2. The sound generating apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a mounting plate having a mounting hole defined therein, the mounting plate being configured to pass through the mounting hole to secure the mounting plate to a case of the smartwatch.

The sound generating apparatus of claim 1, wherein said connecting member includes a first extension and a second extension connected to each other, said first extension being connected to said base plate, said second extension being connected to said mounting plate, said second extension being formed with a step, said step abutting said housing.
4. The sound generating apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is formed with a protrusion extending in a direction of the base plate, and the base plate is formed with a mounting groove into which the protrusion is inserted.
5. The sound generating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the housing includes a housing body and an edge portion connected to each other, the edge portion being fixed to the diaphragm, and the edge portion having the same curved shape as the diaphragm.
6. The sound generating apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the casing further comprises a fixing plate, the casing body has a fixing hole, the fixing plate is embedded in the fixing hole, and the inner side of the fixing plate is fixedly connected to the magnetic circuit system.
7. An intelligent watch, comprising a watch body and the sound-generating device of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the watch body comprises a watch case, the sound-generating device is accommodated in the watch case, the watch case is provided with a sound-generating hole at a position corresponding to the vibrating diaphragm, and the vibrating diaphragm is matched with the shape of the watch case.
8. The smartwatch of claim 7, further comprising a wristband attached to an exterior side of the case, the sound generator being disposed proximate the wristband.
9. The smart watch of claim 8, wherein at least two of said sound emitting devices are disposed within said case.
10. The smartwatch of claim 9, wherein four of the sound generators are disposed within the case, two of the sound generators being disposed adjacent the wristband in a first direction of the watch body, and two of the sound generators being spaced apart in a second direction of the watch body, the first direction and the second direction being perpendicular to each other.
