In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more, and "a plurality" means one or more.
A neck massager 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a neck massager 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a wearing bracket 210 and a massage head 100.
First, a massage head 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, the massage head 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes an elastic base 110 and at least two metal electrodes 120.
At least two metal electrodes 120 are disposed on one surface of the elastic base 110 facing the neck of the human body, and the adjacent metal electrodes 120 are disposed at intervals, and two or more metal electrodes 120 and the human body can form a massage current loop. The elastic base 110 deforms under the action of the neck of the human body, and the metal electrode 120 on the elastic base 110 slides relative to the neck along with the elastic base 110 when the elastic base 110 deforms until the elastic base is attached to the neck. The metal electrode 120 may be made of a conductive metal material, such as stainless steel, stainless iron, or a titanium alloy material, and the metal electrode 120 may be provided as a metal sheet or a metal conductive layer attached to the elastic base 110. The elastic base 110 may be made of a silicone material.
It can be understood that, when the metal electrode 120 contacts with the human neck, the friction force between the metal electrode 120 and the human neck is N1, and when the elastic base 110 contacts with the human neck, the friction force between the elastic base 110 and the human neck is N2, and the friction force N1 is smaller than the friction force N2. Thus, by arranging the metal electrode 120, when the neck of the human body applies pressure to the elastic base 110, the elastic base 110 can deform, and because friction force between the metal electrode 120 and the neck of the human body is small, and resistance to deformation of the elastic base 110 is small, deformation and movement of the elastic base 110 are smoother, and the elastic base 110 is more suitable for the shape of the neck of the human body after being deformed, so that the metal electrode 120 is more attached to the neck of the human body.
The wearing bracket 210 is arc-shaped and surrounds an accommodating space for accommodating the neck of the human body, and the elastic base 110 is installed at a side of the wearing bracket 210 facing the neck of the human body. The stability of connection between the neck massage instrument 200 and the neck of the human body is ensured by the arrangement of the wearing bracket 210, and the tightness of the fit between the massage head 100 and the neck is further ensured.
For example, at least two metal electrodes 120 are mounted on the elastic base 110 and spaced apart from each other, the at least two metal electrodes 120 drive the elastic base 110 to deform under the action of the neck of the human body, and the metal electrodes 120 are pressed against the neck of the human body by the elastic deformation restoring force of the elastic base 110.
It is understood that the metal electrode 120 is a current output terminal of the massage head 100, and can be attached to a human body to perform pulse current massage on the human body. And at least two metal electrodes 120 are insulated from each other, so that the massage head 100 is prevented from being damaged due to short circuit between the metal electrodes 120. The at least two metal electrodes 120 form a path only when being attached to the human body, that is, the at least two metal electrodes 120 include at least one positive electrode sheet and at least one negative electrode sheet, and the at least one positive electrode sheet and the at least one negative electrode sheet form a massage current loop with the human body. For example, the number of the metal electrodes 120 is three, and the three metal electrodes 120 may include 1 positive electrode tab and 2 negative electrode tabs or 2 positive electrode tabs and 1 negative electrode tab, which form two massage current loops with the human body. Thus, the neck of the human body can be massaged by the current.
According to the massage head 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, at least two metal electrodes 120 are installed on the elastic base 110 and spaced apart from each other, so that the current massage to the neck of the human body can be realized. The at least two metal electrodes 120 drive the elastic base 110 to deform under the action of the human neck, that is, when the massage head 100 contacts with the human body, the elastic base 110 is squeezed by the human neck and deforms along with the shape of the human neck, so that the metal electrodes 120 are attached to the neck; when the massage head 100 is separated from the human body, the elastic base 110 can recover to the initial form again, namely, the state of no external force is applied, the metal electrodes 120 are borne by the elastic base 110 in the process, so the metal electrodes 120 can move along with the deformation of the elastic base 110, and good linkage is provided between at least two metal electrodes 120, so that the at least two metal electrodes 120 are not easy to interfere with each other in the movement, the metal electrodes 120 are integrally wrapped on the neck to have good coherence and follow-up performance, and the massage head is tightly attached to the neck of the human body and has good wrapping performance on the neck of the human body.
In addition, when the massage head 100 contacts with the human body, and the elastic base 110 is pressed by the neck of the human body and elastically deforms, the elastic base 110 pushes the metal electrode 120 in the direction towards the neck of the human body, so that the metal electrode 120 is pressed against the neck of the human body, and the attaching effect of the metal electrode 120 and the neck is further improved.
Thus, the metal electrode 120 of the massage head 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has good linkage, and has advantages of close contact with the human body, good wrapping property for the human body, and the like.
