The technical solution of the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a neck massager, which comprises a support 1, a mounting seat 2 and a massage sheet 3, wherein the mounting seat 2 comprises a bottom wall 21 and a circumferential wall 22 connected to the periphery of the bottom wall 21, the bottom wall 21 is floatably disposed on the support 1, the circumferential wall 22 is an elastic circumferential wall, the circumferential wall 22 has a first end 221 deviating from the bottom wall 21, the massage sheet 3 is disposed on the first end 221 of the circumferential wall 22, and the circumferential wall 22 can be elastically deformed to drive the massage sheet 3 to float relative to the bottom wall 21.
According to the scheme, the massage pieces 3 are arranged on the elastic circumferential wall of the mounting seat 2, and the floatability of the massage pieces 3 on the mounting seat 2 can be realized by utilizing the elastic action of the elastic circumferential wall 22, so that the floatability of the massage pieces 3 on the support 1 is realized; and the mounting seat 2 can be arranged on the support 1 in a floating manner, so that the floatability of the massage sheet 3 on the support 1 is further improved, and the massage sheet 3 has a good floating effect on the support 1. The design of this scheme of adoption because massage piece 3 can float on support 1 for massage piece 3's gesture can be adjusted in order to adapt to the crowd of different neck shapes and different neck sizes for support 1, and application scope is wide and can effectively improve the laminating compactness of massage piece 3 and human neck.
In some embodiments, the neck massager further includes a first clamping arm 4 and a second clamping arm 5, wherein the first clamping arm 4 and the second clamping arm 5 are respectively connected to two ends of the support 1 and extend forwards (as shown by arrow X in fig. 1) from the two ends of the support 1.
In some embodiments, the rack 1 includes a first rack 11 for facing the neck of the user and a second rack 12 for facing away from the neck of the user, the first rack 11 and the second rack 12 are connected in an involutory manner, wherein the involutory connection of the first rack 11 and the second rack 12 means: the second frame body 12 and the first frame body 11 are disposed in opposite directions, and the first frame body 11 and the second frame body 12 are connected in a matching manner to form a cavity therebetween, and the bottom wall 21 is floatably disposed on the first frame body 11.
Further, in order to realize the floatability of the bottom wall 21 on the first frame body 11, the first frame body 11 is the elastic support 1, that is, the first frame body 11 can deform to a certain extent under the action of external force, so as to realize the floatability of the bottom wall 21 on the support 1, and further realize the floatability of the massage sheet 3 on the support 1. When the neck massage appearance of user this scheme of use, the partial extrusion effort transmission of user's neck to massage piece 3 to first support body 11, elastic deformation can take place according to user's in service behavior for first support body 11 to drive massage piece 3 and float to laminating in user's neck, improve the laminating degree of massage piece 3 and user's neck, thereby improve the travelling comfort that the user used this neck massage appearance.
Exemplarily, the material of first support body 11 is the silica gel material, because the silica gel material has the characteristics that elasticity is better, toughness is provided and mechanical strength is high, so first support body 11 has better elasticity, toughness and mechanical strength to make massage piece 3 have better floatability on first support body 11. It is understood that the first frame 11 may also be made of other materials such as rubber, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
For example, the second frame 12 is made of plastic, that is, the second frame 12 is also elastic and can be elastically deformed to a certain extent. Because first support body 11 and second support body 12 all can take place elastic deformation, the user can exert external force and make first support body 11 and second support body 12 take place bending deformation when wearing this neck massager to conveniently wear. It is understood that the second frame 12 may be made of other materials such as polyvinyl chloride, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the neck massager further includes a first elastic connecting member 6, and two ends of the first elastic connecting member 6 are respectively connected to the bottom wall 21 and the first frame 11, so as to further improve the flotability of the bottom wall 21 on the first frame 11. Optionally, the first elastic connecting element 6 is a connecting column with elasticity, so that the first elastic connecting element 6 not only needs to realize the floatable connection of the bottom wall 21 on the first frame body 11, but also can realize the mechanical connection of the bottom wall 21 and the first frame body 11.
