Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings, which are illustrated in the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Some embodiments according to the invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the refrigerator door body with the invisible window of the present embodiment includes a door frame 1, a box body 2, a light-transmitting panel 3, a display control device 4, and a cushion block 5.
In this embodiment, a mounting opening (not shown) is provided on one side of the door frame 1; box body 2 sets up in door frame 1, and 2 one side openings of box body, the laminating of 2 opening place sides of box body are in one side of door frame 1 to cover the window.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the door frame 1 includes a bubble sealing plate 11, an inner frame 12 and an outer frame 13, the inner frame 12 is sleeved on the outer frame 13, the bubble sealing plate 11 is fixed on one side of the outer frame 13 facing away from the inner frame 12, a foaming space is formed by enclosing the inner frame 12, the outer frame 13 and the bubble sealing plate 11, and the bubble sealing plate 11 is provided with a first through hole 111 for injecting a foaming material into the foaming space to form a foaming layer; the mounting opening includes a second through hole 131, a plurality of third through holes 132 and a window 112, wherein the window 111 is disposed on the bubble sealing plate 11, the second through hole 131 and the plurality of third through holes 132 are disposed on the outer frame 13, and the window 111 is communicated with the second through hole 131 and the plurality of third through holes 132.
The box body 2 is located in the foaming space, the opening of the box body 2 is attached to the outer frame 13, and the opening of the box body 2 is larger than the second through hole 131, the third through hole 132 and the window 111, so that the box body 2 can cover the second through hole 131, the third through hole 132 and the window 111, wherein the box body 2, the bubble sealing plate 11, the outer frame 13 and the inner frame 12 are fixed into a whole through screws, and the stability of the device is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, a light-transmitting panel 3 is provided to cover one side of the doorframe 1.
Specifically, the light-transmitting panel 3 is fixed on the side of the bubble sealing plate 11 opposite to the outer frame 13 by an adhesive, and the light-transmitting panel 3 also covers the window 111 on the bubble sealing plate 11.
It will be appreciated that the light transmissive panel 3 may be a light transmissive glass panel or a transparent member or the like.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the display control device 4 includes a PCB 41 and a display 42, the PCB 41 is fixed in the box 2, the display 42 is connected to one side of the PCB 41, and one end of the display 42 passes through the mounting opening and is closely attached to the light-transmitting panel 3.
Specifically, the PCB 41 is fixed in the case 2 by screws, so that one end of the display screen 42 disposed at one side of the PCB 41 is closely attached to the light-transmitting panel 3 through the second through hole 131 and the window 111. The size of the second through hole 131 is exactly matched with the size of the display screen 42, so that one end of the display screen 42 penetrates through the first through hole 131, and the display screen 42 can be limited by the first through hole 131 to shake.
In summary, the PCB of the refrigerator door is fixed in the box body 2 by screws, so that one end of the display screen 42 disposed at one side of the PCB 41 is closely attached to the light-transmitting panel 3 through the second through hole 131 and the window 111. When this on-vehicle refrigerator is rocking, also can not lead to display screen 42 not hard up to avoid because display screen 42 pastes not tight light transmission panel 3 and the light leak phenomenon appears, lead to the condition emergence of the content on the unclear display screen 42 on the light transmission panel 3.
As shown in fig. 5, one end of the spacer 5 is disposed between the PCB 41 and the case 2.
Specifically, cushion 5 is elastic material, and the one end of cushion 5 is hugged closely on PCB board 41's the opposite side, and the other end of cushion 5 is hugged closely on the opposite face of the opening place face of box body 2 for PCB board 41 and display screen 42 receive by the opposite face of box body 2 opening place face to the power of the direction of box body 2 opening place face, further make display screen 42 fasten on light-transmitting panel 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, one side of the PCB 41 is further provided with a plurality of spring buttons 43 for controlling the temperature of the in-vehicle refrigerator, and one end of each spring button 43 is closely attached to the light transmission panel 3 through the mounting opening.
Specifically, one side of the PCB 41 is connected to the other end of the spring button 43, and one end of the spring button 43 passes through the second through hole 132 and the display window 111 to be closely attached to the light-transmitting panel 3, so that a user can control the temperature of the vehicle-mounted refrigerator conveniently; wherein, the quantity of third through-hole 132 and the quantity one-to-one of spring button 43, and the size of third through-hole 132 just matches with spring button 43 size for spring one end passes third through-hole 132, and third through-hole 132 can restrict spring button 43 and rock.
As shown in fig. 6, the inner wall of the box body 2 is provided with a plurality of clamping strips 21, and the plurality of clamping strips 21 are matched with the PCB 41, so that the PCB 41 is clamped on the plurality of clamping strips 21, the stability of the PCB 41 is further improved, and the PCB 41 is prevented from shaking.
Based on the same inventive concept, the utility model also provides a refrigerator, refrigerator include refrigerator box and above-mentioned refrigerator door body, and the refrigerator door body can open and shut the setting for the refrigerator box.