According to the neck massage instrument 200 of the utility model, the massage head 100 according to the embodiment of the utility model has the advantages of close contact with the human body, good wrapping performance to the human body, etc.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic base 110 is in a band shape, and has a large contact area with the neck, and the area of the metal electrode 120 can be increased. At least two metal electrodes 120 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the elastic base 110, so that the overall arrangement area of the metal electrodes 120 is larger on the elastic base 110 with the same area.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, both ends of the elastic base 110 are configured to be arc-shaped, so that the surface of the elastic base 110 where the metal electrode 120 is installed has a long axis and a short axis, and the long axis is configured to be arc-shaped to fit with the neck of the human body. Wherein, the surface of the elastic base 110 facing the metal electrode 120 may be oval, racetrack-shaped or kidney-shaped. Therefore, the neck (especially the back neck) can be wrapped in a surrounding way in a larger area, and the massage area is increased.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the number of the metal electrodes 120 is an even number, and the metal electrodes 120 are symmetrically disposed with the short axis as the symmetry axis.
In some implementations of the present invention, the number of the metal electrodes 120 may also be an odd number, wherein the middle axis of one of the metal electrodes 120 coincides with the short axis, and the rest of the metal electrodes 120 are symmetrically disposed with the short axis as the symmetry axis.
The metal electrodes 120 are symmetrically distributed about the short axis, so that the left side and the right side of the neck can be synchronously and uniformly massaged, and the massage experience of a user is guaranteed. And when the number of the metal electrodes 120 is odd, the metal electrodes 120 can be arranged at the corresponding positions of the cervical vertebrae, the number of the metal electrodes 120 is even, the gap corresponding to the cervical vertebrae can be also very small, and the cervical vertebrae can be better massaged by current. In addition, different electrode contact combinations are arranged among the electrode plates, so that more diversified massage modes can be provided. And the massage head 100 can wrap the neck and the surrounding area thereof better, so that a wider range of current massage can be provided for the human body.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the distance between adjacent metal electrodes 120 is 2mm to 10 mm. Therefore, when the mutual insulation between the metal electrodes 120 is ensured, the metal electrodes 120 with larger area can be arranged on the elastic base 110 with the same area, so that the contact area between the whole metal electrodes 120 and the neck of a human body is increased, the massage area of the neck is increased, and the massage comfort is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the initial radian of the long axis is not more than 180 °, the initial radian is the radian of the long axis when the massage head 100 is not stressed, in other words, one surface of the metal electrode 120 attached to the human body is a conductive surface, the axis of the conductive surface coincides with the axis of the cambered surface facing the human body of the wearing bracket 210, so as to set the central line of the length direction of the wearing bracket 210 to be 0 °, and the extending range of the conductive surface when the wearing bracket 210 is between-90 ° and 90 °. In some implementations of the present invention, when the massage head 100 is not under stress, the arc radius of the conductive surface may be 9 cm; when the massage head 100 is stressed, the arc radius of the conductive surface is larger than 9cm and the radian is smaller than 180 degrees. Thus, the massage head 100 can be completely attached to the neck, i.e., the conductive surface is completely in contact with the neck.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the metal electrode 120 protrudes toward the neck of the human body relative to the elastic base 110.
Specifically, the protruding height of the metal electrode 120 relative to the elastic base 110 is 0.1mm to 1 mm. When massage head 100 contacts with human neck like this, can guarantee that metal electrode 120 contacts with human neck earlier, the laminating is inseparable between metal electrode 120 and the neck, avoids elastic base 110 to the laminating formation of metal electrode 120 and neck to form the interference, and metal electrode 120 protrusion can not cause the distance between elastic base 110 and the neck too far yet, and occupation space is little when having guaranteed massage head 100 to wear human neck. Therefore, the close fit between the metal electrode 120 and the neck and the overall wearing volume of the massage head 100 are both considered.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the elastic base 110 includes an elastic body 111 and a rigid frame 112, the elastic body 111 and the rigid frame 112 are integrally formed, for example, injection molding is performed between the elastic body 111 and the rigid frame 112, so that the connection strength between the elastic body 111 and the rigid frame 112 is high, and the production and assembly are facilitated.
The rigid frame 112 may be in a sheet shape and laid on the surface of the elastic body 111, or the rigid frame 112 is in a frame shape and embedded in the elastic body 111.