Further, it is considered that the pressing force of the user's neck pressing the massage sheet 3 is transmitted to the first elastic connection member 6 when the user uses the neck massage apparatus. That is, each time the user uses the neck massager, the first elastic connecting member 6 is elastically deformed according to the actual use condition of the user. Moreover, when different users use the neck massager, the deformation of the first elastic connecting piece 6 is different. Consequently, this scheme adopts the first elastic connecting piece 6 of silica gel material, and silica gel material elasticity is better, have the characteristics that toughness and mechanical strength are high, still has longer life when can ensure that this first elastic connecting piece 6 takes place elastic deformation repeatedly to the neck massage appearance has longer life.
In some embodiments, the number of first elastic connections 6 may correspond to the number of mounts 2. For example, when there is one mounting seat 2, there is one first elastic connecting piece 6, and when there are a plurality of mounting seats 2, there are a plurality of first elastic connecting pieces 6, and each first elastic connecting piece 6 is connected to the bottom wall 21 of the corresponding mounting seat 2 and the bracket 1.
Exemplarily, mount pad 2 and first elastic connecting piece 6 are two, and two first elastic connecting pieces 6 are arranged at an interval on first support body 11, and the diapire 21 of two mount pads 2 is connected respectively in two first elastic connecting pieces 6. It is understood that the number of the mounting seat 2 and the number of the first elastic connecting pieces 6 may be one, three, four or more, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the circumferential wall 22 is surrounded on the bottom wall 21 to form a hollow structure having a hollow portion 222. By adopting the design mode that the circumferential wall 22 is a hollow structure, on one hand, the circumferential wall 22 is a hollow structure, so that the consumption of raw materials for producing the mounting seat 2 can be reduced, the weight of the mounting seat 2 can be reduced, and further, the raw materials for producing the neck massager can be reduced, and the weight of the neck massager can be reduced. On the other hand, the circumferential wall 22 of hollow structure has better elasticity than the solid circumferential wall 22, so that the floatability of the massage sheet 3 on the mounting seat 2 and thus on the support 1 can be further improved. In another aspect, the hollow portion 222 of the circumferential wall 22 may be used to accommodate electronic components such as a control motherboard, a power supply, or a conductive component electrically connected to the massage sheet 3, so as to accommodate and protect the electronic components such as the control motherboard, the power supply, or the conductive component, so that the structure of the neck massage apparatus is more compact and neat, which is beneficial to the overall miniaturization of the neck massage apparatus.
Further, in order to further enhance the deformation following capability of the circumferential wall 22, the inner wall surface of the circumferential wall 22 is provided with an annular glue reducing groove 223 to reduce the rigidity of the circumferential wall 22, so that the deformation resistance capability of the region of the circumferential wall 22 provided with the annular glue reducing groove 223 is reduced, and the floatability of the massage sheet 3 on the circumferential wall 22 is further improved.
Further, the circumferential wall 22 is in a mesa shape, and the cross-sectional area of the circumferential wall 22 gradually increases from the end connected with the bottom wall 21 to the first end 221, that is, the cross-sectional area of the hollow portion 222 formed by surrounding the circumferential wall 22 gradually increases from the end connected with the bottom wall 21 to the first end 221. With such a design, on the one hand, the circumferential wall 22 can be made more shape-following deformable and more sensitive. On the other hand, since the cross-sectional area of the end of the circumferential wall 22 where the massaging strips 3 are provided is large, the area where the massaging strips 3 are provided can be increased, thereby increasing the massaging area of the massaging strips 3.
Illustratively, the bottom wall 21 is an approximately triangular wall surface, the circumferential wall 22 forms the circumferential wall 22 with an approximately triangular cross section around the periphery connected to the bottom wall 21, and then the hollow 222 is the hollow 222 with an approximately triangular cross section, in other words, the circumferential wall 22 forms a cylinder with an approximately triangular cross section around the periphery connected to the bottom wall 21. It will be understood that the cross-section of the bottom wall 21, the circumferential wall 22 and the hollow 222 may also have other shapes, which are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, to facilitate the molding of the mounting seat 2, the bottom wall 21 may be an elastic wall made of the same material as the circumferential wall 22, so that the bottom wall 21 and the circumferential wall 22 may be molded in one step, which is beneficial to improving the production efficiency of the mounting seat 2.
