8. A panel lamp with back-lighting according to claim 1, wherein said back-light and said main panel lamp share a power driver having at least two outputs.
9. The panel light with back light of claim 6, wherein the light cover is connected to the mounting frame by a snap fit.
10. The panel lamp of claim 6, wherein said cover and said mounting frame have the same height, and the cover wraps around all outer sides of the mounting frame.
