Description

目前在牙齿拔除术中临床所用的牙挺，根据不同的需要有直挺、弯挺及三角挺等均为单一整体，牙科医生常常须用槌敲击牙挺，还得备用槌和各种牙挺，以及助手，且器械多，又不便消毒。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种能更换挺头的并具有槌击作用的多功能组合牙挺。
本实用新型的功能是以下方式实现的，它是一种由挺头、挺头夹持连杆和套在挺头夹持连杆的滑动杆上的手柄组成。挺头夹持连杆的一端为挺头夹具，另一端的滑动杆上有与中心线平行的滑槽，套在滑动杆上的手柄上有一螺孔钉。手柄上有一个从螺孔旋入的可使手柄沿滑槽方向滑动的带螺纹的限位螺钉。限位螺钉还可防止手柄从滑动杆上滑出以及旋转。
这种多功能组合牙挺具有挺头夹持具可更换多种型号的挺头，还可将凿固定在上面使用。牙科医生拔牙时，特别是拔断根时，挺子插入困难，常要助手用槌敲击牙挺。这种多功能组合牙挺，可直接用套在滑动杆上的手柄敲击挺头夹持连杆，从而使挺头获得槌击力。由于手柄沿着滑槽方向敲击，不需助手，只是由医生本人操作。因此敲击力方位准确、敲击力的大小可由术者自己掌握。该多功能组合牙挺具有使用方便，安全可靠，便于消毒等优点。

本实用新型给出的组合牙挺由挺头（9），挺头夹持连杆（1）、限位螺钉（4）和手柄（6）四部分组成。挺头夹持连杆（1）的一端为挺头夹具（8），另一端的滑动杆上有与中心线平行的滑槽（3），手柄（6）套在挺头夹持连杆（1）的滑动杆（2）上，手柄（6）上有一螺钉孔（5），手柄内有与滑动杆相应的滑动杆槽（7），限位螺钉（4），从螺钉孔（5）对准滑槽（3）旋入。这样就能使手柄（6）通过限位螺钉（4）滑动而连接在挺头夹持连杆（1）上，挺头夹持连杆具有挺头夹具（8），可以任意更换挺头，各部件均为金属件，使用及消毒方便，手柄具有槌的作用。

- 一种由挺头、挺头夹持连杆和套在挺头夹持连杆的滑动杆上的手柄组成的拔牙用的医疗器械-多功能组合牙挺，其特征为，挺头夹持连杆的一端为挺头夹具，挺头夹持连杆另一端的滑动杆上，有与中心线平行的滑槽，手柄上有一螺钉孔，还有一从螺钉孔旋入可使手柄沿滑槽方向滑动的限位螺钉。