Thus, the contact area between the rigid framework 112 and the elastic body 111 is large, the rigid framework 112 can be used for improving the shaping degree of the elastic body 111, ensuring the overall shape of the elastic base 110, and improving the elastic-plastic property of the elastic base 110. The rigid frame 112 may be made of hard glue and the elastic body 111 may be made of soft glue.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the rigid frame 112 includes a first frame 161 and a second frame 162, the second frame 162 is nested in the first frame 161 and forms a mounting groove 163 with the first frame 161, the surface of the metal electrode 120 facing the resilient base 110 is provided with a rib 121, and the rib 121 is disposed in the mounting groove 163. Wherein, by gluing between the protruding ribs 121 and the mounting grooves 163, the connection strength between the metal electrode 120 and the elastic base 110 can be further improved. Thus, the rigid frame 112 can improve the elasticity and plasticity of the elastic base 110, and also has the function of mounting the metal electrode 120, thereby providing a more stable mounting structure for the metal electrode 120.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rib 121 is disposed around the outer circumferential edge of the metal electrode 120. When gluing, the glue can be directly contacted with the convex rib 121, and the convenience of assembling the massage head 100 is improved. And the convex rib 121 is arranged on the outer peripheral edge of the metal electrode 120, so that the metal electrode 120 and the convex rib are easier to integrally form, and the processing difficulty is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the first frame 161 is provided with a positioning rib 164, the surface of the second frame 162 facing the metal electrode 120 is provided with a positioning groove 165, and the positioning rib 164 is fitted in the positioning groove 165. The connection strength between the first framework 161 and the second framework 162 is further increased, and the stability of the relative position between the first framework 161 and the second framework 162 is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the massage head 100 further includes a conductive sheet 130, the conductive sheet 130 is mounted on the first frame 161 and/or the second frame 162, and the conductive sheet 130 is attached to the metal electrode 120 to form an electrical connection. The conductive sheet 130 may be a conductive film. The conductive sheet 130 and the metal electrode 120 are combined for use, the conductive sheet 130 is attached to the metal electrode 120 to conduct an EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) current to the metal electrode 120, the conductive sheet 130 can increase the power connection area of the metal electrode 120, so that the metal electrode 120 can better output the current towards the surface of the neck of the human body, and the surface local part of the metal electrode 120 is effectively prevented from being electrically connected with the skin of the neck of the human body due to point power connection, thereby ensuring that the surface of the metal electrode 120 is electrically connected with the neck of the human body integrally.
Further, the number of the conductive sheets 130 is multiple, corresponding to the number of the metal electrodes 120, and the metal electrodes 120 and the conductive sheets 130 are attached in a one-to-one correspondence manner. Alternatively, there is one conductive sheet 130, the conductive sheet 130 has a plurality of conductive regions corresponding to the number of the metal electrodes 120, and the metal electrodes 120 are electrically connected to the conductive regions in a one-to-one correspondence. Thus, the power connection area of each metal electrode 120 is increased, short circuit among the metal electrodes 120 is prevented, and the reliability of the massage head 100 is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second frame 162 is provided with a first beam 166 and a second beam 167, a first gap 168 is formed between the first beam 166 and the metal electrode 120, and a second gap (not shown) is formed between the second beam 167 and the elastic main body 111, wherein the conductive sheet 130 is bent to penetrate through the first gap 168 and the second gap, so as to be attached to the plurality of metal electrodes 120 at the positions spaced by the conductive sheet 130. Thus, the conductive sheet 130 can form a fitting type electrical connection with the metal electrode 120 by passing through the first gap 168, and the conductive sheet 130 can be blocked by the grid of the second cross beam 167 by passing through the second gap to prevent the conductive sheet 130 from contacting the metal electrode 120, so that a plurality of electrode sheets can be synchronously conducted by using one conductive sheet 130.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the massage head 100 further includes an electrical connector 170, the electrical connector 170 is disposed on a surface of the elastic base 110 away from the metal electrode 120, and a portion of the conductive sheet 130 is bent to form a flat cable 131, for example, a portion of the conductive sheet 130 is bent after being cut and separated from the whole body, and the flat cable 131 extends in a direction away from the metal electrode 120 to be electrically connected to the electrical connector 170. Specifically, the electrical connector 170 may extend into the wearing bracket 210 of the neck massager 200 and be electrically connected to a power supply component (e.g., an adapter plate) of the neck massager 200, so that the massage head 100 and the wearing bracket 210 are electrically conducted, thereby facilitating the realization of the electric massage.
In some implementations of the present invention, the end of the flat cable 131 may be configured as a first terminal or a first terminal may be additionally disposed at the end of the flat cable 131, and the wearing bracket 210 is provided with a second terminal corresponding to the first terminal, and the first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected by plugging.
Further, the conductive sheet 130 includes a flexible substrate, a conductive layer and a heating layer, the flexible substrate deforms along with the elastic base 110, the conductive layer is disposed on a surface of the flexible substrate facing the metal electrode 120, the metal electrode 120 is attached to the conductive layer and is electrically conductive, and the heating layer is disposed on a surface of the flexible substrate facing away from the metal electrode 120.
