Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the rack 1 is provided with a sewage tank 7, the sewage tank 7 is located below the sliding path of the inkjet printer 5, the side wall of the sewage tank 7 is inclined, and an included angle between the side wall of the sewage tank 7 and the bottom of the sewage tank 7 is an obtuse angle, so that the sewage tank 7 is flared from the bottom to the opening. The bottom of the sewage tank 7 is connected with a second valve 8, and the second valve 8 is used for controlling the liquid discharge of the sewage tank 7. When the ink jet printer 5 needs to be cleaned, the ink jet printer 5 stops working, the ink jet printer 5 slides to the upper part of the sewage tank 7, the channel of ink flowing into the cleaning block 12 from the control valve 52 is closed through the first valve 6, the end cover 122 on the upper end surface of the cleaning hole 121 is taken out, alcohol is injected into the cleaning hole 121 through the needle cylinder, the alcohol flows into the ink jet seat 53 through the cleaning block 12 for cleaning, cleaned sewage flows into the sewage tank 7 from the ink jet seat 53, and before the sewage tank 7 is filled, the second valve 8 is opened to discharge the sewage from the sewage tank 7. After cleaning, second valve 8 is closed, end cap 122 is tightened onto the upper end of cleaning hole 121, and ink jet 5 continues to operate.

The water pipes are fixed on the water inlet 101 and the water outlet 102, the water pipes and the cooling flow passage form a closed circulation flow passage, and cold water forms water circulation in the circulation flow passage, so that the cooling plate 10 continuously cools the UV lamp 9.
