The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In addition, in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" or "plural groups" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
The description which follows is a preferred embodiment of the present application, but is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the application and not for the purpose of limiting the scope of the application. The protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the definitions of the appended claims.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a tire stopping device installed in a tire assembling line, in which a conveyor belt of the tire assembling line is composed of a conveying frame 110 and a drum 120.
The tire blocking device comprises main body supports 210 arranged on two sides of a conveying frame 110, support arms 211 perpendicular to the conveying direction of a tire assembly production line are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the two sides of each main body support 210 respectively, a rotating shaft 220 is vertically arranged between the upper support arm and the lower support arm 211, the lower end of the rotating shaft 220 is sequentially connected with a cylinder and an electromagnetic valve so as to control the tire to rotate at a certain angle, and the rotating speed and the arc length of the tire are matched with the walking length and speed of the tire assembly production line.
Further, inside the two rotation shafts 220, 4L-shaped arms 230 are provided facing each other, and are provided on the upper and lower portions of the two rotation shafts 220, respectively. The L-shaped arm 230 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 220, and comprises a long arm 231 and a short arm 232, wherein the long arm 231 is arranged on one side in the same conveying direction as the conveying belt of the tire assembly line, and the tail end of the short arm 232 is provided with a roller 233.
Specifically, the length of the long arm 231 satisfies: when the L-shaped arms 230 arranged oppositely rotate until the free ends of the long arms 231 are nearest (i.e. the L-shaped arms 230 are closed as shown in fig. 2), the distance between the free ends of the two long arms 231 is smaller than the diameter of the tire 310 on the tire assembling line, so that the tire is blocked in the device.
When the L-shaped arms 230 arranged oppositely rotate until the free ends of the long arms 231 are farthest away (i.e. the L-shaped arms 230 are closed as shown in fig. 3), the distance between the free ends of the two long arms 231 is greater than the diameter of the tire 310 on the tire assembling line, and the released tire continues to advance.
Specifically, the length of the short arm 232 satisfies: when the L-shaped arms 230 arranged opposite to each other are rotated to the position where the free ends of the short arms 232 are farthest away (i.e. the L-shaped arms 230 are closed as shown in fig. 2), the distance between the free ends of the two short arms 232 is larger than the diameter of the tire 310 on the tire assembling line, and the tire is allowed to enter the stopper.
When the L-shaped arms 230 arranged oppositely rotate until the free ends of the short arms 232 are nearest (i.e. the L-shaped arms 230 are opened as shown in fig. 3), the distance between the free ends of the two short arms 232 is smaller than the diameter of the tire 310 on the tire assembling line, and the tire is blocked from entering the device.
Specifically, only one set of tires 310 on the tire assembly line can be accommodated in two oppositely disposed L-shaped arms 230.
In a preferred embodiment, when the tire stopping device is in operation, as shown in fig. 2, a set of tires on a tire assembly line is in an initial position, and as the tire assembly line runs, the rotating shaft 220 drives the L-shaped arm 230 to rotate by a corresponding arc, so that the next set of tires is stopped while the set of tires advances forward, as shown in fig. 3; the line then moves a further distance forward and the L-shaped arms 230 rotate again and the next set of tyres passes over rollers 233 at the end of the shorter arms 232 into the pair of L-shaped arms 230 to the home position and the above actions are repeated.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this application lies in:
(1) the structure is compact, and the problems that the structure of the blocking piece and the structure of the conveyor in the prior art are large in installation space and inconvenient to maintain and replace are solved.
(2) Furthermore, the device can be matched with the transportation speed of the tire assembly line so as to block the tires group by group.
The foregoing description shows and describes several preferred embodiments of the application, but as aforementioned, it is to be understood that the application is not limited to the forms disclosed herein, but is not to be construed as excluding other embodiments and is capable of use in various other combinations, modifications, and environments and is capable of changes within the scope of the application as expressed herein, commensurate with the above teachings, or the skill or knowledge of the relevant art. And that modifications and variations may be effected by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, which is to be protected by the claims appended hereto.
