Conversely, the operating element 75 is moved downward, so that the clipper connecting element 74 is moved downward, and the outer clipper element 72 and the movable clipper element 71 are rotated and closed (the outer clipper element 72 is approximately overlapped with the clipper carrier 73), so that the outer clipper and the movable clipper are both positioned in the clipper carrier 73, and the space is saved, and the operation is safe.
That is, the outer clipper blade 72 and the movable clipper blade 71 can be opened and closed by rotation, which is convenient for use.
The operating member 75 is inserted into the clipper connecting member 74, the linear sliding structure 76 includes a linear sliding latch 761 and a linear sliding groove 762, one of the linear sliding latch 761 and the linear sliding groove 762 is provided on the operating member 75, and the other of the linear sliding latch 761 and the linear sliding groove 762 is provided on the clipper carrier 73, so that the operating member 75 is linearly slidably connected with the clipper carrier 73 through the linear sliding structure 76. When the operating member 75 is assembled, the operating member 75 is only required to be close to the clipper carrier 73 until the clipper carrier 73 is elastically deformed and contacts the linear sliding groove 762; facilitating assembly of the operating member 75.
The clipper carrier 73 is provided with a mounting screw 739, and the mounting screw 739 is completely located inside the operating member 75 as viewed along the axial line of the mounting screw 739. After the clipper assemblies 7 are mounted on the shaver in batches by rotating the mounting screws 739, the operating member 75 is moved close to the clipper carrier 73 in batches, which facilitates the assembly of the clipper assemblies 7 and makes the mounting screws 739 more beautiful without being exposed.
The push-shear knife 71 is fixedly provided with an elastic arm 711, the other end of the elastic arm 711 is fixedly provided with an elastic connecting ring 712, the push-shear outer knife 72 is fixedly provided with an elastic connecting post 722, and the elastic connecting post 722 is inserted into the elastic connecting ring 712. During assembly, the push-shear moving cutter 71 and the push-shear outer cutter 72 can be assembled into a whole without fastening screws and the like, so that the assembly between the push-shear moving cutter 71 and the push-shear outer cutter 72 is facilitated.
The outer clipper blade 72 is detachably (detachably engaged) provided with an inner blade stopper 727, and the movable clipper blade 71 is substantially attached to the inner blade stopper 727, so that the movable clipper blade 71 is slidably engaged with the outer clipper blade 72. When the push shear blade 71 and the outer blade 72 are assembled, the push shear blade 71 and the outer blade 72 can be assembled and held as a whole without fastening screws or the like, and the assembly between the push shear blade 71 and the outer blade 72 is facilitated.
The operating member 75 is provided with a limit projection 751; the clipper carrier 73 is provided with a limiting groove 731, and the limiting projection 751 is inserted into the limiting groove 731. When the limiting protrusion 751 abuts against the top end inner wall of the limiting groove 731, the position corresponds to the position where the clipper connecting piece 74 rises when the clipper carrier 73 is rotated to be opened; when the limiting protrusion 751 abuts against the inner wall of the bottom end of the limiting groove 731, the position corresponds to the position where the clipper connecting piece 74 descends when the clipper carrier 73 is rotated to be closed. The position of the outer cutter 72 of the hair clipper, which is opened and closed, can be ensured to be stable.
The clipper attachment 74 is provided with a latch slot 742 and the clipper carrier 73 is provided with a latch 732; the inner wall of the gear engaging groove 742 has elasticity; when the limiting protrusion 751 abuts against the inner wall of the bottom end of the limiting groove 731, the gear engaging block 732 engages with the gear engaging groove 742. It takes an increased force to move the clipper attachment 74 upward, so that it is possible to secure the stability of the rotatably closed state of the clipper outer cutter 72 and prevent the clipper outer cutter 72 from being automatically opened by vibration when carrying the shaver.
