referring to fig. 1 to 12, the embodiment of the invention discloses an integrated linkage type multifunctional recreational vehicle, which comprises a vehicle head 01 and a chassis driving part 02 connected with the vehicle head 01; further comprising: a first-layer main box body 03, a second-layer folding box body 04, a side box body 05, a pavilion mechanism 06, a rear canopy 07 and a power mechanism 08;
the main box body 03 at one layer is arranged on the top surface of the chassis driving part 02, the front end of the main box body is butted with the vehicle head 01, the rear end of the main box body is provided with a bin gate 030, and an upward stair 031 is arranged in the main box body;

In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the rear canopy 07 comprises a main board 070 and an auxiliary board 071; the top edge of the mainboard 070 is hinged with the rear top edge of the second-layer folding box body 04; one end of the auxiliary plate 071 is hinged to the rear top edge of the first layer of the main box 03, and the other end is hinged to the bottom edge of the main plate 070; the rear of the main case 03 of one layer has a rear canopy receiving slot 034 for receiving the main plate 070 and the sub-plate 071.
In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the shower room also comprises an external pull kitchen 11 and an external shower room 12; the outward-pulling kitchen 11 is connected to the rear side wall of the main box 03 at one layer in a pulling manner and comprises a vegetable washing basin 110, a gas furnace 111 and a chopping board 112 which are connected in a pulling manner, and a lifting type windproof plate 113 is hinged above the gas furnace 111; the outer shower room 12 is connected behind the side wall of the main box 03 and is positioned at the other side of the outer pull kitchen 11, and the outer shower room 12 is opened towards one side of the main box 03.
In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the inside of the one-layer main box 03 further comprises a lifting television 035, a first tea table 036, a tatami chair 037, a first bed body 038, a first chair 039, a refrigerator 0310, a hand basin 0311, an inner hanger 0312, a toilet bowl 0313 and an electromagnetic stove 0314; the second-layer folding box body 04 further comprises a second tea table 044 and a second bed body 045; the inside of the pavilion mechanism 06 further includes a foldable second seat 067 and a tea table 068.
The using method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
when the space needs to be expanded: the lifting rod 081 rises, the two-layer folding box body 04 rises, and a two-layer space is formed between the top plate of the one-layer main box body 03, and the two-layer space can be accessed through the stairs 031.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the lifter 081 is raised: the length of the first steel cable 065 between the lower rod 0611 and the first fixed pulley 062 is shortened, and the length of the second steel cable 065 between the lower rod 0611 and the third fixed pulley 064 is lengthened, that is, the first steel cable 065 pulls the scissors hinge rod 061 to be straightened, and the scissors hinge rod 061 is gradually straightened along with the rising of the lifting rod 081 to drive the ceiling 060 to rise to form the pavilion.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the lifter 081 is raised: the lifter 081 drives the triangular ceiling 050 to move upwards, and the roller 032 pushes the slide 0500, so that the triangular ceiling 050 unfolds outwards, and meanwhile, the connecting piece 051 drives the bottom plate 052 to move upwards until the bottom plate 052 stops horizontally, and the side box bodies 05 on the two sides unfold.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the lifter 081 is raised: the two-layer folding box body 04 is lifted to drive the main board 070 to move upwards, and the main board 070 drives the auxiliary board 071 to move upwards until the auxiliary board 071 is horizontal, so that the rear canopy 07 is formed.
When canopy 060 is raised, solar panels 10 are drawn and extended to form a ramp.
The pull-out kitchen 11 and the outer shower room 12 can be pulled out by manual pulling.
When the shrinkage for each space is required:
the lifting rod 081 is lowered to drive the two-layer folding box 04, the side box 05, the ceiling 060 and the rear canopy 07 to retract in the opposite direction in the above manner.
The lifting of the lifting rod 081 can realize the integrated linkage type driving of the two-layer folding box body 04, the side box body 05, the ceiling 060 and the rear canopy 07.
Example 2:
the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 lies in the difference of the structure of the side box 05, specifically:

The folding and unfolding mode of the side box body 03 in the embodiment is as follows:
when the lifter 081 is raised: the lifter 081 drives the triangle ceiling 050 to move upwards, and the slide 0500 is pushed up to the gyro wheel 032 for the triangle ceiling 050 outwards expands, and the third cable 054 drives the bottom plate 051 to receive and release, and first notch 0501 and second notch 0510 can dock the block.
Example 3:
the embodiment is improved on the basis of the embodiments 1 and 2, and specifically comprises the following steps:

