Preferably, a reinforcing plate 313 is arranged at the corner between the sliding rod 31 and the turning rod 32. The strength of the connection between the slide bar 31 and the turnover bar 32 is enhanced, and the strength of the turnover device is improved. For example, increasing the first resistance arm length, decreasing the gravity arm length to decrease the resistance, decreasing the second resistance arm length with decreasing resistance to further decrease the power arm length, and so on. When F <3000N, G >1285N, namely the intelligent bed bears the weight of a human body, the position of the force arm is simulated and changed through stress analysis, the stress change is calculated, the optimal force arm is found, the force arm structure of the intelligent bed is optimized, the thickness of the intelligent bed is reduced, the intelligent bed is thinned, the size of the intelligent bed is effectively controlled, and the transportation cost is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the back plate 22, the leg plate 24, and the foot plate 25 are provided with the hollow holes 8, and the hollow holes 8 are located above the driving part 33.
All the bed boards 2 can be provided with hollow holes 8, and the size and the arrangement mode of the hollow holes 8 can be set according to requirements. The hollowed-out hole 8 can reduce the weight of the intelligent bed, avoid scratching with the driving part 33, accommodate the hinged part of the driving part 33 and the turnover rod 32, and further reduce the thickness of the intelligent bed.
Preferably, the driving member 33 is a linear push rod.
The linear push rod is low in cost, convenient to control the size of the intelligent bed, simple and practical.
Preferably, the linear pusher is push-only.
Only push type linear push rod only outputs push force, and output pulling force, that is to say the bed board 2 only relies on gravity to fall in the process of descending, and slide bar 31 and turnover rod 32 also rely on self gravity to descend, cooperate with the contact sliding cooperation of a gyro wheel and bed board 2, have avoided bed board 2 and turnover device 3 to cause the danger of clamp injury completely.

Preferably, the sliding track 9 comprises: the top edges of two side walls of the U-shaped slide rail 91 extend in opposite directions to form a slide rail connecting part 92, the bed plate 2 is provided with a through hole, the slide rail 91 is positioned in the through hole, and the slide rail connecting part 92 is connected with the bottom surface of the bed plate 2.
The U-shaped slide rail 91 limits the roller in a specific direction, so that displacement is prevented, and the roller is prevented from being damaged; the slideway connecting part 92 is used for increasing the contact area between the slide rail 9 and the bed board 2, preventing the bed board 2 from being damaged by overlarge local pressure and prolonging the service life of the product.

Claims (24)

1. A four-fold electric bed, comprising: the bed plate is flatly paved on the top of the base, and the turnover device is used for driving a part of the bed plate to turn over relative to the base; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the base includes: the first frame, the second frame, the third frame and the fourth frame are sequentially connected in a rotatable or detachable mode at junctions;

6. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the second frame and the third frame are rotatably connected by a biaxial rotation member, both ends of which are hinged to the second frame and the third frame, respectively.
7. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 6, wherein the two-axis rotating member includes: a load bearing portion and two extension portions;
the two extending parts extend towards opposite directions by taking the bearing part as a center, and the extending surfaces of the two extending parts are different;
the two extending parts are respectively hinged with the second frame and the third frame.
8. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 7, wherein the hip plate and/or the leg plate is provided with an opening matching the biaxial rotation piece.
9. The four-fold electric bed as claimed in claim 7, wherein the head portion of the first frame, the tail portion of the second frame and the bottom portion of the load bearing portion are provided with a plurality of bed foot attachment holes.

11. A four-fold electric bed as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein said first frame is positionable within a space enclosed by said second frame and said third frame is positionable within a space enclosed by said fourth frame.
12. A four-fold electric bed according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first frame and the second frame are rotatably connected by a first single-axis rotating member, and the third frame and the fourth frame are rotatably connected by a second single-axis rotating member;

18. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 17, wherein the turning device comprises: the first turnover device is arranged between the back plate and the first frame, and the second turnover device is arranged between the leg plate, the foot plate, the third frame and the fourth frame;
wherein, first turning device and second tilting mechanism all include: two sliding rods, a turnover rod and a driving part;
the two sliding rods are respectively arranged at the two ends of the turnover rod and are in an H-like shape;
the middle part of the sliding rod protrudes towards the bed board to form an obtuse angle V shape, the head part of the sliding rod is provided with a rotatable first roller, the middle part of the sliding rod is provided with a rotatable second roller, and the tail part of the sliding rod is hinged with the base;

wherein L1 denotes a first resistance arm, L2 denotes a power arm, L3 denotes a gravity arm, L4 denotes a second resistance arm, G denotes a bed plate load, F denotes a thrust force, and F1 denotes a resistance force;
wherein, the first resistance arm is above the second resistance arm.
20. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 18, wherein the back plate, the leg plate and the foot plate are each provided with a hollowed-out hole, the hollowed-out holes being located above the driving member.
21. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 18, wherein the driving member is a linear push rod.
22. The four-fold electric bed as claimed in claim 21, wherein the linear push rod is push-only.
23. The four-fold electric bed according to claim 18, further comprising: the sliding rails are arranged in the back plate and the leg plate and are matched with the corresponding first idler wheels and the corresponding second idler wheels.
