Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种医用、食品用密封容器， 由容器1、盖2、内密封盖3组成。内密封盖3为柔性 径向弹性件，外盖2与容器1锁扣连接。这种密封容 器结构简单，密封性好，可广泛用于固、液体物质包 装，且可重复使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种医用、食品用密封容器，属包装技术领域。
已有的医用容器多采用一次性热压密封瓶盖，能完全隔绝外界空气对药品的污染，但热压过程中塑胶分子易进入瓶内影响药品质量，且瓶盖开启后不再有密封效果。而食品容器多采用在盖内加橡胶密封圈方式或采用极为紧密的配合，其优点是加工简单，但密封效果不理想。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述之不足，提供一种内盖为柔性径向弹性件，外盖与容器锁扣紧的密封容器。且可重复使用。
这种医用、食品用密封容器，由容器、外盖、内密封盖组成。容器上部外壁上等间隔分布带导向斜面凹槽的锁紧凸台，外盖内壁上等间隔分布有凸台及顶部有一凸圆环，内密封盖为柔性径向弹性件，其中心部为一凹陷圆盘，靠边缘处有较深凹陷圆环。内密封盖边缘槽与容器内壁、凹陷圆盘与外盖顶部凸圆环为过盈配合，外盖内壁上凸台与容器上部外壁上锁紧凸台的凹槽为间隙配合。

这种医用、食品用密封容器，由容器1、盖2、内密封盖3组成，容器1上部外壁上等间隔分布有八个带导向斜面凹槽的锁紧凸台11，盖2内壁上等间隔分布有八个矩形凸台21及顶部有一凸圆环22，内密封盖3为柔性径向弹性件，其中心部为一凹陷圆盘32，靠边缘处有较深凹陷圆环33。内密封盖边缘槽31与容器1内壁、凹陷圆盘32与盖2凸圆环22为过盈配合，凹陷圆环33底部为弧形。盖2内壁上矩形凸台21与容器1锁紧凸台11的凹槽为间隙配合。
当容器内装满药品或食物后，盖上内密封盖3，凹陷圆环33的外径比容器1内壁径略大，因其底部为弧形，在挤压过程中收缩，盖好后靠空气压力紧贴容器内壁。盖外盖2时，略为施力使盖2内壁矩形凸台21沿容器1上部外壁锁紧凸台11斜面进入其凹槽内，盖2顶部凸圆环紧贴内密封盖凹陷圆盘32压入。这样既使容器倾倒，容器内药液或食用液体也不会流出。开启时只需对盖2反向施压旋转即可。
这种医用、食品用密封容器，结构简单，造价低，密封性好，可广泛用于包装固、液体物品，且不影响物品质量，还可重复使用。

Claims (3)

1、一种医用、食品用密封容器，由容器1、盖2、内密封盖3组成，其特征在于：容器1上部外壁上等间隔分布带导向斜面凹槽的锁紧凸台11，盖2内壁上等间隔分布有凸台21及顶部有一凸圆环22，内密封盖3为柔性径向弹性件，其中心部为一凹陷圆盘32，靠边缘处有较深凹陷圆环33。
2、据权利要求1所述的密封容器，其  特征在于：内密封盖边缘槽31与容器1内壁、凹陷圆盘32与盖2凸圆环22为过盈配合，凹陷圆环33底部为弧形。
3、据权利要求1所述的密封容器，其特征在于：盖2内壁上凸台为矩形凸台21，与容器1锁紧凸台11的凹槽为间隙配合。
