In this embodiment, one end of the back door 120 is connected to the first reinforcement 130 and the other end is connected to the second reinforcement 132, that is, the back door 120 is mounted on the first reinforcement 130 and the second reinforcement 132, which facilitates the mounting and dismounting of the back door 120. In this embodiment, the first reinforcing member 130 and/or the second reinforcing member 132 are welded to the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114, and the welded connection is simple in processing, firm in connection, and not easy to loosen. Specifically, weld locations may be provided on the first and second sidewalls 112, 114 to help reduce the gap between the first and second sidewalls 112, 114 and the first and/or second stiffeners 130, 132. In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the box assembly 100 further comprises a connecting member, and the first reinforcing member 130 and/or the second reinforcing member 132 are connected to the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 via the connecting member.
In this embodiment, the box assembly 100 further includes a connector, and the first reinforcement member 130 and/or the second reinforcement member 132 are connected to the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 through the connector. Specifically, the connecting member may be a part such as a screw or a bolt, the screw or the bolt has a low cost, the first side wall 112, the second side wall 114, the first reinforcing member 130 and/or the second reinforcing member 132 are fixed by the part such as the screw or the bolt, and the first reinforcing member 112, the second side wall 114, the first reinforcing member 130 and/or the second reinforcing member 132 are connected by the screw or the bolt, so that the mounting is facilitated, the cost is saved, the production process is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the subsequent dismounting and maintenance are facilitated. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in any of the above embodiments, the first reinforcing member 130 is disposed in parallel with the second reinforcing member 132.
In this embodiment, it is specifically illustrated that the first reinforcement member 130 is disposed in parallel with the second reinforcement member 132. The first reinforcement member 130 and the second reinforcement member 132 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 in the height direction, and play a role of reinforcing from the upper end and the lower end of the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114, so that the main frame structure of the box assembly 100 formed by the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 is more stable and is not easy to deform. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a box assembly 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a front sealing door 110, a first side wall 112 and a second side wall 114, wherein a pick-and-place opening 111 is disposed on the front sealing door 110, and the pick-and-place opening 111 is used for picking and placing clothes; the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 are respectively connected with the front sealing door 110, and the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 are oppositely arranged, the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 are of an integrated structure, that is, the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 are formed by stamping and bending a metal plate, for example, the left side part of the metal plate is bent from the left edge of the front sealing door 110 to form the first side wall 112, so that the first side wall 112 is connected with the left end of the front sealing door 110, the right side part of the metal plate is bent from the right edge of the front sealing door 110 to form the second side wall 114, so that the second side wall 114 is connected with the right end of the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 form the main frame structure of the box assembly 100, and by arranging the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 as an integrated structure, the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 do not need to be assembled, so that the influence on the product quality caused by a gap formed between the front sealing door 110 and the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 is avoided, and the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 are surfaces which are easily exposed when a user uses or places the washing machine 200, namely appearance surfaces of the washing machine 200 products, so that the risks of scratching and damaging the appearance parts are reduced by avoiding assembling the appearance parts such as the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114, the yield of the products is improved, and the product quality is also improved.
It should be noted that, since the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 are surfaces that are easily exposed when the user uses or places the washing machine 200, that is, appearance surfaces of the washing machine 200, it is necessary to process and produce the front sealing door, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall by using metal plates with high quality, which is high in cost, thereby reducing risks of scratching and damaging the appearance pieces, improving the yield of the appearance pieces, and greatly reducing the material cost of the products.

In this embodiment, it is specifically described that the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 are configured in a shape of "Contraband", specifically, the relative positions of two "horizontal lines" of the shape of "Contraband" correspond to the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114, respectively, and the relative position of a "vertical line" between the two "horizontal lines" of the shape of "Contraband" corresponds to the front sealing door 110.

In this embodiment, it is specifically illustrated that the first reinforcing member 130, the second reinforcing member 132, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114 enclose an opening therebetween, and the back door 120 is detachably connected to the first reinforcing member 130 and the second reinforcing member 132 and blocks the opening. As shown in fig. 6, in any of the above embodiments, the washing machine 200 further includes: the door body assembly 210 is rotatably connected with the front sealing door 110, so as to open or close the access opening 111 of the front sealing door 110.
In this embodiment, it is specifically described that the washing machine 200 further includes a door assembly 210, wherein the door assembly 210 is rotatably connected to the front sealing door 110, so that the access opening 111 of the front sealing door 110 can be opened or closed when the door assembly 210 is rotated.
In any of the above embodiments, the washing machine 200 is a drum type washing machine 200.
In summary, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment of the present invention provides a cabinet assembly 100 and a washing machine 200 using the cabinet assembly 100, by designing the front sealing door 110 and the first and second sidewalls 112 and 114 as an integral structure, that is, by using a metal sheet to be processed by stamping, bending, and the like, so as to integrate the appearance sheet metal parts into one material, the front sealing door 110 is integrated with the first and second sidewalls 112 and 114, the material is better controlled, there is no appearance problem such as gap, so that there is no need to assemble the front sealing door 110, the first and second sidewalls 112 and 114, it is avoided that a gap is formed between the front sealing door 110 and the first and second sidewalls 112 and 114, which affects the product quality, and, since the front sealing door 110, the first and second sidewalls 112 and 114 are surfaces that are easily exposed when a user uses or places the washing machine 200, which is an appearance surface of the washing machine 200, therefore, by avoiding assembling the appearance parts such as the front sealing door 110, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 114, the risk of scratching and damaging the appearance parts is also reduced, the yield of the product is improved, and the quality of the product is also improved. wherein the front sealing door (110), the first side wall (112) and the second side wall (114) are of an integrated structure.
2. The case assembly (100) of claim 1, wherein the case assembly (100) further comprises:
a back door (120) disposed opposite the front door (110), the back door (120) being detachably disposed between the first sidewall (112) and the second sidewall (114).
3. The case assembly (100) of claim 2, wherein the case assembly (100) further comprises:
a first reinforcing member (130), one end of the first reinforcing member (130) being connected to the first sidewall (112), and the other end of the first reinforcing member (130) being connected to the second sidewall (114).
4. The case assembly (100) of claim 3, wherein the case assembly (100) further comprises:
a second reinforcing member (132), one end of the second reinforcing member (132) being connected to the first sidewall (112), and the other end of the second reinforcing member (132) being connected to the second sidewall (114);
the first reinforcement (130) and the second reinforcement (132) are respectively provided at both ends of the first side wall (112) and the second side wall (114) in the height direction.