Optionally, the material of the mounting seat 2 may specifically be a silica gel material, and since the silica gel material has the characteristics of good elasticity, toughness and high mechanical strength, the circumferential wall 22 has good elasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, and the massage sheet 3 has good floatability on the mounting seat 2. It is understood that the mounting seat 2 may be made of other elastic materials such as polyester, acryl, etc., and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, considering that the bottom wall 21 is located at the other end of the circumferential wall 22 opposite to the massage sheet 3, when the neck massage apparatus is used, the pressing force of the user on the massage sheet 3 is transmitted to the bottom wall 21 through the circumferential wall 22, and therefore, in order to provide better structural strength to the bottom wall 21, the neck massage apparatus further includes a support plate 7, the support plate 7 is located in the hollow portion 222 and attached to the bottom wall 21, and the hardness of the support plate 7 is greater than that of the bottom wall 21 to increase the support strength of the bottom wall 21. It can be understood that, if the material of the bottom wall 21 is a harder material different from the material of the circumferential wall 22, the support plate 7 does not need to be provided, and in the actual design, an appropriate design manner may be selected according to the actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, considering that the bottom wall 21 is approximately triangular in shape, the support plate 7 may be approximately triangular disc-shaped structure matching the bottom wall 21, so that the support plate 7 can completely support the bottom wall 21 when being attached to the bottom wall 21.
Alternatively, the material of the supporting plate 7 may be a plastic material, and the plastic material has characteristics of light weight and good impact resistance, so that the supporting plate 7 has light weight and impact resistance.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the massage pieces 3 are three pieces, the three pieces of massage pieces 3 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the circumferential wall 22 to form an approximately triangular shape, and a gap is formed between two adjacent pieces of massage pieces 3. The design mode that the massage pieces 3 are three pieces is adopted, and the adaptability of the massage surface of the massage piece 3 to the neck of the user can be improved through the matching design of the three massage pieces 3. It is to be understood that the massage sheet 3 may be one sheet, two sheets, four sheets, or four or more sheets, and the like, and is not limited thereto.
Further, in order to improve the close contact between the massage sheet 3 and the skin of the user, the three massage sheets 3 are arranged at an included angle, and the three massage sheets 3 are radially arranged to form a wrapping area (as indicated by a dotted area a in fig. 5). The design mode that three massage pieces 3 form a wrapping area is adopted, so that the three massage pieces 3 can wrap the skin and the muscle of a human body, the three massage pieces have certain grasping effect, the attaching tightness of the skin and the massage pieces 3 can be improved, and the situation that the massage face is not attached to the skin enough to cause stabbing pain is avoided.
Illustratively, when the three massage sheets 3 are arranged, two of the massage sheets 3 may be disposed at the upper part of the neck of the human body, and the other massage sheet 3 may be disposed at the lower part of the neck of the human body. By adopting the design mode, the three massage pieces 3 can provide massage effect, effectively increase the massage area and reduce the massage blind spots.
Further, considering that the neck of the human body is substantially cylindrical, each massage sheet 3 has a massage surface for facing the neck of the human body, and therefore, the massage surfaces of the three massage sheets 3 can be located on the same arc surface B (as shown by the dotted line in fig. 6), so that the shapes of the massage sheets 3 are adapted to the shape of the neck of the human body, the fit tightness is improved, and the pricking pain generation probability caused by poor contact is reduced.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the three massage sheets 3 are respectively rotatably connected to the bottom wall 21, and the massage sheets 3 can rotate relative to the bottom wall 21 in a direction toward the bottom wall 21 or in a direction away from the bottom wall 21, so that the posture of the massage sheets 3 can be adjusted to adapt to people with different neck circumferences and shapes, and the contact tightness between the massage sheets 3 and the neck of the person is further improved. In addition, since the three massage sheets 3 can be independently rotated with respect to the bottom wall 21, the influence of the linkage of the massage sheets 3 can be reduced.
