The convex portions of the engaging portions 42c and 43b are also referred to as claws. The supported portion 41a provided on the light source 41 is overlapped on the end portion of the engaging portion 43b in the first direction D1, and the engaging portion 43b supports the light source 41 from the second direction D2. Further, the cover 43 has translucency. The light emitted from the light source 41 is irradiated to the balustrade panel 3 and the like through the cover main body 43 a.
The fixing portion 50 fixes the lighting device 40 to one side portion 32A of the balustrade frame 30. The fixing portion 50 is provided for each lighting device 40. That is, a plurality of fixing portions 50 are provided. The fixing portion 50 includes a nut 51, a bolt 52 coupled to the nut 51, and a rotation stopper 54 different from the bolt 52.
The nut 51 is accommodated in the recess 32e of the one side portion 32A. In the present embodiment, a part of the nut 51 is accommodated in the recess 32 e. The nut 51 may be accommodated in the recess 32e at least partially.
The nut 51 is, for example, a blind rivet nut (japanese: ポップナット). The nut 51 has a cylindrical portion 51a formed with a female screw, and a pair of clamping portions 51b, 51 c. The pair of clamping portions 51b and 51c are flange portions extending from the tube portion 51 a. The clamping portion 51b is located inside the recess 32e, and the clamping portion 51c is located outside the recess 32 e. The pair of clamping portions 51b and 51c fix the nut 51 to the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A in a state of clamping the connecting wall 32 c. That is, the pair of clamping portions 51b and 51c perform the rotation stop of the nut 51 with respect to the one side portion 32A. The pair of clamping portions 51b and 51c constitute a rotation stopper 54.
The bolt 52 fixes the illumination device 40 to the one side portion 32A by the nut 51. The bolt 52 has a head portion 52a and a shaft portion 52b formed with an external thread. The head 52a is located outside the recess 32 e. Specifically, the head 52A is positioned on the second direction D2 side of the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A and on the second direction D2 side of the mounting wall 42A of the lighting device 40, and is housed in the housing 42 of the lighting device 40. The shaft portion 52b extends from the head portion 52A in the first direction D1, penetrates the connection wall 32c of the one side portion 32A, and is coupled to the nut 51. Specifically, the shaft portion 52b is inserted into a through hole provided in the mounting wall 42a and a through hole provided in the connecting wall 32 c. The head 52a and the holding portion 51c hold the mounting wall 42 a.
In addition, the thickness of the head portion 52a (the thickness in the first direction D1) is thinner than the thickness of the connecting wall 32c (the thickness in the first direction D1).
The protruding portion 42b of the case 42 covers the sandwiching portion 51c between the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A and the mounting wall 42A of the case 42 from one side in the thickness direction D4.
In assembling the passenger conveyor 1 configured as described above, the nuts 51 are fixed to the connecting wall 32c by the rotation stopper 54 before the bolts 52 are coupled to the nuts 51. Therefore, in the mounting method of the lighting device 40 to the balustrade frame 30, when the bolt 52 is coupled to the nut 51, the nut 51 is prevented from rotating. In addition, when the bolt 52 is coupled to the nut 51 at the time of removal (removal method) of the lighting device 40, the nut 51 can be prevented from rotating.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the passenger conveyor 1 includes the moving handrail 4, the balustrade panel 3, the balustrade frame 30, the lighting device 40, and the fixing portion 50. The moving handrail 4 is endless. The balustrade panel 3 has an edge portion 3d covered with the moving handrail 4, and is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the moving handrail 4. The balustrade frame 30 has a pair of side portions 32A, 32B and a connecting portion 31, and is fixed to the balustrade panel 3. The pair of side portions 32A and 32B are respectively provided with a recessed portion 32e that is orthogonal to the thickness direction D4 of the balustrade panel 3 and is open in the first direction D1 from the edge portion 3D toward the moving handrail 4, and guide the moving handrail 4 with the edge portion 3D interposed therebetween in the thickness direction D4. The connecting portion 31 covers the edge portion 3D from the first direction D1, and connects the pair of side portions 32A, 32B. The lighting device 40 is located on one side in the thickness direction D4 with respect to the balustrade panel 3. The fixing portion 50 fixes the lighting device 40 to one side portion 32A of the pair of side portions 32A and 32B. The fixing portion 50 includes a nut 51, a bolt 52, and a rotation stopper 54. The nut 51 is accommodated in the recess 32e of the one side portion 32A. The bolt 52 fixes the illumination device 40 to the one side portion 32A by the nut 51. The rotation stopper 54 performs rotation stopper of the nut 51 with respect to the one side portion 32A, unlike the bolt 52.
