion, and the diaphragm is suspended in the relief portion, wherein the relief portion is a groove or an opening portion penetrating the groove.
4. The back cover of claim 2, wherein the diaphragm is suspended on one side of the back cover body.
5. The back cover according to claim 3, wherein when the avoiding portion is the opening portion, the flexible connecting member is a ring structure disposed around the diaphragm to seal between the diaphragm and the opening portion.
6. The back cover of claim 5, wherein the inner ring end of the flexible connecting member is connected to the circumferential edge of the diaphragm in a sealing manner, and the outer ring end of the flexible connecting member is located at the periphery of the opening and is bonded to the back cover body in a sealing manner.
7. The rear cover according to claim 6, wherein the flexible connecting member is a flat plate; or the flexible connecting piece further comprises a connecting part which is connected with the inner ring end and the outer ring end, and the cross section of the connecting part is arc-shaped and protrudes out of the inner ring end and the outer ring end along the direction far away from the rear cover body.
8. The back cover of claim 6, wherein the diaphragm is located on a side of the inner ring end adjacent to the opening.
9. The rear cover according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the flexible connecting member is made of an elastic material.
10. A terminal device, characterized in that it comprises a back cover according to any one of claims 1-9.
