and fillers are filled in the third filler groove, the second filler groove and the third filler groove.

The three-stage tilting air cylinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein three limiting blocks are uniformly distributed on the lower part of the inner side wall of the outer piston along the circumference, and the outer peripheries of the limiting blocks are matched with the inner periphery of the outer piston.
