The scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific language used in the embodiments or illustrations of the present invention, and the same component numbers can be used in the embodiments. When a component is "connected to" or "coupled to" another component, it can be directly connected or coupled to the other component or intervening components may be present.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an apparatus bracket assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the equipment bracket assembly is composed of a telescopic equipment bracket 200 and a telescopic equipment bracket 300. In this example, the equipment bracket assembly is made of metal, but the invention is not limited thereto, and persons skilled in the art should understand that the equipment bracket assembly can be made of other materials. Further, fig. 5 is a schematic view of the equipment bracket kit shown in fig. 4 mounted to the two-column rack shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 5, the user can use screws to fasten the retractable device brackets 200 and 300 to the posts 110 and 120 of the two-post rack 100, respectively, so as to use the two retractable device brackets to carry the electronic device together, as shown in fig. 6. Fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating the configuration relationship between the electronic device, the device bracket assembly and the two-column rack, wherein the reference numeral 400 is used to represent the electronic device. Since both the telescopic device brackets 200 and 300 are designed symmetrically, the design of the telescopic device bracket 200 will be described below by way of example only.
Fig. 7 illustrates a retractable equipment carrier 200 of an equipment carrier assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 7, the retractable equipment carrier 200 is comprised of a U-shaped bracket 202 and a U-shaped bracket 204. In addition, fig. 8 is an exploded view of the telescopic equipment bracket 200, fig. 9 is a view showing one of the view angles of the U-shaped bracket 202, fig. 10 is another view angle of the U-shaped bracket 202, fig. 11 is a view showing one of the view angles of the U-shaped bracket 204, fig. 12 is another view angle of the U-shaped bracket 204, and fig. 8-12 are also referred to. The U-shaped bracket 202 has sides 210, 212 and 214 connected in series. Wherein the side 210 has a plurality of first fastening holes (as shown by reference 210-2). The side surface 212 has an extension portion 216, the extension portion 216 extends in a direction opposite to the extension direction of the side surface 210, and the extension portion 216 is substantially perpendicular to the side surface 212 to form a carrying plane. As for the side surface 214, it has a guiding hole 214-2 and a plate-like guiding portion 214-4, wherein the plate-like guiding portion 214-4 is adjacent to the guiding hole 214-2. In addition, the junction of side 214 and side 212 also has an opening 212-2. The U-shaped bracket 204 has sides 250, 252 and 254 connected in series. Wherein the side 252 has a second plurality of securing holes (as shown at 252-2). In addition, the side surface 250 has a screw hole 250-2, and the upper side of the side surface 252 has an extension 252-4.
Fig. 13 shows one view of the telescopic equipment bracket 200, fig. 14 shows another view of the telescopic equipment bracket 200, fig. 15 shows yet another view of the telescopic equipment bracket 200, and fig. 16 shows yet another view of the telescopic equipment bracket 200, please refer to fig. 8 and fig. 13-16. The sides 250 and 254 of the U-shaped bracket 204 are configured to pass through the guiding hole 214-2 and the opening 212-2, respectively, such that the U-shaped bracket 204 can slide relative to the U-shaped bracket 202 to achieve the telescopic effect. The plate-shaped guiding portion 214-4 helps the sliding track of the U-shaped bracket 204 to be more linear, so as to increase the force-bearing area between the U-shaped brackets 202 and 204 as much as possible. In addition, the screw hole 250-2 is used for a screw to lock, so that the U-shaped bracket 204 is prevented from sliding out of the guiding hole 214-2 of the U-shaped bracket 202 by the screw. Of course, the designer may also change the telescopic length of the telescopic device bracket 200 by changing the position of the screw hole 250-2 on the side 250, or not using the screw hole 250-2 at all.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the heights H of the sides 250 and 254 of the U-shaped bracket 204 are not the same, and the sizes of the guiding hole 214-2 and the opening 212-2 are designed accordingly to prevent the user from inserting the U-shaped bracket 204 incorrectly. Of course, such a design is not intended to limit the present invention, and one skilled in the art should appreciate that the height H of the sides 250 and 254 of the U-shaped bracket 204 can be designed to be consistent, and the size of the guiding hole 214-2 and the opening 212-2 can be designed accordingly.
Referring to fig. 8, it should be noted that, in the process of manufacturing the U-shaped bracket 202 of this embodiment, the shape of the plate-shaped guiding portion 214-4 is cut on the side surface 214, and then the plate-shaped guiding portion 214-4 is bent. And thus the guiding hole 214-2 is an open hole. In another manufacturing method, a closed guide hole is cut on the side surface 214, and then the plate-shaped guide portion is welded to the side of the guide hole. Compared with the first manufacturing method, the second manufacturing method has more complicated processes and higher material cost. Of course, the U-shaped bracket 202 may not have a plate-shaped guiding portion according to different design requirements.
Please continue to refer to fig. 8. Furthermore, although the side 252 of the U-shaped bracket 204 has an extension 252-4 only on the upper side in this example, it should be understood by one of ordinary skill in the art that the upper side and the lower side of the side 252 of the U-shaped bracket 204 may have extensions (i.e., the side 252 may have two extensions extending in opposite directions) to better interfere with the side 214 of the U-shaped bracket 202. Of course, one of ordinary skill in the art should appreciate that the side surface 252 may have an extension only on the lower side thereof, or neither the upper side nor the lower side of the side surface 252 may have an extension. In short, the side surface 252 may have at least one of the two extensions, or may not have any extension. It should be noted that the number of the first fixing holes 210-2 of the U-shaped bracket 202 and the number of the second fixing holes 252-2 of the U-shaped bracket 204 are not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art should understand that the number of the first fixing holes 210-2 and the number of the second fixing holes 252-2 can be changed according to the actual design requirement. Briefly, the U-shaped bracket 202 may have at least one first fastening hole 210-2, and the U-shaped bracket 204 may have at least one second fastening hole 252-2.
In summary, according to the above-mentioned design, the retractable equipment bracket of the present invention does not have a rail protruding outward, and therefore, it is suitable for not only a two-column rack with a column having a "U" cross section, but also a two-column rack with a column having a "mouth" cross section.
The above description is only an example of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
