Background
The fiber separator is a waste paper processing device, which utilizes the specific gravity difference between waste paper pulp and impurities to remove light and heavy impurities in waste paper raw materials, and has the functions of defibering and screening; the waste paper is a recyclable resource, and the waste paper is made into pulp for recycling, but the pulp contains impurities, and a fiber separator is needed for separating fibers and the impurities.
The Chinese patent with the application number of 201220465998.9 discloses a pulp fiber separator, which belongs to the technical field of papermaking equipment, and structurally comprises a casing and a base, wherein the casing is arranged into a horizontal conical cylindrical casing, a wide-mouth end of the conical cylindrical casing is provided with a concave conical bottom, the center of the concave conical bottom is provided with a light impurity pulp discharge pipe, the narrow-mouth end of the conical cylindrical casing is provided with the base, the center of the base is provided with a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft in the casing is provided with an impeller, the base at the rear part of the impeller is provided with a good pulp chamber, a screen is arranged between the good pulp chamber and the impeller, and the good pulp chamber is communicated with a good pulp discharge pipe arranged on the base; the upper part of the narrow-mouth end of the casing is provided with a slurry inlet pipe, and the lower part of the wide-mouth end of the casing is provided with a heavy impurity slurry outlet pipe.
In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors believe that during operation of a pulp defibrator, fibers may become entangled on the impeller and the long-term accumulation of fibers on the impeller may affect the rate at which accepts enter the accepts chamber.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

a fiber separator comprises a separator body, a feed pipe, a light discharge pipe and a heavy discharge pipe, the separator body is arranged in a hollow way, the feed pipe is positioned at the top of the side wall of the separator body, the light discharge pipe is positioned on the end wall of the separator body, the heavy discharge pipe is positioned at the bottom of the side wall of the separator body, the feed pipe, the light discharge pipe and the heavy discharge pipe are all communicated with the separator body, a decomposition device is arranged in the separator body, the decomposing device comprises a rotating shaft, a driving part, a plurality of rotating handles and a plurality of bayonet knives, one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the separator body and is connected with the driving part, the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the rotating handles, all the rotating handles are distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the separator body, and the bayonet is positioned on one side of the rotating handle, which is far away from the driving piece.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the fiber separator is used, firstly, paper pulp is injected into an inner cavity of the separator body through the feed pipe, then the driving piece is adjusted, the driving piece drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the rotating handle, and the rotating handle drives the bayonet to rotate, so that the bayonet decomposes fibers in the paper pulp; the designed fiber separator is convenient for the decomposition of fibers in paper pulp through the decomposition device, reduces the winding amount of the fibers on the rotating handle and further improves the flow rate of good pulp flowing into the good pulp chamber.
Optionally, be provided with the filter plate on the inlet pipe inner wall, the filter plate slides with the inlet pipe and is connected, be provided with the confession on the inlet pipe inner wall the lapped stopper of filter plate, just the stopper is about the central line symmetry of inlet pipe sets up.

The embodiment of the application discloses defibrator. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the defibrator comprises a defibrator body 1, a feeding pipe 2, a light discharging pipe 3 and a heavy discharging pipe 4, wherein the defibrator body 1 is hollow, the side wall of the defibrator body 1 is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the feeding pipe 2 is welded on the top of the side wall of the defibrator body 1, so that pulp can be conveniently injected into the inner cavity of the defibrator body 1; the light discharging pipe 3 is welded on the end wall of the separator body 1, the light discharging pipe 3 and the separator body 1 are coaxially arranged, light weight can approach to the separator body 1 axially in the rotating process of paper pulp and is discharged from the light discharging pipe 3, the heavy discharging pipe 4 is welded at the bottom of the side wall of the separator body 1, the heavy discharging pipe 4 is located at the position where the cross section area of the separator body 1 is the largest, heavy weight can be thrown to the inner wall of the separator due to the centrifugal force in the rotating process of the paper pulp, the heavy weight is large in mass and is discharged from the heavy discharging pipe 4, the feeding pipe 2, the light discharging pipe 3 and the heavy discharging pipe 4 are communicated with the separator body 1, the feeding pipe 2, the light discharging pipe 3 and the heavy discharging pipe 4 are all connected with control valves through flanges, a decomposition device 5 is arranged in the separator body 1, and the decomposition device 5 can decompose coarse fibers in the paper pulp, the utilization rate of the paper pulp is improved.

Referring to fig. 2, a screen 11 is welded in the separator body 1, the screen 11 divides the inner cavity of the separator body 1 into a cracking chamber 12 and a good pulp chamber 13, the screen 11 is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft 51, the screen 11 is arranged at one side far away from a rotating handle 53, a pulp outlet pipe 131 is arranged on the bottom wall of the good pulp chamber 13, a control valve is connected to the side wall of the pulp outlet pipe 131 through a flange, the pulp outlet pipe 131 is convenient for discharging good pulp, and the working efficiency of the fiber separator is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the disassembling apparatus 5 includes a rotating shaft 51, a driving member, a plurality of rotating handles 53 and a plurality of bayonet knives 54, one end of the rotating shaft 51 extends out of the separator body 1 and is connected with the driving member, the other end is welded with the rotating handles 53, in this embodiment, the driving member is a motor 52, the motor 52 is connected with the separator body 1 through a mounting seat, an output shaft of the motor 52 is coaxially arranged with the rotating shaft 51, an output shaft of the motor 52 is connected with the rotating shaft 51 through a coupling, in this embodiment, three rotating handles 53 are provided, the three rotating handles 53 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 51, a plurality of conical teeth are welded on the side wall opposite to the two adjacent rotating handles 53, the bayonet knives 54 are welded on the side of the rotating handles 53 far from the motor 52, one side of the rotating handles 53 near the motor 52 is connected with a brush 55 through bolts, the brush 55 can contact with the screen cloth 11, the rotating shaft 51 is rotatably connected with the separator body 1, a sealing rubber pad 6 is adhered at the joint of the rotating shaft 51 and the separator body 1, the sealing performance of the separator body 1 is improved.
The implementation principle of the defibrator of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the fiber separator is used, firstly, paper pulp is injected into the inner cavity of the separator body 1 through the feeding pipe 2, then the motor 52 is adjusted, the output shaft of the motor 52 drives the rotating shaft 51 to rotate, the rotating shaft 51 drives the rotating handle 53 to rotate, the rotating handle 53 drives the bayonet 54, the conical teeth 531 and the brush 55 to rotate together, so that fibers in the paper pulp are decomposed, light weight is discharged from the light weight discharging pipe 3, heavy weight is discharged from the heavy weight discharging pipe 4, fiber separation is realized, and meanwhile, the rotation of the brush 55 is convenient for cleaning the screen mesh 11.