In some embodiments, in order to achieve the rotatable connection of the massaging blades 3 to the bottom wall 21, the neck massager further comprises a support stand 8 and a carrier 9, the support stand 8 is located in the hollow portion 222 and connected to the support plate 7, the carrier 9 is provided at the first end 221 of the circumferential wall 22 and rotatably connected to the support stand 8, and the massaging blades 3 are provided at the carrier 9. In the process that the neck massager used, when massage piece 3 received the extrusion of user's neck, massage piece 3 transmitted the extrusion effort to holding carrier 9, and it rotates to hold carrier 9 for a pallet 8 under the effect of extrusion effort to drive massage piece 3 and rotate for diapire 21, thereby make massage piece 3 can rotate in order closely to laminate in user's neck for diapire 21.
Alternatively, considering that the three massage pieces 3 are rotatably connected to the bottom wall 21, the bearing members 9 may be provided in three corresponding to the three massage pieces 3, the three bearing members 9 are radially spaced along the circumferential direction of the circumferential wall 22, and the three massage pieces 3 are respectively borne on the three bearing members 9 one by one.
Alternatively, the number of the support stands 8 is three, the three support stands 8 are integrally formed, and the three bearing members 9 are respectively rotatably connected to the three support stands 8. It is understood that the limiting member 101 may have other shapes, and the embodiment does not limit the shape.
In some embodiments, in order to further improve the floatability of the massage sheet 3 on the mounting seat 2, the neck massage apparatus further includes a second elastic connecting member 102, the second elastic connecting member 102 is disposed in the hollow portion 222, and two ends of the second elastic connecting member 102 are respectively connected to the supporting plate 7 and one surface of the massage sheet 3 facing the bottom wall 21. With the design of arranging the second elastic connecting element 102 in the hollow 222 of the circumferential wall 22, the second elastic connecting element 102 can also provide elastic force for the massage sheet 3, so that the massage sheet 3 has a double floating effect on the mounting base 2, thereby further improving the floating property of the massage sheet 3 on the mounting base 2. In addition, because the circumferential wall 22 on the mounting seat 2 and the second elastic connecting piece 102 have elasticity, when the elasticity of one of the circumferential wall 22 on the elastic mounting seat 2 or the second elastic connecting piece 102 is weakened or lost, the other part can continue to perform the elastic deformation function so as to continue to maintain the floatable connection of the massage sheet 3 on the mounting seat 2, thereby improving the reliability of the floatable connection of the massage sheet 3 on the mounting seat 2.
Optionally, the second elastic connecting element 102 is always in a compressed state, so that the second elastic connecting element 102 is always abutted against the massage sheet 3. With such a design, on the one hand, since the second elastic connecting member 102 is always abutted against the massage sheet 3, the connection stability between the second elastic connecting member 102 and the massage sheet 3 can be increased. On the other hand, since the second elastic connecting member 102 is always abutted against the massage sheet 3, the second elastic connecting member 102 transmits the massage sheet 3 to the massage sheet 3, so that one surface of the rib 32 on the massage sheet 3, which is away from the mounting seat 2, is always abutted against one surface of the bearing member 9, which faces the mounting seat 2, thereby improving the stability of the massage sheet 3 bearing on the bearing member 9.
Illustratively, the number of the second elastic connectors 102 is three, and the three second elastic connectors 102 are respectively connected to the supporting plate 7 and the three massage sheets 3. With such a design, since the three second elastic connecting members 102 are respectively used for providing elasticity for the three massage pieces 3, the floating mutual influence of the three massage pieces 3 on the second elastic connecting members 102 can be avoided.

