The pool filling materials of the first-level anoxic zone 2, the first-level anaerobic zone 3 and the first-level aerobic zone 4 in the inverted AAO zone adopt elastic three-dimensional combined filling materials 20, and the filling materials have the advantages of large specific surface area, easy film hanging, corrosion resistance, no agglomeration and blockage, contribution to full contact exchange of gas, water and biological films, improvement of aeration effect, microorganism interception, sludge age increase and contribution to full contact reaction of sewage and sludge.
In the invention, a vertical flow type precipitation device 17 is arranged in the vertical flow precipitation zone 8: the sewage inlet concentration of the high-speed service area is high, so that the amount of sludge generated by the high-speed service area is large, and the effect of the biochemical treatment area is influenced. Therefore, a mode of combining the vertical flow settling zone 8 with the inclined tube settling zone 5 is adopted, the inclined tube settling zone 5 is arranged in the primary aerobic zone 4 in the inverted AAO, and then honeycomb-shaped inclined tube packing 501 is adopted, aiming at the problem that the particle settling is not influenced by turbulence, the separation of particles and water can be accelerated, and the settling distance of the particles can be shortened. The post-positioned AO area is followed by a vertical flow settling area 8, a vertical flow type settling device 17 is arranged in the vertical flow settling area 8, a funnel-shaped component 1701 is arranged in the settling tank, and a sludge discharge pipeline component 18 is arranged below the settling tank.
In the invention, the disinfection effluent area 9 is provided with the ultraviolet sterilization device 901, and pathogenic microorganisms in effluent water after sewage treatment are killed in an ultraviolet mode, so that the propagation of the pathogenic microorganisms is thoroughly cut off, and the occurrence of pathogen infection prevention can be eliminated.
The invention solves the following problems that the prior traditional sewage treatment technology generally adopts a septic tank, an underground integrated sewage treatment device or an SBR process to treat the sewage in the service area of the expressway: 1, the septic tank cannot meet the emission requirement after being simply treated, and the septic tank enters a phase of elimination or only serves as a pretreatment facility at present; 2, the underground integrated sewage treatment equipment is not easy to uniformly distribute water and aerate, biological fillers are easy to block, and need to be replaced periodically, so that the cost is high, the operation is complicated, and once electromechanical equipment of the underground integrated sewage treatment equipment fails, the maintenance and the replacement are troublesome, and the maintenance is not facilitated; 3, although the SBR process is stable in operation and good in effluent quality, a special decanter is required, the investment is high, and the intermittent operation has high requirements on the automatic control degree. Meanwhile, the problems that effluent of septic tanks and buried integrated sewage treatment equipment or SBR (sequencing batch reactor) processes in the traditional sewage treatment technologies is not subjected to disinfection treatment, and the sewage contains a large amount of harmful substances and seriously affects the surrounding environment of a highway service area are solved.
Meanwhile, the invention can efficiently and integrally solve the sewage treatment problem of the expressway service area, has compact integral structure, small occupied area according to local conditions, high treatment efficiency, energy conservation, high pollutant removal rate and good operation stability throughout the year, simultaneously solves the problem that the common sewage treatment facility device of the original expressway service area is difficult to treat high-concentration high-suspended matter sewage, ensures that the effluent after the sewage is treated by the invention is stably discharged up to the standard, and is suitable for being popularized and used as a special sewage treatment device of the expressway service area.