With this configuration, since the rotation stop portion 54 can stop the rotation of the nut 51 with respect to the one side portion 32A, the attachment and detachment work of the illumination device 40 is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the side portions 32A and 32B include: a pair of side walls 32a, 32b separated from each other in the thickness direction D4; and a connecting wall 32c that connects the end portions 32aa, 32ba of the pair of side walls 32a, 32b in the second direction D2, respectively, and forms a recess 32e with the pair of side walls 32a, 32 b. The lighting device 40 is located on the second direction D2 side of the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A. The bolt 52 has: a head 52A located on the second direction D2 side of the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A; and a shaft portion 52b extending in the first direction D1 from the head portion 52A, penetrating the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A, and coupled to the nut 51.
With this configuration, the lighting device 40 is positioned on the second direction D2 side of the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A (i.e., on the opposite outer side from the side wall 32 b), and thus the balustrade panel 3 can be easily illuminated by the lighting device 40.
In the present embodiment, the rotation stopper 54 has a pair of clamping portions 51b and 51c, and the pair of clamping portions 51b and 51c are provided in the nut 51 and clamp the connecting wall 32c of one side portion 32A.
According to this configuration, since the pair of clamping portions 51b and 51c are provided in the nut 51, the structure of the passenger conveyor 1 can be easily prevented from being complicated.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the illumination device 40 includes: a mounting wall 42A located on the second direction D2 side of the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A and sandwiched between the connecting wall 32c and the head portion 52A; and a protruding portion 42b protruding in the first direction D1 from an end portion 42aa of the mounting wall 42A on the side opposite to the balustrade panel 3, and covering a clamping portion 51c between the one side portion 32A and the mounting wall 42A.
According to this configuration, since the clip portion 51c between the one side portion 32A and the mounting wall 42A is covered by the protruding portion 42b, it is difficult to see the clip portions 51b and 51c from the outside. This makes it easy to improve the aesthetic appearance of the passenger conveyor 1.
In the present embodiment, the thickness of the head portion 52a is thinner than the thickness of the connecting wall 32 c.
With this configuration, the fixing portion 50 can be easily downsized.
(second embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment will be explained. Fig. 3 is a sectional view of a passenger conveyor of a second embodiment. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a stopper portion in the passenger conveyor according to the second embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the fixing portion 150 includes a nut 151 and a rotation stopper 154 instead of the nut 51 and the rotation stopper 54 of the first embodiment.
The nut 151 has a cylindrical portion 51a but does not have a pair of clamping portions 51b and 51 c. The nut 151 is also referred to as a plate nut.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotation stopper 154 includes a rotation stopper 155 for stopping rotation of the nut 151. The rotation stopper 155 has a plate-like first portion 54a and a plate-like second portion 54 b. The first portion 54a is fixed with a nut 151 by welding or the like, and overlaps the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A. The second portion 54b extends from the first portion 54a in the first direction D1, and overlaps the side walls 32A, 32b of the one side portion 32A.
Further, a flat washer 160 is provided between the bolt 52 and the mounting wall 42 a. In the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the thickness of the head portion 52a is thinner than the thickness of the connecting wall 32 c.
In assembling the passenger conveyor 1 configured as described above, the nut 51 is fixed to the rotation stopper 155 of the rotation stopper 54 before the bolt 52 is coupled to the nut 51. Therefore, in the method of attaching the lighting device 40 to the balustrade frame 30, when the bolt 52 is engaged with the nut 51, for example, when the operator presses the second portion of the rotation preventing member 155 with a hand, the rotation preventing member 155 prevents the nut 51 from rotating. In addition, when the worker presses the second portion of the rotation stopping member 155 with a hand at the time of removal (removal method) of the lighting device 40, the rotation stopping member 155 stops the rotation of the nut 51. The rotation stopper 155 may be fixed to the side portion 32A.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the rotation stopper 54 includes: a first portion 54a to which the nut 51 is fixed and which overlaps the connecting wall 32c of the one side portion 32A; and a second portion 54b extending in the first direction D1 from the first portion 54a and overlapping the side wall 32b of the one side portion 32A.
According to this configuration, for example, by pressing the second portion 54b, the nut 51 can be prevented from rotating.
According to the above embodiments, the passenger conveyor 1 having a new configuration in which the attachment and detachment of the illumination device 40 to and from the balustrade frame 30 having the pair of side portions 32A and 32B provided with the recessed portion 32e are facilitated can be obtained.
In the above embodiments, the example in which the lighting device 40 is located on the side surface 3a side of the balustrade panel 3 is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the lighting device 40 may be located on the side face 3b side of the balustrade panel 3.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described, these embodiments are provided as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. These new embodiments can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