When the second elastic connecting member 102 is a waist-shaped spring, since the waist-shaped spring has a structure with thick ends and thin middle part, in other words, the outer diameter of the waist-shaped spring is gradually reduced from the two ends of the waist-shaped spring to the middle part of the waist-shaped spring, the design mode that the second elastic connecting member 102 is a waist-shaped spring is adopted, so that the flexibility and elasticity of the middle part of the second elastic connecting member 102 can be improved, the elastic deformation capability of the second elastic connecting member 102 is further improved, and the floating effect of the massage sheet 3 on the mounting base 2 is further improved. In addition, the middle of the second elastic connecting piece 102 is thinner than the two ends, so that the second elastic connecting piece 102 has good centering capacity, and the resetting of the second elastic connecting piece 102 is facilitated.
When the second elastic connecting piece 102 is a pagoda-shaped spring, because the outer diameter of the pagoda-shaped spring is gradually reduced from one end to the other end, by adopting the design mode, when the massage sheet 3 is pressed by the squeezing force of the neck of the user and is transferred to the pagoda-shaped spring, the situation that the spring is inclined due to mutual squeezing of adjacent steel wires cannot happen to the pagoda-shaped spring due to the axial force, and the situation that the massage sheet 3 is suddenly twisted in the circumferential direction when the massage sheet is subjected to the axial force can also be avoided. In addition, because the pagoda-shaped spring has the characteristic of small volume and high bearing capacity, the small pagoda-shaped spring can meet the requirement, thereby realizing the miniaturized design of the neck massager.
The second elastic connecting member 102 is exemplified as a waist-shaped spring in the present embodiment. It is understood that the second elastic connecting element 102 may also be a pagoda-shaped spring, a spring plate, an elastic column, or the like, and when actually designed, an appropriate design manner may be selected according to actual situations, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the massage flakes 3 are electrically conductive elements, such as thermoelectric pulse stimulation massage flakes 3, which allow the massage flakes 3 to perform their massage function by energizing the massage flakes 3. It is understood that the massage sheet 3 may also be other non-conductive massage sheets 3, which are not limited herein.
Further, the second elastic connecting member 102 is a conductive member, and the second elastic connecting member 102 is electrically connected to the power source and the massage sheet 3. By adopting the design mode, the second elastic connecting piece 102 not only can realize the elastic floating of the massage sheet 3, but also can realize the electric conduction between the power supply and the massage sheet 3, thereby simplifying the structural design of the neck massage instrument and being beneficial to the miniaturization development of the neck massage instrument. It will be understood that the massage sheet 3 may also be electrically connected to a power source by means of an electrically conductive wire, which is not limited herein.
Furthermore, the end of the second elastic connecting member 102 connected to the massaging plate 3 is provided with a conductive sheet 103, the conductive sheet 103 is electrically connected to the second elastic connecting member 102, and the conductive sheet 103 is attached to the massaging plate 3 for electrically connecting to the massaging plate 3. The design mode that the conducting strip 103 is arranged at one end of the second elastic connecting piece 102 is adopted, and the conducting strip 103 has a larger contact area with the massage piece 3, so that the connection stability of the second elastic connecting piece 102 and the massage piece 3 can be improved, and the situation that the second elastic connecting piece 102 is inclined and cannot be reset in the floating process is avoided.
The embodiment of the utility model discloses a neck massage appearance, through locating massage piece 3 on the elasticity circumference wall 22 of mount pad 2 to and can float with mount pad 2 and locate on support 1, make massage piece 3 have good unsteady effect on support 1. The design of this scheme of adoption, because massage piece 3 can float on support 1 for massage piece 3's gesture can be adjusted in order to adapt to the crowd of different neck shapes and different neck sizes for support 1, and application scope is wide and can effectively improve massage piece 3 and the laminating compactness of human neck.
In addition, the massage pieces 3 are three, the three massage pieces 3 are respectively rotatably connected to the bottom wall 21 of the mounting base 2, and the massage pieces 3 can rotate relative to the bottom wall 21 along the direction towards the bottom wall 21 or the direction away from the bottom wall 21, so that the postures of the massage pieces 3 can be adjusted to adapt to people with different neck circumferences and shapes, and the contact tightness between the massage pieces 3 and the neck of a human body is further improved.