the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the side box body 05 is distributed around the main box body 03 of one layer, specifically:
referring to fig. 15 and 16, the number of the side cases 05 is 4, and the side cases are arranged around the main case 03 of one layer; comprises a main rod 51, a two-layer plate 52, a middle rod 53, a floor plate 54, a folding leg 55, an eighth fixed pulley 56, a fifth steel cable 57 and a light barrier 58; the main rods 51 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the side surface of the first-layer main box body 03, and one end of each main rod is hinged with the top end of the second-layer folding box body 04; one end of the two-layer plate 52 is hinged with the top end of the first-layer main box body 03; two ends of the middle rod 53 are respectively hinged with the other ends of the main rod 51 and the two-layer plate 52; one end of the floor board 54 is vertically connected with the side wall of the first layer main box 03 in a sliding manner, and the bottom surface of the floor board is provided with a leg hiding groove 541; the folding leg 55 can be located inside the leg hiding groove 541, and one end of the folding leg is hinged to the sliding end, close to the floor panel 54, inside the leg hiding groove 541; the eighth fixed pulley 56 is fixed at the top corner of the first layer of the main box 03; one end of a fifth steel cable 57 is fixed at the bottom of the inner wall of the second-layer folding box body 04, and is fixed with the sliding end of the floor board 54 after passing over the eighth fixed pulley 56; the light barrier 58 is hinged on the top edge of the two-layer folding box body 04 and is positioned above the two-layer sunlight room formed by the main rod 51, the two-layer plate 52 and the middle rod 53.
The side box 05 provided by this embodiment is folded and unfolded by driving the fifth steel cable 57 through the lifting rod 081. When the lifting rod 081 is lifted, the two-layer sunlight room formed by the main rod 51, the two-layer plate 52 and the middle rod 53 is unfolded, the floor plate 54 is released, and the folding legs 55 are released under the action of gravity. When the lifter bar 081 retracts, the various structures retract.
Example 5:
this example is an improvement on the basis of examples 1 to 4, specifically:
referring to fig. 18 and 19, the leg mechanism 14 is also included at the four corners of the main box 03; the leg mechanism 14 includes a driving rack 141, a driven rack 142, a leg 143, and a gear 144; the driving rack 141 is vertically arranged, the top end of the driving rack is fixed with the top end of the telescopic part of the lifting rod 081, and the driving rack is slidably sleeved on two main limiting blocks 145 which are vertically fixed on the first layer of the main box body 03; the driven racks 142 are vertically arranged and are slidably sleeved on two vertically fixed driven limit blocks 146 on the first layer of the main box body 03; the supporting leg 143 is fixed at the bottom end of the driven rack 142; the gear 144 is rotatably coupled between and engaged with the driving rack 141 and the driven rack 142, and is located between two main stoppers 145 and two driven stoppers 146.
Through the lifting of the lifting rod 081, the driving rack 141 drives the gear 144 to rotate, and then the driven rack 142 is driven to move, so that the supporting leg 143 is lifted. Fig. 18 shows a state in which the leg 143 is retracted, and fig. 19 shows a state in which the leg 143 is extended.

referring to fig. 20 and 21, the leg mechanism 14 is also included at the four corners of the main box 03; leg mechanism 14 includes slide bar 147, linkage block 148, guide block 149, first strut 1410, and second strut 1411; the slide bar 147 is vertically arranged at one side of the lifter 081, and has two bosses 1471 at the top end and the middle part; the linkage block 148 is slidably sleeved on the slide bar 147, is positioned between the two bumps 1471, and is fixed to the top end of the telescopic part of the lifting rod 081; the guide block 149 is fixed on the layer of the main box body 03 and is sleeved on the slide bar 147 in a sliding way; one end of the first supporting rod 1410 is hinged with the bottom end of the sliding rod 147, and the other end is hinged with the layer of the main box body 03; the second bar 1411 has one end hinged to the first bar 1410 and the other end inclined downward.
The slide bar 147 deforms the first support rod 1410 and the second support rod 1411 by the lifting and lowering of the lifting rod 081. Fig. 18 shows the second bar 1411 in a retracted state, and fig. 19 shows the second bar 1411 in an extended state.
Example 7:
referring to fig. 22 and 23, the structure of the caravan provided in the embodiments 1 to 6 can be used as a health villa in a mountainous area or as a house in a construction site; or used for lodging, office, supermarket, restaurant, hotel, stage with villa, and expandable multipurpose container body and caravan body. The side cases 05 provided on both sides in this embodiment may also be combined in the different expansion forms of the side cases 05 in embodiments 1 to 6.

the main box body (03) of the first layer is arranged on the top surface of the chassis driving part (02), the front end of the main box body is butted with the vehicle head (01), the rear end of the main box body is provided with a bin gate (030), and an upward stair (031) is arranged in the main box body;
the two-layer folding box body (04) is sleeved on the outer side of the upper part of the one-layer main box body (03) in a reverse buckling mode, the top surface of the rear part of the two-layer folding box body is provided with a skylight opening (040), and a two-layer inlet (041) corresponding to the stair (031) is arranged inside the two-layer folding box body;
the number of the side box bodies (05) is multiple, and the side box bodies are folded, accommodated and installed on the side surface of the layer of the main box body (03);
the power mechanisms (08) are installed at four corners of the first-layer main box body (03) and are used for driving the second-layer folding box body (04) to ascend and descend and simultaneously driving the side box bodies (05), the pavilion mechanisms (06) and the rear canopy (07) to expand and retract.

The integrated linkage type multifunctional motor home as claimed in claim 2, wherein the front part of the two-layer folding box body (04) is open, a baffle (042) is hinged to the top end of the opening of the two-layer folding box body (04), and two side edges of the baffle (042) can slide into a baffle accommodating groove (090) formed in the top of the shell of the central air-conditioning indoor unit (09); two sides of the two-layer folding box body (04) are provided with windows (043).

An integrally linked multifunctional motor home as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the power mechanism (08) comprises vertical installation slots (080) fixed at four corners of the one-layer main box body (03), and lifting rods (081) installed in the installation slots (080); the fixed part of lifter (081) is fixed inserts in mounting groove (080), the flexible portion top of lifter (081) with the four corners bottom fixed connection of two layers of folding box (04).

The integrated linkage type multifunctional motor home as claimed in claim 6 or 7, further comprising a rear canopy (07); the rear canopy (07) is connected between the first-layer main box body (03) and the second-layer folding box body (04) and is positioned at the rear part of the first-layer main box body; the rear canopy (07) comprises a main board (070) and an auxiliary board (071); the top edge of the main board (070) is hinged with the rear top edge of the second-layer folding box body (04); one end of the auxiliary plate (071) is hinged with the rear top edge of the layer of main box body (03), and the other end of the auxiliary plate is hinged with the bottom edge of the main plate (070); the rear part of the main box body (03) of the layer is provided with a rear canopy accommodating groove (034) for accommodating the main plate (070) and the auxiliary plate (071).
