For the situation, no operation specification and no special dismounting tool exist at present, and the hard alloy (namely the one-way valve sealing plug) is generally broken and taken out little by using a punch, but the method has long period, small application range and extremely high risk.

According to the PVT sample tube transfer piston dismounting device provided by the embodiment of the application, the hydraulic device is used for propping against the transfer piston 11, so that the extrusion force of the transfer piston 11 to the rear plug 12 is removed, and the rear plug 12 can be conveniently dismounted; then the threaded ring 2 is installed at the original position of the rear plug 12 (the adapter piston 11 is prevented from directly dropping out of the first end due to the pressure of the high-pressure nitrogen 13); the pressure of the hydraulic device is gradually removed, the adapter piston 11 moves towards the threaded ring 2 under the action of the high-pressure nitrogen 13 and abuts against the threaded ring 2, at the moment, the outer circumference of the adapter piston 11 is in contact with the internal thread of the PVT sample cylinder 1, the adapter piston 11 is not sealed with the inner wall of the PVT sample cylinder 1 any more, the high-pressure nitrogen 13 is released through a gap between the outer circumference of the adapter piston and the internal thread of the PVT sample cylinder 1, and the adapter piston 11 can be conveniently detached.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a sealing ring 113 is disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the adaptor piston 11, a distance between the sealing ring 113 and an outer end surface of the adaptor piston 11 (a right end surface of the adaptor piston 11 in fig. 2) is L1, a length of an internal thread portion reserved between the threaded ring 2 and the adaptor piston 11 is L2, and L1 is equal to or less than L2.
Namely: when the adapter piston 11 is pressed against the threaded ring 2, the seal ring 113 is in contact with the internal thread, so that the high-pressure nitrogen gas 13 is released through the gap between the outer circumference of the adapter piston and the internal thread of the PVT sample tube 1.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the threaded ring 2 is provided with a first notch 21, and the threaded ring 2 is sleeved on the output end of the hydraulic device through the first notch 21. The angle corresponding to the first notch 21 may be 90 °.
The output end of the hydraulic device abuts against the adapter piston 11, and after the rear plug 12 is removed, the threaded ring 2 needs to be installed in the first end so as to limit the adapter piston 11. The hand pump 32 is arranged at a position far away from the first end of the PVT sample cylinder 1 (for example, the direction of the high-pressure nitrogen 13 is back to the discharge direction), so that the safety is improved, the conditions that the high-pressure nitrogen 13 in the first end is sprayed out or parts are separated and the like due to accidents in the disassembly process are avoided, and the safety of an operator when the hand pump 32 is operated is protected.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the hydraulic device further includes an extension bar 34, the extension bar 34 being disposed at an output end of the hydraulic cylinder 31, the extension bar 34 passing through the rear plug 12 and abutting against the adaptor piston 11.
The extension bar 34 is arranged, so that the positions of the hydraulic device and the PVT sample cylinder 1 on the fixing device can be conveniently adjusted, the length of the extension bar 34 is directly selected or changed, and the positions of the hydraulic device and the PVT sample cylinder 1 do not need to be repeatedly adjusted.
At the complete withdrawal position of pneumatic cylinder 31, make the end of extension bar 34 still can partially stretch into in the first end, even if the pneumatic cylinder 31 goes wrong, guarantee that switching piston 11 also can not deviate from extension bar 34, guarantee operating personnel's safety.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixing device includes an operation table 41, a PVT sample tube fixing ring 42, and a hydraulic cylinder fixing ring 43, and the PVT sample tube fixing ring 42 and the hydraulic cylinder fixing ring 43 fix the PVT sample tube 1 and the hydraulic cylinder 31, respectively, on the operation table 41. The PVT sample tube fixing ring 42 and the hydraulic cylinder fixing ring 43 may be semicircular ring structures. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the PVT-like canister adapter piston removing apparatus further includes a removing rod 5, the removing rod 5 is provided with a positioning portion 52, and the removing rod 5 is used for removing the threaded ring 2 and the rear plug 12. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the PVT sample cartridge adapter piston dismounting device further comprises a shield 6, the shield 6 being mounted at the first end of the PVT sample cartridge 1.
The protective cover 6 is arranged at the first end of the PVT sample cylinder 1, so that the splashing of slurry and sundries can be effectively prevented, and the operation safety is further ensured.
In actual use, the PVT sample tube 1 and the hydraulic cylinder 31 are fixed to the operation table 41 by the PVT sample tube fixing ring 42 and the hydraulic cylinder fixing ring 43, respectively. The three-position, four-way reversing valve is then adjusted and the hand pump 32 is depressed, forcing the extension stem 34 against the adaptor piston 11. The middle position of the three-position four-way reversing valve is adjusted, the rear plug 12 is detached by the detaching rod 5, and the rear plug 12 is moved along the extension rod 34 and away from the first end. The three-position four-way reversing valve is adjusted, and the hydraulic cylinder 31 is retracted. The adapter piston 11 is removed for further operation.
