After the movable paper feeding roller 34 and the movable paper discharging roller 35 are adjusted to the proper positions, the fixing bolts 384 are screwed into the corresponding threaded holes 385, so that the positions of the movable paper feeding roller 34 and the movable paper discharging roller 35 are fixed, and the adjustment of the distance between the printing materials and the drying part in the transportation process is realized.
Referring to fig. 2, the drying part includes a direct combustion chamber 4, a hot air chamber 5, a first fan 51, and a blowing pipe 52. The hot air chamber 5 is arranged on the outer side walls of the top wall and the bottom wall of the drying box 3, and the direct combustion chamber 4 is arranged on one side of the hot air chamber 5 far away from the drying box 3 and communicated with the hot air chamber 5. An air inlet pipe 41 for introducing natural gas is arranged on one side of the direct combustion chamber 4, and a direct combustion engine for reacting natural gas is arranged in the direct combustion chamber 4. Referring to fig. 2 and 4, air guide boxes 6 are fixedly mounted on the inner side walls of the top wall and the bottom wall of the drying box 3, a plurality of air guide openings 61 are formed in the side wall of one side, close to the printed material, of each air guide box 6, air nozzles 62 are mounted on the outer side wall of one side, far away from the side connected with the inner side wall of the drying box 3, of each air nozzle 62, and each air nozzle 62 is communicated with one air guide opening 61. After the blowpipe 52 blows out the hot air, the hot air is uniformly distributed into each air guide opening 61 under the action of the air guide plate and then blown out from the air nozzle 62, so that the uniformity during drying is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the sidewall of one side of the drying box 3 is further provided with an air outlet, the outer sidewall of the other side of the air outlet is provided with an air outlet pipe 39, and the air outlet pipe 39 is communicated with the air outlet. The end of the air outlet pipe 39 far away from the air outlet is connected with a second fan 391, and the air exhaust volume of the air outlet pipe 39 is larger than the sum of the air intake volumes of the two air blowing pipes 52, so that the whole inside of the drying box 3 presents negative pressure.
Referring to fig. 1, the air outlet pipe 39 is further provided with an air return hole, an air return pipe 392 is fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the air outlet pipe 39, and the air return pipe 392 is communicated with the air return hole. The end of the return air pipe 392 remote from the end communicating with the return air pipe 392 communicates with the hot air chamber 5. Part of the hot air in the air outlet pipe 39 enters the hot air chamber 5 from the air return pipe 392, so that the heat of the hot air is fully utilized.
The implementation principle of the gravure printing machine with the double-sided drying device is as follows: before the gravure printing machine starts working, the slide blocks 38 at both ends of the movable paper feed roller 34 and the movable paper discharge roller 35 are adjusted to a suitable height, and the position of the slide blocks 38 is fixed by the fixing bolts 384. When the gravure printing machine starts to work, the printing material is printed into the drying box 3 through the printing plate roller 2, and moves in the drying box 3 along the conduction sequence of the paper feeding port 31, the fixed paper feeding roller 33, the movable paper feeding roller 34, the movable paper discharging roller 35, the fixed paper discharging roller 36 and the paper discharging port 32.
When the printing material passes through the two drying portions, the first fan 51 blows hot air in the hot air chamber 5 to the air guide box 6, and the hot air is blown to the printing material through the air nozzle 62 under the action of the air guide box 6. The second fan 391 extracts the hot air used for drying, thereby realizing circulation of the hot air.
