一种种子幼苗培养箱,包括箱体、测温传感器、半 导体致冷片组成的致冷器、电加热器以及控制电路 组,其特征是将测温传感器、半导体致冷器、电加热 器、风扇集于箱内,控制电路置于控制箱内。本实用 新型具有速度快、无噪音、便于维护等优点,箱内以水 为介质通过风扇传导热量,散发湿气,箱内光照度大 于750勒光司,达到国际种子检验规程的有关规定, 能满足各级种子检验部门需要。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种卧式结构,应用半导体致冷达到种子幼苗检验条件的幼苗培养箱。
目前种子发芽率及幼苗检验普遍采用的是电热恒温箱,箱内无光照,没有湿度,没有降温达不到检验标准的要求。近年来由电冰箱演变而来的发芽箱采用压缩机氟里昂致冷,既污染环境又存在噪音大、怕震动、怕倾斜,有时出现漏气、冰堵,并且满足不了检验标准的要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种采用半导体致冷器进行降温,具有速度快、无噪音、便于维护的种子幼苗培养箱,箱内以水为介质通过风扇传导热量,散发湿气,箱内光照度大于750勒克司,达到国际种子检验规程的有关规定,能满足各级种子检验部门需要。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括箱体、测温传感器、半导体致冷片组成的致冷器、电加热器以及控制电路组,其特征是将测温传感器、半导体致冷器、电加热器、风扇集于箱内,控制电路置于控制箱内。
本实用新型的优点是:具有速度快、无噪音、便于维护的种子幼苗培养箱,箱内以水为介质通过风扇传导热量,散发湿气,箱内光照度大于750勒克司,达到国际种子检验规程的有关规定,能满足各级种子检验部门需要。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的外壳及结构示意图。
图2是电气控制原理图。
由图1可知,箱体由外壳17、内箱18、双层门1、2及仪表电气控制箱5两侧支架12及脚轮14组成。内外箱之间充填保温材料,内箱采用不锈钢板制成。壳体后部的蓄冷板7、半导体致冷片8、散热片9通过绝热螺栓紧固在一起,内箱底部有置于水中的电加热管11,中部有测温传感器10,水面有培养皿支架15,左侧有风扇16,两门之间有二根40W日光灯管19,置于仪表箱上方的是仪表面板3,后部上方固定有控制电路板4、6,下方固定有致冷器,电源仪器的电源线由箱后底部引出。直流电源13安装在箱底部隔板上。
电路原理如图2所示,当合上电源开关DK,再合上升温开关K1,降温开关K2,温控仪立即显示箱内温度,仪器自动进入控温状态;当箱内温度低于设定温度时,WK1与WK3闭合,电热管Rf开始加热;当温度高于设定温度时,WK1与WK3闭合,继电器J1得电,其常开触头J1-1吸合,接通变压器BT,经QL整流滤波,将直流电加到致冷组件LP和电流表A两端,致冷组件由10片致冷片连接而成,在直流电的作用下,发挥致冷作用,使箱内温度降低,箱内风扇无论是在加热和致冷状态下都由J1-2接通对箱内空气进行循环。
