一种电扇整线板结构,其设在电扇基座内,基座 一侧形成有颈部,另一侧板面上设有按键缺槽供固设 按键开关,其特征在于:邻近按键开关处设有第一整 线板,在颈部周缘设有第二整线板,且各整线板上皆 设有预定数齿槽,各齿槽具有不同深浅构造,及各整 线板的一侧边皆设有若干补强肋条,按键开关上所连 结导线稳固卡嵌在第一整线板上,导线连结到第二整 线板旁的端子组,端子组上的导线再卡嵌在第二整线 板上而进入颈部内。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种接线简单安全迅速、使整线有条理的结构,特别是涉及一种电扇整线板结构。
以往的电扇整线盘内的导线连结,其皆仅在其整线盘内采用“闭端子”将欲连结导线予以直接压接,至于目前的处理方式,则在整线盘内固定若干接线端子,供作为导线相互间的连结中继点;但是,上述不管使用“闭端子或端子组”来连结导线或充当中继点,都存在有如下缺点:
其一,相互连接的导线行走路径异常零乱,常有相互纠结的情形,缺乏使用安全性。
其二,由于整线盘内的导线都未定位,只要稍受力拉扯,便有可能扯断其连结裸铜股线,影响安全电流量导通效果,在连接处形成虚脱接触导通状态,进而在供电使用的电线接着处爆出火花,产生断路或短路故障,导致品质不良。
本实用新型的主要目的,为使在整线盘内相互连结的导线呈现有条理与不相纠结的安全结构。
依据本实用新型的一种电扇整线板结构,其是设在电扇基座内,基座的一侧形成有颈部,另一侧板面上设有按键缺槽,供固设按键开关,其特征在于:邻近按键开关处设有第一整线板,在颈部周缘设有第二整线板,各整线板上皆设有预定数齿槽,齿槽具有不同深浅构造,整线板的一侧边皆设有补强肋条,使按键开关上所连结导线稳稳卡嵌在第一整线板上,导线则连结到第二整线板旁的端子组,端子组上的导线再卡嵌在第二整线板上而进入颈部内,达到接线安全、整线迅速有条理。
下面通过最佳实施例及附图对本实用新型的电扇整线板结构进行详细说明,附图中:
图1是本实用新型一实施例的立体分解图。
请参阅图1所示,本实用新型的一种电扇整线板结构,其设在电扇胶质本体(1)基座(10)内,基座一侧形成有颈部(11),而颈部内延伸有导线通道(12),周环板面分布有固定柱(13),另一侧板面上设有按键缺槽供固设按键开关(4),其特征在于:邻近按键开关(4)处设有第一整线板(3),在颈部(11)周缘设有第二整线板(3′),各整线板(3)、(3′)上皆设有预定数齿槽(32)(32′),齿槽具有不同深浅构造,整线板的一侧边皆设有若干补强肋条(34)(34′),使按键开关(4)上所连结导线(5)稳稳卡嵌在第一整线板(3)上,导线则连结到第二整线板旁的端子组(2),且端子组上的导线(5)再卡嵌在第二整线板(3′)上的齿槽(32)内稳固定位而延伸入颈部(11)导线通道(12)内,达到接线安全、整线迅速有条理,使端子组(2)与按键开关(4)间的接线迅速有条理、导线(5)彼此不会互相纠结的安全结构,最后整线盘(1)上再盖合底板(6)及以螺丝(7)紧固组成。
综上所述,本实用新型确可使电扇基座内所设构件间相互连结的导线,达到不相纠结、易于整理与防患于未然的安全性结构功效。

1、一种电扇整线板结构,其设在电扇基座内,基座的一侧形成有颈部,另一侧板面上设有按键缺槽供固设按键开关,其特征在于:邻近按键开关处设有第一整线板,在颈部周缘设有第二整线板,各整线板上皆设有齿槽,按键开关上所连结的导线卡嵌在第一整线板上,并且连结到第二整线板旁的端子组,端子组上的导线再卡嵌在第二整线板上而置入颈部内。
2、依权利要求1所述的电扇整线板结构,其特征在于:整线板上的齿槽具有不同深浅构造。
3、依权利要求1或2所述的电扇整线板结构,其特征在于:在各整线板的一侧边皆设有补强肋条。
