The display device has a mounting panel 100, the mounting panel 100 has an outer surface 101 and an inner surface 102 disposed opposite to each other, and a first through hole 110 is disposed through the mounting panel 100. The fixing screw is inserted into the second threaded hole and the first threaded hole, so that the fixing bracket 200 and the mounting panel 100 can be connected.
In one embodiment, the LED lamp 300 includes a light emitting part and a mounting part, the length of the light emitting part inside the first through hole 110 being smaller than the length of the first through hole 110; the mounting part penetrates through the second through hole 210 and is fixed on the fixing bracket 200 through the locking device 500; the size of the mounting portion is smaller than the size of the second through-hole 210. The mounting portion is configured as a threaded structure and the locking device 500 may be selected as a nut.
It should be noted that the structure of the locking device 500 is only exemplary, and the structure of the locking device 500 is not specifically limited in this application, and any structure that can fix the LED lamp 300 on the fixing bracket 200 falls within the scope of the present application.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the mounting structure of the LED lamp of the display device further includes a light guide pillar 400. The light guide pillar 400 is configured in a hollow cylindrical structure with one end open, the open end of the light guide pillar 400 is fixed in the first through hole 110, and the other end opposite to the open end extends from the outer surface 102 of the installation panel by a predetermined length. The light emitting part of the LED lamp 300 extends from the open end to the inside of the light guide pillar 400.
In one embodiment, the size of the first through hole 110 is larger than the size of the LED lamp 300 and smaller than the size of the light guide bar 400. The light guide pillar 400 is in interference fit with the first through hole 110 and connected to the first through hole 110.
As an alternative embodiment, the open end of the light guide bar 400 is provided with an elastic connector (not shown in the figures), which extends for a predetermined length in the axial direction of the light guide bar 400 and is configured with a convex structure in the radial extension direction of the light guide bar 400; the inner surface of the first through hole 110 is provided with a concave area matched with the convex structure; the light guide pillar 400 is connected to the concave region of the inner surface of the first through hole 110 through the convex structure of the elastic connection member.
In this embodiment, the light guide pillar 400 is disposed at the first through hole 110 in the installation panel 100, the light guide pillar 400 extends to the installation panel outer surface 101 by a predetermined length, and the light emitting portion of the LED lamp 300 extends to the inside of the light guide pillar 400, that is, the light guide pillar 400 partially covers the light emitting portion of the LED lamp 300, and can guide the light emitted from the LED lamp 300 from the first through hole 110 to the outside of the installation panel 100, thereby improving the light emitting effect of the LED lamp 300.
It should be noted that, the connection manner between the light guide pillar 400 and the first through hole 110 is only exemplary, and the connection manner between the light guide pillar 400 and the first through hole 110 is not specifically limited in the present application, and all the connection manners that can realize the connection between the light guide pillar 400 and the first through hole 110 fall within the protection scope of the present application.
According to the technical scheme, the LED lamp 300 is fixed on the inner surface of the installation panel 100 in the display device by the fixing support 200, so that the LED lamp 300 is prevented from forming a convex structure on the outer surface of the display device, and the display device is ensured to be simple and attractive in appearance; the mounting structure of the LED lamp of the display device is assembled by means of machinery, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the cost is saved.
Further, the light guide column 400 extending from the first through hole 110 of the installation panel 100 to the outer surface 101 of the installation panel by a predetermined length is arranged, so that the light guide column 400 partially covers the light emitting part of the LED lamp 300, and the light guide column 400 guides the light emitted by the LED lamp 300 from the first through hole 110 to the outside of the installation panel 100, thereby improving the light emitting effect of the LED lamp 300.

the LED lamp mounting body comprises a fixing support and an LED lamp; the fixing support is fixed on the inner surface of the mounting panel and provided with a second through hole for mounting the LED lamp, and the second through hole and the first through hole are arranged in an aligned mode; the LED lamp is arranged in the second through hole and extends to the inside of the first through hole from the second through hole.
